    Good Morning Gang Lol on the fish Phyl - crema is the sour cream they used and yes in Mx they give you the whole fish - even here at a mex rest they give you a whole fish Yep Karla it's monday - I feel the same way - I did have a quite house yesterday - Sis & BIL left to look at houses and I went and got nails done - they didn't come back til 6ish - But having company all weekend poops you out.. Well time to hit the shower TTYL oh Denise I was rooting for the Saints cuz of you - Glad they won !!!!

    Hey Gang I am freaking pooped out !!! Went out shooting & 4 wheelling yesterday - it was cold & rained off and on - my Sis and Uncle and I kept getting back in the truck ;0) Then everyone came over here - I made chilli & corn bread - I was super tight yesterday - while we were out had 4 oz of meat and that held me all day - ate some guamole and pb'd - I will be glad - when they are gone - went to the bank - pissed at them I use to be able to get more than $200 out - so I got call them I did get to sleep to 9 today - got nails done - am washing - I leave thrusday for FL Phyl is home - talked to her last night - She had a good time even though they didn't have the best weather .. Well gotta go - quick post - talk to you all later

    Good Morning Gang Up early so I could ck in w/all of you and see what's going on ;0) plus I gotta hit the gym early - cuz we are all suppose to go 4 wheeling and shooting around 9 this morning.. I really have things I need to do to get ready - nails bank - but it will get done - family is important and these will be memories and that's what counts most.. Charlene - a tweak may help - I think doc's go for the gusto (at least mine does) and since he does blind fills and I am suppose to figure out how the waters going down - it's hard - but this .5 cc I got is doing the trick - Gotta say I get the 1st bit syndrome - I have to slow down.. You can't let DH pass you - You are going to do this !!! Jessica - WTG on your test !!!! Linda - I agree about the $$ for dinner for kids who can't keep a job ;0) - so I don't think you are bad - hell - both my GK (Andrew & Kaitlin) like expensive foods - Andrew halibut and Kaitlin good steak. I can't exercise right before bed - exercise early so I can sleep it gives me more energy most of the time.. Great - Did you get your flights figured out for going home - Have a fun mini vacation - I got a $20 suit at target - I agree w/you about costco - I hate not being able to try things on - mostly cuz I hate returning stuff.. Laura - Hugs on the cold shoulder - I agree you can't go for every little thing - but you are there for the big ones... Ya the East Coast is getting a blizzard this weekend .. Melissa - I really hope you can figure something out !!!!     Good Morning Gang Yep it's 5:14 - got up at 5 - I gotta hit gym before we go 4 wheeling and shooting today... Yes this is what my family is into :0) - We are suppose to get rain too 60% chance I think - but it was suppose to rain last night but didn't.. Karri - WTG on your raise !!! You got the $6000 I lost ;0).. I agree you deserve it :0) you work your ass off - How's the boobs??? Candice - lol I bet they are kicking themselves in the ass for letting you go - now they see you did the work of 3 pple - the lady who use to be our controller was let go - then they had to bring her back to help - she makes them pay thru the nose.. Food Yesterday - BF Pure Protein Banana Cream shake - to die for - in comes in a can 150 cal 35 grms pt - I added 1/2 banana & ice and blended it - like I said very very good so 200 cal total for bf Lunch Cream of chicken tortilla soup - 300 cal Dinner - 1 cup beans/meat/cheese w/ a corn tort on the side 400 Cal Snack - Juice 80 cal - 1/2 bag popcorn 50 1030 cal total Steph Ya it's Saturday - but I'm up early w/you - gotta get to the gym by 6:30 What do I know about heat ??? Well heat rises - expands - that's about it ;0) Phyl your boat is most likely in doc right now - you will be getting off around 8 or 9 am - home around Noon ;0) Drive careful - Hope your family is ok in NY - I see they are having a blizzard on the EC.. Tiny bites, chew and eat slowly - 10 minutes is wolfing it down - STUPID !!! Melissa - you better come you need some me time :0) Julie - Hugs on Aunt passing - safe trip Great - I have been to