    Thanks so much for the pep talk last night. I am not looking at the scale anymore. And today is a much better day. I can actually fit in my clothes that I stuffed myself into before surgery! Yay!

    Wow! Thanks for breaking it down like that. I'm getting rid of my scale tmw! And I will just wait to see how much I've lost and my next appt in three weeks!
