    Jewel - I'm late and you are at dinner - but it's not tacky at all to ask for a doggie bag - I have been to high class restaurants and my Stepmom always got a doggie bag - This was prebad for me and I usually always ate all my food Reheating isn't a problem - i had never heard that - you just can't have tough meat that's about it Well Linda you better carve out a least 4 days for next yr - I wish you were coming too... My 1st Coach was my reward to myself when the lucky #7 went to the Mall of America 7/09 - I had never spent that much on a purse - but now go to the outlets - prices are better - but you don't get the new's bags - they have a new one out I love and the prices isn't too bad I have never wanted a fake one - and you can get them but pple do know the diff between them usually - on Coach the c's always match.. I do have a fake louie vitton though ;0) its a going out at night purse - I think the strap gives it away but hell it's dark Great we have a loft outlet - I can't say the prices were really much cheaper than the regular loft - I don't think the regular loft is expensive - but I have only shopped their 2 times - we have one on El Paseo (Rodeo Dr of the Desert) I am still itimidated to shop on that street - mostly cuz of the prices but like I said the Loft at MofA & Las Vegas were reg prices.. That premier outlet looks FANTASTIC - that's looks like an all day shopping experience - it's giantic - and it depends if I get that shopping rush - you all might have to drag me away :0) They might - I got mine too - it's worth a try it can't hurt :0) HA HA HA --- :smile2::tongue::tt2::w00t::tt2::tt2::tt2: Julie 3 lbs since Nov is great ! - 2 oz is the amount of liquid you can carry on - but if you aren't carrying on you can take any amount ... and you have to but it (if you are carry on) in a 1 quart size zip lock ok i gotta jam - it's time to leave forthe gym - sorry this is short - I was trying to answer stuff before I left cbl

    Slow today here on #7 - I have gotten an inside tip to watch my lbt while at work - plus I was busy since i left at noon and tomorrow is my friday.. Ya Steph in a small town like yours these are big things.. The dog doesn't seem too needy but Bear hisses at it like he's a wild animal a werid sound - told andrew if they don't get along that dog goes.. Well he is trying to take him for a walk doesn't looke like it's working they just came back - the dog doesn't know how to walk on a leash - it's only 3 months old - I agree this may be too much work for Andrew - we will see - this is one reason I am not getting attached..

    Good Morning Gang Well I didn't get to sleep til around 11:30 - Midnite - but I stayed in bed ;0) Apples - Please be safe - I know you can't wait to see DS... Great - I will most likely throw in a suit - but 72 isn't swiming weather for me - 72 is almost sweater weather - it's long pants and closed in shoes not sandel weather for me - But for you girls with minus 30 degrees snow ice etc 72 is summer for you all - I haven't ck'd my email yet - but I would have gotten the same one as you - Ya hopefully we get some more before we go.. WNTW is on tlc Friday nights at 9:00 cali time... The new hairdresser was on some hair dresser reality show competition a few years ago... I first saw the english verision of WNTW with the 2 english chicks - I liked them.. Never saw the curly hair guy - LOL I ck'd out how much to get cut by Nick too !!!! Yep that's how much pple pay in LA and NYC for hair - I would do it as a reward - I went to Jose Eber back in the 80's and spent $200 cut & color - but that was my reward for losing 60 lbs.. and all he did was suggest hair style to fit my face and hair type - someone else cut & colored it... I take Bariatric Advantage VitaBand Chewables - I like watermelon - but am trying Mixed Berry - I keep them at work and when I get hungry I eat them - I also have the Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Cinnomon Flav Lozenges w/D - I am terrible about taking my vitimans - I will do go for a while and then slack off - then I will see to many bruises and start back :0).. Eva - It's a date - I am a shopper !!! I was a shopper at 250 - I like to shop !!! I wore elastic waisted pants all the time at 250 and it's something I refuse to weat today - Well I do have leggins and exercise clothes that have elastic waist ;0) Well I have a funeral at 1 to go to - lady at work who I have worked w/since 1974 - husband died last week - bummer I hate funerals... Gotta get to work - CBL Julie they have a Dress Barn Womens - cute clothes - don't over pack - leave some room for a couple purchases :0)

    Good Morning Gang Right now I am very resentful about the stupid dog - cuz I truly don't want it - so it's going to take some time for me to warm up to it - but it likes me ;0) - Neither Bear nor Angel like the dog - well that's normal for Angel she doesn't like Bear that much - but Bear doesn't like the dog - and Sheba - well forget about it - It's a gentel dog and not super hyper for a puppy (3 months old 1/31) Tequila - now you are talking !!! But after my last episode - I not in the mood to drink for another few months :0) We got a little rain last night - but I don't think too much - I have had my sprinklers turned off since last Monday :0) Well - I have a funeral this afternoon - a lady I have worked w/since 74 - DH died last week - so going to that this afternoon - I hate funerals.... Ok gotta get it in gear..