Glenwood Springs - beautiful - my DSS lived in Grand Junction - we put his bro in a dextoc facility in glenwood - we ate breaksfast there - then drove back to cali - it was a quick trip - beautiful place though.. Have fun Charlene - When can you get a fill - this tweak that I had has done the trick.. I really think that this last yr - I have done well on changing my eating habits - as my restriction is now like it use to be 2 yrs ago - Well gang - Visit going well - they are afraid of me - usually it's my sis the one who's mad at me - well this time the tables were reversed and I don't think she liked it - they keep joking about me letting them stay w/me - It's all good - we are having a great time - stayed up til 10:30 last night talking - then they were both up before I left for work.. So gang - I doubt I am on much this weekend - Eva doesn't take but a minute to pack - the problem is what to take :0) but that will all work out - I have to get nails done and bank but it will all work out..     Good Morning Peeps. Cking in before work - I hate having to watch my internet surfing during work ;0) will have to watch it for a few more days - the one boss who may have been the one who say or said something should be leaving me alone - My GF is IT so she's the one who warned me.. Apples - Glad you ate yesterday it will come back on - Have fun at your flee markets - Enjoy your day..     OMW you all have been busy Charlene - lol I love spring rolls -and I make up concoction all the time - it's all good.. Eva I think we will be ok - we need to kiss and make up... I ate a beef/ostrich stick I got at GNC last night 80 cal 14 grms pt and a few bites of my oat meal - lunch was this great creamy tortilla soup - I am going to try to make it for dinner tomorrow night - but I am adding chicken to mine as my BIL won't live on just cream soup w/no meat for dinner. A lot of doc say to eat every 3-4 hrs - I feel that you have to find what works for you - and Beck say it too ;0) Laurak - Your penance is to ALWAYS ALWAYS read the calories of what ever food you are consuming... I know that a small lite mocha frapaccino w/no whip creams has 110 cal Last nite at GNC - I was looking at pt bars - hell some have 400 calories !!! I read the back of everything before I eat or buy the food.. ] Deb - Ok GF I know my doc's scale is 6 lbs heavier than mine - so I have never sweated the fact that I weigh more on his - I go by mine period.. As to your little binge - Yep GF we are food addicts - I know myself - if I had cookies in the house or candy that I like - I can not stop at one serving - I just keep on eating.. And I totally get you about night time eating - that's when I consume the majortiy of my calories - but I budget for them - and w/this fill - I really haven't been able to eat too much after dinner - but did have a fudgesicle last night and put a teaspoon of pb on it - that was bad So do what you said - get all the trigger foods out of the house - if it's not there you can't eat it.. Last Xmas i bought this white choc hot choc mix - I would dip my sf fudgesicle in it - and it wasn't sf - well - i took an 80 cal treat and made it 200 - so in the trash it went.. Log your food it helps and not having tempting foods around is a must - if you want a cookie - go to the bakery and buy just one (only do this every couple of weeks or once a month) - and then take it home and eat it slowly and enjoy it - if you are like me you might want more but you aren't going to go back out to get it ;0) - so if it's not there you can't eat it :0) Great - It was awful and painful (tmi) then having the runs after the constipation finally past was the pits - I know it was due to not drinking enough water - I did better today.. I don't eat out much - that's about the only thing (besides car issues) that I miss about not having a DH - I don't make the best choices when I go out - but since I don't do it often - those are my treat times - I will go an have a shrimp cocktail at a mex resturant instead of an enchillada (my fav) sometimes - I don't like eating out at some places - like at kfc - I want the reg fried chick instead of a grilled ck breast ;0) - I still eat the skin on a chick too - it's my fav part.. As far as dressy goes - I would like to go eat at emerils or the moon place - so I thinks