Hi, Welcome to this friendly thread. I have very bad knees also. I was told that my only option was 2 knee replacements. The pain had become unbearable and that helped my decision to get the sleeve. I had surgery on November 14 and have now lost 45 pounds. I am 55 years old. I am off pain medication and am walking for at least an hour a day. It was the best decision I have ever made. -
Im considering eating a piece of baked chicken !

I could have one cup of vegetables each day and 3 protein shakes. I made a pot of vegetable soup. -

It isn't easy! I got that constant hunger a couple of weeks after surgery but it passed. Try drinking some more water, I found that helped but you really just need to work through it. -