    Omg you all crack me up !!! Apples so you are a practical joker :0) Ya I can see that Hell if I have another dog - you can too ;0) Give you someone else to talk to when you are on the farm all by yourself ;0) Have a safe trip - we are going to miss you !!!! Julie - Brooke my 5 yr old GD - has to go to speech therapy she doesn't enunciate her f's S's and some other letters.. My DB Micheal was pigon toed - I remember braces on his feet at nite when he was a baby.. Yes it could be your neck - hopefully this pt works out Great - yes you get a scholarship - I like the 2nd one better more stores - I haven't gotten a coach discount lately - wouldn't that be cool if one came out in time for our trip :thumbup: I love chico's and I saw some other stores I love too.. Hope you get some sleep tonite and take it easy on that knee - don't push it too much.. Laurak - I am tight at nite - really my restriction doesnt change much period - stress is the only thing that really tightens me up and exercise will too.. 3/4 of a cup is good I am about the same too 3/4 to 1 c max - it's taking some time to get use to - mostly still have the issue of being full but still having the desire to eat more - but I am too tight to eat more - so I guess that's the band working Linda - We are twins aren't we - we eat alike too :0) Well back from gym - did 5 miles on the elliptical tonite - figured I needed to mix up my cardio some - I always do the treadmill - Food has been really good - I have already lost 1.5 since last Thrusday... I drank all my water today !!! Food has been good - only planed food - 820 cal 80 grms pt - Well gotta go eat - one thing I can say is that I can eat earlier cuz I am staying full a lot longer and can't eat more food after dinner like I could before..     Phyl You are to freaking funny !!!! Love it... Enjoy - that's what life is about - you have done so well - Hell how much more do you want to lose?? Tomorrow only 1 glass of wine - then switch to crystal lite ;0) Phyl do you leave Friday or Saturday for the cruise.. Candice - WTG on the painting - that's great exercise.. Well I'm back from the gym I did 5 miles on the elliptical tonite - in just little over an hour - burned 500 cal I would say the elliptical uses more leg muscles than the treadmill I figured I need to mix it up some to get this weight off.. food has been EXCELLENT !!! BF - Protein Drink - 15 pt - 70 cal S - PT chips 10 pt - 140 cal L - 4 oz turkey meat loaf & 1/4 c cauliflower - 20 pt 200 cal S - Pt bar - 15 pt - 160 cal D - will be 4 oz meat loaf & butternut squah 20 pt 250 cal That so far is 820 cal - and 80 pt - and I have drank 4 16.9 bottles of Water and 5 miles on the elliptical... As of this morning I have lost 1.5 lbs - back to 143 !!! Well squash is done - gotta get it out of microwave - I hate the beeping... Oh Ya - we have a new member to the family - white/brown boxer - Yes I gave in - I was pissed and we had a big row - he feels bad for upsetting me - I feel bad when I say no to him - He's a good kid for the most part and is pretty responsible for an 18 yr old. We will see how it goes.. Like I said - I have a very very hard time saying no to Andrew - we have been going back and forth on this for 8 months - Well it's still sorta a trial basis - I am not doing anything for this dog - I am not going to get attached,. cbl