something dressy casual - like apples said now a days you add a jacket to a pair of jeans and you are dressed up.. I hear you on the distressed look hate it - I like indigo jeans/capris - and no I no longer feel out of place at places like Macy's - But again I have been buying clothes in the reg department for quite a while now - and have learned to navigate the store - INC - Ralph Lauren - Style & Co - NY Jones are the sections I usually hit - the other stuff is a bit pricey for my blood - I am not paying $100 for a teeshirt ;0) Laura - Ya it finally passed - it felt like Apples kidney stone :0) - Like I said - it's my lack of fluids - so in FL make sure I drink my water - My GD will be 6 in March ;0) Hugs on Dad - Phyl has one of those scooters - We all took turns on it while at Mall of America - they are fun and fast.. Apples - Like I said just make sure I drink in FL and I mean water ;0) My mom was like your DS x - she was the abuser Jessica - Love the pic WTG on the 25 lbs !!! Linda - No I never hit a plateau - I was very very lucky in that manner - and I never did the food eaten minus exercise - that would have give me permission to eat more ;0) Personally I don't think you are eating to many carbs - I might switch from eats to meat & veggies for lunch . I think you are doing good on your calories and your body is adjusting - just keep doing what you are doing and the plateau will peak - and just a tweek to the calories one day may be enough Julie - Have you seen a nerosurgern - I had these major headaches yrs ago and it was a form of whip last - falling asleep on airplane - neck bobbing - ice at the side of the back of your head base of you skull/spine you know where those little indentations are - try it .. Ok gang it's 9 and I gotta go eat - CBL

    Hey Gang Well didn't get a chance to post pre-gym - Sister will be here tomorrow - so had to strip the bed when I got home - and need to go put the sheets in the dryer in a sec - Went to gym - had a good arm workout - has some Acaiberry power drink - it did the trick - cuz of my lack of sleep last nite from the runs I almost wasn't going to gym tonite.. I had some awesome creamy tortilla Soup for lunch - so I stopped at the store before I came home from gym and am going to try and make it for dinner tomorrow - my soup didn't have any chicken in it - but I am going to add some - my BIL couldn't just eat a cream soup for dinner lol - he is on the larger size ;0) Karri - You are allergic if you have hives - did you tell the doc - hugs on the runs - I feel your pain - was up all last night - but they are gone today. I want to go to NYC one of these days - maybe we should do our #7 there next year???? Don't worrry about the $$$ you can pay me when we meet in July.. How's the boob doing?? Steph - Glad FIL coming home - do they think they got it early enough ?? Karla - there has to be something they can do to fix you - You and Candice sound like doctors ;0) - with all your medical jargon ;0).. Hugs - I understand why you work at the nursery - but gf you do have to take care of you..     Good Morning Gang... Here's my tmi for the day - was SUPER constipated yesterday my fault not drinking enough water - so took too much stuff to go - was up all night - to day is going to be a long one.. I WILL drink more water !!! I haven't been that constipated in years. Great - Hugs on the DD/DF issues - That has to be so hard - but at least they are thinking about it before and your DD is thinking w/her head and not just the heart - My Dad use to tell me things usually work out for the best - Hope they do for DD Eva - lol - I will pack a pair too (capri's) just in case - like you said in the sun it may be warm ;0) Cheri - I know Beckism is to give yourself credit you do well with that Charlene - How are things going - staying on plan :0) Julie - How are you doing - did you get sleep last night - since I didn't I feel your pain - and I won't get to take a nap Apples - having steel cut oats this a.m. - I think of you everytime I eat them - hopefully they will help with the oppisite problem I have now ;0) Well gang just a quick ck in before work - My Sis will be here tomorrow - so wish me luck ;0) they are staying with me - it will be good to see her - it's been a year since I have seen her... cbl - Have a great day !!!

