It was ok - had the sea bass should have had the lobster - it wasn't as good as I had at Flemmings.. But I ate my dessert choc cake w/1/4 vanilla ice cream I had some cheese & salami at target 75 cal max - am home spot cleaning carpet - sis due in next weekend was going to buy a shampooer - Karla what kind do you have - I have a little green machine - but it just spot cleans - does a pretty good job but Andrew wants to do the house. Carb at nite - totally get you there gf - I can't sleep til I have had some - last night fell asleep on the couch went to bed and tossed and turned - this is when I want to eat - it's my sleeping pill - but was full from dinner - had 1/4 bite of cheese cake and pb'd - then was able to drink a little oj and finallly went to sleep.. Beautiful day here - someone said it's 77 - but the weather report for next week - 60's...

Yes I use condiment spoon and small forks - I eat off dessert/sandwich plates and I have 1 cup bowls - been doing it for 2.5 yrs now.. It's what we are suppose to do.. Welcome to the life of a bander

Hey Gang Back from dinner ;0) - I had the sea bass & pomegranate martini -(brought half the sea bass home) it was good should have had the lobster - but I still have $50 on the gift card so next time that's what I will have.. Julie hugs on the phone - that's the pits - we have something like that too - Taste of the Desert - it's like Eva's vendors have samples of their food - you pay like $10 and go thru a line and get samples of food - I have never done it - but it raises $$$ for the schools.. Update on Phyl before she had to turn off phone for roaming charges while at sea.. Ship leaves port at 5:30 - Some pple were late getting on ship - it was suppose to go at 5... She's switching to tequilla and crystal lite - going to get a bottle in MX and smuggle back on board in her water bottle :0)

Melissa - I was thinking about you this morning... Just ck'd out the website - they have fresh maine lobster - claws and all - that's what I am having - kids are going to have to eat lite - I know they are a steak house - but I just had steak for bday dinner on thrusday - so I'm having lobster tonite.. I thought they would show prices on website - nope so you know it's expensive !!! That's why I have never eaten there - but I did know everything is ala carte - I hate restaurants like that - when my parents were alive on my Bday or when I visited in the summer - we always went to nice places and but since they have been gone (18 yrs this yr) i have only gone out expensive when I have had a gift certificate..

Charlene - IMHO soup is good and healthy as long as it's not full of cream ;0) - I make broth soups all the time and I don't worry about calories with them - meat veggies and a little potatoes ;0) jalepenos ;0) - You would think I am mexican - I love hot food I am not watching QVC for a while lol - Don't want to see next months bill !!! Jessica - Where is DS DH what does he have to say .. He doesn't help - just cuz they don't have $$$ for priv school why can't they go to public school... Yep you gotta maintain your tool for it to work and you gotta eat the healthy foods too - It does work !!! You gotta continue for the rest of your life :0) not just a while longer ;o) this is a lifetime lifestyle change !!!

Good Morning Gang Quick post before I head for the gym... dinner was good - Andrew me & Deb went out - Mexican ate and enchillada - came home then watched a little t.v. and bed. Webcam - now Candice I have seen you in the mornings :0) just like you all have seen me w/no make up - who cares we are girls - we arent perfect 24/7 - right now I am bare faced - teeth brushed hard held back with a head band in my workout close ready to go to the gym - finishing my coffee - I got to sleep till 7 this morning and you all know that's rare !!! Well need to get moving - Phyl I know you are on your way to the port for your cruise Have a wonderful time !!!!!

Thanks for the Bday wishes - I have had a good day.. Yes Eva I got the card - got it Wed (sent you email ;0) - waited till this morning to open in along with the present my kids sent - I got a web cam - it's so cool to be able to talk to the family and see them !!! Went out to lunch yesterday, dinner last nite and dinner tonite and again tomorrow nite for my bday - I'm like my Dad we celebrate for a week :0).. Thanks for the bday wishes Karla.. Phyl - Kaitlin called and we got it working we got to skpye's and do video call - it was great to talk to the whole family.. Kaitlin told me I'm the white Oprah - she they didn't know what to get me :0).. Phyl thanks again for the gift & beautiful card (I'm really into cards and truly am happy with thoughtful card alone - That's what I tell the kids all the time just get me a nice card. I just got off the phone w/Candice - to thank her for the flower she sent.. She was painting all day - and her and Peter were having cocktails - it was 9 when I called her but knew she would still be up.. Thanks Phyl Joseph gave me a webcam for my bday - so I can talk to them and the girls - omg I can't figure it out - I got it hooked up - who has windows messanger ?? I don't know how to use it and you most likely don't want to see me right not - I am still in pj - but we can talk live - it's cool My gf candy has messenger - we connected she could hear me but didn't see me.. Well it's 10 and I have done nothing but made my bed and sort thru mail - stack - bills - tax stuff - DB stuff and Ranches stuff and here I sit trying to figure out this web cam and nothing getting done - I have to go to post office I need to get off my butt..