    OMW Busy busy busy Ok No shopping without ME !!! What's the name of the other outlet - we need better stores :0) What's an outlet w/o Coach or Ann Taylor or Loft ???? Linda - I DON'T WANT another Dog - the problem is I have a hard time telling Andrew no - He's a good kid and he has been bugging me for about a yr now for another dog - we have 2 already Angel is mine - Bear is his - but I am already feeding 2 dogs and a cat - I am NOT taking on the responsiblity of this animal - I am not buying food or vet - he can call his mom for these things go get a part time job when he gets his license back in 2 weeks.. He says it's a boxer - but it looks like a pitbull to me - not that that bothers me - I just don't want to live in a zoo.. We will see how long it last - I haven't even talked to the dog - cuz you know what will happen - my heart will over rule my head - which it has already done - I am a sucker when it comes to Andrew Apples - I am far from an Insurance Pro - but thats anyway.. I love it we do have a very diverse group don't we.. Linda - take a few days off from exercising the scales will move - don't ask my why - but for me it's always worked that way.. Eat the extra 100 cal for 2 days then go back to the 900 it should help - as most will tell you the weeks they thought they would gain cuz they had a few extra treats is the week that the lost - No I don't think it's the pt - cuz I am suppose to have 60 - you have what 13 lbs to go - they are going to go slower - Also your body is still recovering from surgery..     Steph - I don't know how I missed this yesterda - yep it's scary - and what I have always been scared of since day one - this is why I keep freaking over the 5lbs - I know most pple think I am silly - but the whole secert is not to let those 5 lbs turn into 10 - We all know the drill. When I put the sticky note on the peanuts my gf Kaye just shakes her head - well - If I were talking to a healthy person they would understand - or if she hadn't know me at 250 - she's big herself - so she just doesn't "get it" This is why everything you put in your mouth counts - cuz we aren't going to go and do 2 extra days at the gym most days - I really can't do over 1 hr - that's my limit and I do have to make myself go - just like tonite - I must go - I don't want to - but will give myself credit for going an I do feel stronger about me when I do go.. But I really have to push myself to go week nites (well other that weight training days) I got the pink book - not the workbook - I wanted the Green book but they didn't have it - it's her latest I think if I remember correctly it came out in 09.. WTG on the weights - Exercise is good - and we have to look at it this way and quit the negative connotations that we associate w/exercise -it does get easier and you do feel powerful after you have done it- Put a gold start on your fridge for you... Karla GF you have the muscle - it just needs some working on :0) to make it stronger - thats all - Hell - taxes - well - I haven't even started - and need to - but what the heck - it will get done.. WTG - I know how good it made you feel - how was the run with smaller boobs :confused:) Well Started this at 7:30 - but have had 2 interruptions - and it's 8:50 - and I gotta get busy - this is my short week..     Good info Jodi - my niece (who's now 39) had hearing loss from ear issues when she was a child - not super bad but not great - hell it's worth a try.. Julie what's wrong w/Mimi's toes - My gs has club foot.. Jodi - it' 12:30 in NY - you must not require alot of sleep - I am headed to bed and it's 9:37 Cali time :0)

    Eva Yep GF it's about a plan and sticking to it until it becomes normal - You are to pick 2 diets - which everyone one you want as long as it's healthy - it doesn't matter any diet restricts calories and that's all losing weight is less calories that you burn - she suggest 1500 cal a day - to lose it slowly Get rid of the junk - plan a menu - buy for that menu and eat only planned foods at planned times and acknowledge hunger for what it is hunger and it's not going to kill you :0) As you all know I eat basically the same stuff over and over 90% of the time I mix it up some - - and I read somewhere that that's what you should do (don't remember where) but that we should eat the same things - too much variety isn't good. But 1st and foremost you have to make your eating enjoyable - I enjoy my meals - and I do plan and have since day one - it's a little work - but not really - it's worth it.. I usually always know what I am going to have for lunch and dinner most days - that way you can't say - oh I'll go and pick up a pizza or run thru McDonalds.. Well hell you know me and my typing and spelling - Meat Loaf a package of Extra Lean White Turkey with 2 sweet italian turkey sauage removed from casing and mixed in - garlic - red yellow green bell peppers - 1/2 graded zucchini - 4 tbsp flax seed meal - onion - eggbeater - Worcestershire sauce - curry powder - tomato sauce & catsup.. It's enough for a family dinner - I will have it for dinner for the next 3 or 4 nights and lunch for the week too - I don't know how to cook for one - but it's all good cuz then I have food for lunch.. She really says all the stuff I preach -but in a diff way - more educated ;0) - but I love the way she wants us to talk to our selves when we have sabotaging thoughts Well I gotta hit the hay myself - it's 9:30 - will be here before is know it.. Yes I will drink more tomorrow - but right now our desert is far from dry :0) another storm coming in ;0) I will have tmi issues from not drinking enough... I am still full - I don't want to eat - I think I may have over eaten - or I am really tight - I think I am really tight cuz got a little stress Guess who brought home a puppy....