    Linda - 700 cal is not enough and your body could be holding on to the weight and closer your get to goal the slower it goes and I am telling you if I have worked out 3 weeks straight and then slack on week 4 the scales move - it could be just a bad weigh in day - don't let it frustrate you - I know that's hard - cuz hell I freak out over 2 lbs too - but you know you are doing the right stuff - just keep it up. And as for what pple at work say - tell them I said go jump in a lake - I know I have friends who tell me I look just fine - you can't tell you gained 5 lbs - don't worry have a cookie - or like yesterday a girl who weighs 160-170 said oh I need lapband to lose the weight - I said gf my lapband didn't lose the weight I did - well it keeps you from being hungry she said - I said hell no - I still want all those cookies and candies that were here at xmas - the diff is I know I can't eat those foods and lose weight - I told her I did 75% of the work and the band did the other 25% - She sorta pissed me off - Pple don't understand I get hungry - I want to eat - but I don't - me not the band.. I am the one who goes to the gym - well you all know the story - pple think wls is the quick fix and we KNOW IT'S NOT... You will get there I know you will - it's just that you want it so bad and it's not coming fast enough- you have done wonderful with having surgery and all - you know stress causes us to hold on the the weight too - so chill - just keep eating healthy and vary the calories - what's your highest cal day - I varied mine between 800 - 1200.. Also - I only exercise 3-4 days a week and during my weight loss 4-5 Great - Ya this fill is good - maybe too good ;0) I have to eat very slow - tiny bite to get all my food in.. BF was some pt chips and lunch was some butternut squash - then pt drink then this afternoon pt bar - 45 grms pt so far and 435 calories - Dinner will be fish & veggies.. And really haven't had room for any snacks.. My doc say to get your pt in early in the day so that you can have more veggies at night ;0) but I havent' done it today - but a GNC opened by my house stopped after work - got a banana cream muscle milk 1 oz can 150 cal - I am going to throw it in the blender with some ice and make a shake for my dessert tonite - if I had a real banana I would throw it in too.. Will let you know what it taste like.. Jessica - Weekend are hard - I really do try to get out of the house or if I can't then I get into major cleaning modes - keeping busy is key.. Boredom is a big big food trigger for me.. Laura - I found your #'s I had written them down - put them in my phone.. Ya - it's funny you think you need a fill then you pb on something simple that you shouldn't pb on - Cheri - Gotta say you sure aren't short on self esteem - lol - and I don't think any of us really need to worry about being anorexic - we all love too eat too much Do agree that we have to be happy with ourselves and weight on each person looks diff depending on how they are built and carry their weight - most pple think I weigh less than I do - they guess 120 - hell when I did weight 120 I couldn't fit a 5 but now a 4 - so I think sizing has gone up so that pple feel better about themselves and have read that too.. My original goal was 170 and I'm 6 inches shorter than you - then 160 and was afraid to even say 150 - but most importantly I wanted a normal bmi - I got there and I am going to stay there. I am not trying to go to the low end for my height - I am on the high end - it's all about being healthy and feelling better.. Eva - Well at least there are 2 woosie ;0) who won't be in capri's ;0)... So we won't feel out of place - we have each other - WTG on food and exercise... Jodi - I love that we are your muses - and some day in the near future you will be someone muse :0) Apples - You will get the weight back on - enjoy your vacation and don't worry that you have to eat more - I wish I was in your shoe ;0) .. It's just as hard for you to keep the weight on as it is for us to keep it off - it's hard either way - we are here for you just the same.. ok gang - that's all I remember ;0)

    Good Evening Gang Aint going to the gym- I am pooped - so will do some wii instead (well maybe ;0) Candice I missed this yesterday 1) Eat EVERY 3 hours, weather I am HUNGRY or not... 2) Each time I eat, it must include PROTIEN - You mean you didnt - I might not have hard protein for bf but yogurt does have pt in it - 3) No drinking with meals ( i wasn't doing this) but I need to WAIT One full HOUR before beverages. 4) Between meals I must drink MORE water... he thinks I am dehydrated and that's causing fluctuations in my B/P... (makes sense) I HAVE BEEN BAD ON WATER MAYBE THAT'S WHY MY HEAD HURT TODAY 5) I must NOT skip breakfast, under any circumstances... if I am TIGHT, then have a pro shake or pro bar, cut up in very tiny peices. I EAT BF 5 DAYS NOT SO MUCH ON THE WEEKENDS BUT SOMETIMES I DO 6) I must stop saving Calories to Eat at night... to the detriment of rule #1 & #2... if I am going to snack in the evenings it must include a protien source...ie. pc of cheese, then the popcorn... or NUTS, then a SF, FF pudding or yogurt THIS I DISAGREE WITH NOT BUDGETING CALORIES /BUT THAT'S JUST DR JANET - AND SF PUDDING & YOGURT DOES HAVE PT - NUTS HAVE ALOT OF CALORIES SO BE CAREFUL 7) strive to eat more veggies and fruit, and if I can't tolerate them... then I may need a slight Un-fill... AGREED I EAT MEAT AND VEGGIES FOR LUNCH & DINNER 99% OF THE TIME AND FRUIT IN THE MORNING.. 8) No carb. beverages.. (o.k. cause I don't drink them anyways) He said I was "setting my body up for failure" because I was NOT eating enough protien, plus with working out at the gym 4 times per week, I need MORE cals on those days... up to 1250 cals... and increase PROTIEN... So I think I can do this and refocus myself... eat more HIGH quality foods and less junk... he didn't say to completely eliminate sugar, but I think I'll do that anyways... gotta get the cravings under control.... YEP GF YOU KNEW ABOUT EATING JUNK !!! IT'S ABOUT EATING HEALTHY - I HAVE BEEN PREACHING THAT FOR 2.5 YRS ;0) Glad you are refocused Well - tmi - I a constipated !!!! I haven't been drinking enough water - took some phillip hope it works..

