    This picture was my wake up call. This is me at 314 pounds at my daughters first birthday. After I saw this I made an appointment with my family Dr. to discuss some options (after trying almost everything). I lost 44 pounds on my own and a year later I'm sleeved and down a total of 65 pounds.
