    I am doing ok just waiting to puree.. I should've not kept my scale lol to keep from weighing myself kindda in a stall but so far 30lbs down from surgery ..283 now 253 .. working on building my energy up

    Omg I am just still souping it up I drink protein shakes with pb powder.. but starting next week it will be protein protein protein I love hummus,tuna/albacore,egg whites, and greek yogurt...they have all these great recipes on Emilybites and the world according to egg face u gotta check it out

    Lol I know what you mean got aunt flo like 5days after surgery *ugh* not at work yet job consists of me doing alot of heavy lifting so I took 4weeks off but I have been walking everyday for at least 45mins to hour I just get tired low energy. How is work? I see you had problems eating .. how is that going?