    Charlene - We are your fitness Coach - Just like you guys are mine ;0) - So Since I'm reading it to (page 118) I will remind you - Yes, I agree with 1 day to have a PLANNED treat - the book says that too ;0).. I sorta skimmed the exercise section - cuz that's not really and issue for me - I do go and do it.. I need to work on my resistance muscle !!!!! Paying attention to fullness and quit giving in to desire to eat more. To nite ate 2 oz of my meat loaf (I weighted it) and 1/3 cup of my cauliflower and I am full... So no more food - one think I really have to work on is the water.. I have only had 2 cups coffee & 1/2 16 oz water - I need more water - but have to wait another 20 minutes ;0)

What I AM going to do tomorrow - is drink water - I only drank 1/2 bottle - now I have to wait - but I need more water. Beckism - How to know when you are really hungry HUNGER - you hadn't eat for many hours and really felt ravenous That empty sensation in your stomach You ate a big meal and yet you still want to continue to eat more - THIS IS DESIRE You had a very strong urge to eat which was accompanied by a feeling of tension and yearning sensation in your mouth throat or body this is CRAVING

    Charlene - Having a plan and sticking to it - makes your realize alot - I have alway had the plan - it's just lately those handful of nuts slip in - It's a good thing to eat under your calories - that's going to get those scales moving :0) Hope your bible study/weight loss meeting goes well Laura - No thinmints in this house or anything that's not on the plan - but I have always pretty good about that except those 4 days at Xmas :0) - Great I battle it daily and have since day 1 - I have the desire and craving to consume more cuz it taste good - it's a weird body feeling - just like an addict who can't get their drugs - I still crave more food even though I am physically full Can't wait to hear how the session went with DD Well gotta go feed the dogs cat andrew and me - well my dinner's done - left overs from last night.     Karla Hugs on your Dad & Mom situation - I know how tough it is watch your parents be sick... I will say an extra prayer for your Dad & Mom with my Prayers for Steph's FIL OK onto the crap you ate - were did you get it... You didn't bring it to school - if someone has a candy bowl on/in their desk - go put a sticky on that says "No Planned Snack" Eating beings with a trigger - sabotaging thoughts arise when you are confronted with a trigger Environmental trigger - seeing or smelling food Biological trigger - Hungry thirst or craving (intense urges to eat) Mental Triggers - these are unpleasant feelings such as anger sadness anxiety frustration or boredom. You eat to comfort or distract yourself. Emotional triggers can also be pleasant feelings You might think that if you eat or keep eating you can keep that good feeling going Or you might eat because you think your good feeling will go away if your restrict yourself You have a muscle that you need to strengthen - it's your resistance muscle (your give in muscle is the strongest right now ) Every time you resist eating something you shouldn you are strengthening you tendency to resist in the future - However each time you give in and eat something you shouldn't you are strengthening your tendency to give in.. So whenever you feel the urge to eat something you are not suppose to think about which muscle your really want to strengthen. You need to take every opportunity to strengthen your resistance muscles and to weaken you give in muscle No I don't need to eat the crap - I'm having (meal) in 2 hr leave the lunch room.. No I don't need to eat the crap I just had lunch a couple hrs ago - if I hadn't come in here to get a cup of coffee I wouldn't want to eat those cookies that are on the table - get your coffee and get out.. No I don't need to eat a sticky bun even though I am really hungry This hunger will go away soon if I concentrate on my work and besides its not that long till dinner beckisam above :0) So you ate crap - stop and eat a healthy dinner :0) Phyl - Earl watches tv like me - asleep ;0) Love the #'s those are pretty..     More Beckisams :0) I love this in the beck book - you eat lunch and you are still hungry or you get hungry before you next snack or meal - you say to yourself - I only have 3 hrs till dinner - I can do that - and then you give yourself credit for doing it I know that stress here at work makes me want to eat - I will go into gf office and eat a small handfull of peanuts - well that 160 cal x 5 = 800 cal of unplanned snacks - so I went an put a sticky on it - No unplanned snacks - I go in there when I am stressed/hungry (or should I say think I am hunger) and get a small handful - but that 160x5 = 800 x 52 is 41,600 cal over a year - that's 11 lbs - i don't do it daily but you get the drift Another thing and this one goes for me Everything little thing you put in your mouth counts - you can't say it doesn - just 20 extra calories a day over a years time equals a 2 pound weight gain - so it is important to know what you are eating - we can't say to ourselves - ah this won't matter - yes it does !!! So all I have done is eaten 50 extra calories a day to gain 5 lbs - we all think - oh what's 50 calories - well over a year it's a 5 lbs weight gain - Apples my biggest challenge has ALWAYS been to stop eating when I am full - I use to sit and contimplate my stomach - was it full - As fat chicks we don't know normal full we have to be stuffed. I can't wait to read this next chapter cuz I am a firm beleiver that we manifest our head hunger into physically feeling hungry and we don't know the diff - we want to eat we want to eat NOW and I still have a hard time distingushing between the too.. Well last night before dinner - I thought I was hungry - made some popcorn sister called and I forgot all about it being hungry - so I wasn't - I was just bored.. Today at lunch I was full - but since I had only had my meat loaf and wanted my cauliflower - I had a few bites knowing I was full cuz it taste good.. Like I say I may have a thin persons body - but the fat chick is still inside -- and she's rattleing the cage wanting to get out..