Sorry I was mia yesterday - but since I was warned about internet and it was my friday - I was super busy yesterday and then went out to dinner with GF and didn't get home til 9:30 ish - was in bed by 10.. Steph hugs on Michael and his Dad - I think it's natural for a kid to want to know who is Dad is - just look at all the adopted kids who go looking for their biological parents - I think this fear is normal - He will show his true colors - so don't sweat it - Michael is still going to love you - the problem is most 15 yrs olds hate their parents - I know I did - I said hated my mom at that age - but I really didn't. My DS dad isn't about anything - I never stopped him for seeing him and like your xdh, he never really did try to see him - they did see each other some - but my ds remembers waiting for Dad to pick him up and he never showed up... So he may be acting like the night in shinning armor right now - but like I said true colors will come to show.. Karri - Have a safe trip over the mtn.. Phyl - lol Earl needing a comb - Go to Kmart for the curling iron or even walmart.. Candice - WTG on your kickstart progam it should help get you back on track - give you some motivation.. Good Morning Gang.. Sorry I have been MIA - I was told on the sly to watch my internet surfing at work.. Plus since yesterday as my friday I had lots to do - and last night went to dinner w/gfs didn't get home til 9:30 and I was tired.... I had 1 shrimp 1/4 baked potato few bites of my steak and all of the dessert ;0) Apples glad you are at DS and enjoying your time and had a safe trip - you had my loling about the pt bars - yep they are candy aren't they - Stress - well I have it at work - I rant & rave - home I come her and rant and rave - I can't tell you what I do to de-stress - gotta say I don't have too much of it I just do what I always do - watch t.v. read - well maybe some times I will clean - I don't have a plan of action - just say this too shall pass - I don't do long baths - Maybe shopping is my de-stressor ;0) Well have to come back to this subject - the new puppy is stressing me - None of the animals we have like this dog - bear is hissing at it all the time - Andrew keeps asking me questions - I keep telling him I don't know - I don't want to know - I don't want to deal with another dog - This is my quite time in the morning and I got andrew and 3 dogs bugging me... I can't even type.... Eva - When I was a little girl - I was going to live in Tx with my GM - I was going to be a teacher and she would be at home in her lavender painted bedroom and she would have a garden (veggies) with chicken and I would have a horse... Then when I got older I was going to be a legal secretary - my bff and I were going to go to legal secretary school.. I don't think I could do bread right now - I am pretty tight - I am poster child tight - I can eat my meat then some veggies but hardly any room left for anything else. Ok with all the commotion that's going around me right now I forgot who said what Who talked about hairdresser - sometime good sometime bad - Ya that's the way mine was -- so I have switched - I am really fussy about my hair - but again I am a hair/makeup girl ;0) Well since I can't remember squat - I am going to go to the gym and destress and get away from the animals in my house... Good Morning Gang !!! 142.5 this morning - 2 lbs in 1 week - so yes this fill is helping !! Last night I did get my 1/4 c rice in but I was stuffed - but I hadn't had any (or hardly any) carb this last week and my brain wanted them.. I feel asleep on the couch during AI - then went to bed - today is my friday :0) Karla hugs on the parent/teacher thing - When do you think you can go get a fill?? Karri - Safe trip over the mountain - and I understand your fears - a fill will help - that's the reason for the band - I think we have done alot on our own - but we have to remember why we got the band as we need the it's help.. We are addicts and as long as we can eat we will - we need the restriction that it gives us - the hard part is getting it just right.. Phyl - 2 more days till your cruise !!!! Have you gotten another suit case :0) - For me the most stressful thing going anywhere is what to take and trying not to over pack.. Hell I'm with Karla - hair stuff/make up take up alot of space and I am a makeup whore - I have 10 diff eye shadows - mascara's etc - Flying is a bitch for me w/the 2 oz limit.. Well back from the gym - got bear & angel fed - my food is cooking .. Went to the funeral today - had a brownie w/a cup of coffee but here's the thing - I ate it with a fork - and it took me about 20 mintues to eat it !!! OMG it was deliouse - I think it's the 1st brownie I have had in 2.5 yrs :0) BF was yogurt/garnola 180 cal - lunch 2 oz of meat loaf 100 cal - and then the brownie (400???) - so so far I have had 680 - dinner will be fish tonite 150 c - spinach 30 - and if any room and with this fill I doubt it 1/4 c rice - I am better tight - I haven't be having any rice for the last week - Hell fill was thrusday so I was on Soup thrus/friday/sat - Meat & Veggies the rest of the week - did have popcorn last night - tomorrow is offical weigh in day.. Phyl I used my gps to get to the terminal - you will have no problem - once you turn in to the terminal you will see your ship - and ya 1 week at sea 1 little suit case - hell I took my carry-on just for my shoes !!! Talked to Kaitlin tonite she called me - she misses me :0) pretty good for a 15 yrs GD - I am blessed.. Well, I am pooped - going to go watch tv
