I get fresh fruit - like tangerines, and push the slices through the bottle opening. It's a milder flavor and I like it better than the drink enhancers. -

I was sleeved on 12/26 and have never looked back. There will be rough times but they don't last. This is a life changing event and you won't regret it. Attitude makes a big difference and you seem to have a positive one. Use this forum as a way to learn things / good and bad. Not everyone has a great experience but I truly believe if you maintain a positive attitude you will come out ahead. You can do this!!!! -