    lol Steph - I ordered 2 of those - one black & one beige - I go the medium cuz the host said that's what she had on - well I should have gotten the small - I would like them lower cut in the front :0) I have the black one on today and it's seems a little tighter than the beige one - My gf has the beige one and if it fits her (she's bigger than me) she's going to buy them off me... Hell I forget you are QVC girl too :0) - but since I were shapers - I don't have regular panties - had to go buy some :0)..     Good Morning Gang Charlene - I was going to bring my book so that I could type my affirmations as my screen saver to read daily - and I will that some stickys home - I am on the section Real Hunger - Desire to eat or Craving Section This is the section I really need - like I posted last night I was phyically full from dinner - but once I have a little bit of my drug - it's like opening the flood gates - I want more... I don't eat standing up much - sometimes at work when I am snacking on peanuts in gf office - so that's out - it's not planed eating... I really do everything for the most part now - I plan meals - I don't keep trigger foods in the house - I have my calorie budget etc.. What I really need to learn is how to stop eating when I am full.. Reason to maintain/lose weight - Health longevity.. Plan for today Coffee BF Yogurt 5 grms pt & granola 160 ca S - pt snack 120 c 15 grms pt L- 2 oz Turkey Meat Loaf 100 C 14 gms pt 1/3 c cauliflower 30 cal S - pt snack 120 c 15 grms pt D - 4 oz meat load 180 28 grm pt 1/3 c cauliflower 30 ca S - 2 sf pudding 120 cal 6 pt & pt snack 120 c 15 pt 950 Cal for the day You all are my fitness coaches :0) Apples sorry for the bad weather - don't think you need to venture to town - Yep even w/120 degrees outside - we aren't prisioners in our houses since we have a/c in cars and all the stores have a/c. Didn't watch either game and Apples I am w/you why is it that sports figures are considered hero's is beyond me..     That's what I forgot = Happy Anniversary Eva.... 900 cal a 1st for you - Ya your restriction hasn't been up to par.. I kept mine between 800-1200 - Maint was 1500 to 1900.. But with portions (mostly lunch) getting bigger I kept telling myself I was still between 1500-1900 Tonite 2 slices of turkey meatloaf about 1/4 inch thick and 1/3 cup cauliflower - I am full - I am trying my Beck talking to myself - yes I am full but I want to eat more cauliflower - it was so good

