I haven't been on for a while. I've been at a stall, but I'm not eating right or taking supplements like I should. I started weight lifting, and man, I AM SORE!

I haven't updated in a long time. I'm up a few pounds and I haven't exercised in three weeks. I probably won't get back on the wagon until May :[ Next three weeks are so horrible and busy there's no way I can get my butt moving.

ugh the scale is back up 4 pounds. saw a counselor on campus, and I don't think I'm going back.

I made an appointment with a counselor. Unfortunately, it's not until next Tuesday. I'm tired of feeling this way and I can barely function in society in anymore.

my gym isn't open late tonight, so I might try a Jillian Michaels video this weekend just to keep moving. Also thinking about only drinking 2 protein shakes and one meal with snacks. Gotta get the scale moving!

stomach is making all kinds of gurgle noises when I drink today. Feeling really tired after an intense work out last night.

today is one of the first days I have no desire to eat. I'm definitely not getting in enough protein and fluids. No wonder why I'm in a stall.

my gym is open tonight for a welcome back. I'm finally going to go to the gym at my university. Now I can get comfortable with everything.

I think one thing I don't miss pre-surgey was getting my period. I'm tired and more hungry than usual. I ate a lot of carbs today. Probably close to 100. YIKES!