    Oh my busy bunch this afternoon - Got my target shopping Food shopping done - got it all put away and sat down to read my Beck book phone rang it was GF Deb kidding me about QVC - then my Sis called they will be here 2/6 - wanted to know if the invite was still open to stay w/me - said yes - we need to kiss and make up.. Told her that I would be leaving on the 11th but they were welcome to stay - I don't know how long they plan on staying.. Got a turkey meatloaf in the oven and cauliflower steaming.. So who won the 1st game - isn't the 2nd game on right now - since I don't have a dh I don't watch- Cowboys are my team ;0) I don't mind watch 1 game - but don't want to watch them all day long ... I will watch the SB Vote to eat Emeril's - I LOVE HIM or the moon place - I RARELY ever get go out to eat at nice places - the down side of being single. (about the only one imho ;0) But my vote is to eat out one nite at a NICE place ;0) Haven't bought anything else - I ck'd it all out last night nothing else hit me - and ya you should see the gold in FL said I should have 2/3 - the bracelet that I got was my signature bracelet - I loved it - wore it to TX for Aunts funeral but when SC (step cuz) gave me my Aunts I put mine in my purse - and forgot to take it out - so when purse was stolen there went my most fave bracelet Great I don't think I qualify for a big time qvc gal - I haven't bought TV's Beds or super high ticket jewelry (over $1000) Eva you may like the Beck Book I like what I have read so far - It says a lot of the stuff I always preach about - like how we think skinny pple can eat any and everything and stay skinny - well that just ain't true She explains it alot better about how to talk to yourself when you want to eat and shouldn't than I do..     Lucky #7 are still going strong !!!

    Well got out the house at noon -got my Target & food shopping done - got it put up and then sat down to read my book - Debbie called - then Sister called they will be here 2/6 they say they are going to move back in May - Wanted to know if room was still available - told them yes - I guess DN called and told them what happen yesterday - I will ck on the house next weekend. Making turkey meat loaf for dinner w/cauliflower for dinner - it's in the oven.. Got the dishwasher unloaded & reloaded - load of wash in.. Steph - Hugs on your FIL - Family is in my prayers... Colon Cancer is one of the most curable cancer so we are glad he's getting it taken care of.. Hugs on the Therapy - Yep it will get messy before it gets fixed.. I don't quilt - so can't help you there.. Snow - no thanks - where are the dogs?? Phyl aren't you just to freaking funny - oh ya like I need another animal :0) - DN was suppose to go today to get the rest of his stuff - doubt he did - but he will get it done hopefully before his Mom gets here... Candice wasn't your fault on the licorice - I saw a thing in 1st magazine that the sf stuff wasn't too bad - and I haven't had red licorice in ages - so bought some yesterday - it's won't call me like chocolate does - so it's no biggie and calories were only 920 total so I'm cool.. Food today - coffee a 1/2 oz of Jerky - bag of pt chips 130 - was making popcorn when Sis called - but then forgot all about it - so I really wasn't hungry bored... So started dinner and will eat then.. I suggest this Beck Solution book - It says a lot of the stuff I always preach about - like how we think skinny pple can eat any and everything and stay skinny - well that just ain't true She explains it alot better about how to talk to yourself when you want to eat and shouldn't than I do..     Good Morning Gang You all have been busy !!! GS called at 4 a.m - he was stranded and wanted to come home - went and got him and got back to sleep around 5 - slept till 8:30 - Read paper - and this lite cook book I got yesterday - has some great ideas which could be made even lighter imho - will post my favs later.. Charlene - I was talking about Laura's sister ;0) but if you have a friend that needs it go for it.. I have my yellow highliter out hi-liting things :0) Apples - it' no bra sunday right now for me - still in jammies - but gotta get butt in gear - need to finish this cookbook and list ingredients that I will need and go food shopping and I have some wash to be done - BF sounds good - after reading that cookbook - I'm hungry nibbling on some jerky. I have purchased all my gold jewelry from them - and let me tell you I have a collection ;0) With the price of gold - I really need to ck in to selling the pieces that are broken or only 1 earring ;0) it might help pay my qvc bill.. Great you have one SMART DD !!!! Better to think this now instead of thinking oh I can change him and be divorced in 6 months - as we all know we can't change anyone...

    Good Morning Gang.... Yep Karri - you can't run 40 miles a week and excessive exercise for the purpose of keeping weight off isn't healthy - I know that's not your case - but read this in the Beck Solutions last nite ;0) I agree about using the band- I think that's one of the reason I went in for a fill. I liked eating more - but with us that more keeps turning in to more and then the weight comes back on. Glad you had a good time with your game nite - I saw of FB a pic of one of your games that Lee posted a pic of... Karla - I neated the house up some - needed to wash the front walk way but didn't cuz I wasn't dressed to do major cleaning - and I couldn't find a broom - so next weekend I guess I will go w/some cleaning supplies and hopefully he's gotten his stuff out by then and neaten up some more - The house need some work - I just want to get it sold - I want to be done w/this estate stuff.. Well need to get moving - the day is wasting - it's cold but sunny - got food shopping to do - Target shopping and wash - CBL