    Good Morning Gang... Jodi - I had tons of test prior to surgery - shrink, lungs, cardio I couldnt walk long enough on the stress test (plus I was taking 2 bp meds that keep my heart beating slow) so I had do to a nuclear stress test - sleep, colon, pap, mamo, blood - got them all done in a 6 week period - I was lucky my doc set up all the appointment and I got approved within a couple weeks (just needed shrink test to get approved by insurance as my bmi was 42 and had 2 co-morbities) It takes a while to get use to the cpap - I never did but I never quit breathing my breathing just got shallow - I am off cpap and 1 bp med and feel 10 yrs younger.. Florida peeps - I just sent email for phone #'s - Melissa I don't have your email so email me jwrightpim@aol.com Well not much to report since last night - ate my fish 1/4 cup pasta and 1/4 c veggie and that was it.. Again wanted more food - but band is stopping me.. I guess that's the reason Apples - Hugs on your 7 lbs - you are going to have to eat those pt bars like your dh does ;0) Charlene - Yep it's going to take a while if not the rest of our lives to get the hang of this - but we will - look how far we have come - One day at a time Well it's 5:30 gotta hit the showers - will try to ck in later - I just have to be more careful at work.

    Hey Gang - I have been busy at work - plus the whole watch my internet surfing/posting... Julie - Hugs on the pain.. Have you heard from the doc about getting that mri.. I don't use my phone much either - Normally call Andrew to see if he needs something from the store.. Linda - Glad you had a good time and just ate a little cake - I had dessert 3 nite - since I celebrated bday 3 nites ;0) but not bad over all.. I didnt get any reading done this weekend either - and doesn't look like I will tonite either - Had gym then talked to family on Skypes (I love it) have my dinner cooking - almost done and catching up here - so no time left to read ;0) Lisa - Yep we are a great group if I do say so myself - we have more in common than pple think - complete strangers who get each other - our issues may be a little diff but mostly alike Eva - With you on the weather - Long pants - no sandals - and long sleeve tops ;0).. My honeymoon isn't over really - I am tight - I had 4 oz of my left over fish for bf this morning around 10 a.m - had a bite of someones lasagna (veggie) and couldn't eat my lunch - had one bite and that was it - ate 1/2 bag of my pt chips -and was full - My problem is I want to eat more food even when full - So I get that my band is doing what it's suppose to - but it's frustrating at time - but hell I sorta ate around it - had a sf fudgesicle - put a tablespoon of peanut butter on it.. No wonder I was morbitliy obese - See Charlene - I don't have trigger foods in the house - I don't have cookies or candy - but I can always find something to eat that really wasn't planned for - fudgescicle planned for but not the pb on top Eva You are right there are no bad foods - just unplanned foods - and I really wish she would use the term - Eating healthy instead of diet - yes eating healthy is a diet - but the word diet has such bad connotations - just like exercise - we should say physical activity instead Laura the whole 3 D thing didn't work - gave me a head ache Paris is BEAUTIFUL !! Karla - omg look at all those k's ;0) - I do better w/food at work than at home - infact today a chick said oh I need lapband - to lose some weight - well you can all guess I sorta when off on her... I said I did 75% of the work and the band did 25% - she says well it keeps you from being hungry - I said oh hell no it doesn't - I still want cookies and candy and it doesn't go to the gym - well you all know the work it takes to lose the weight..     Well started a post - but computer froze - thankfully had only written one sentence ;0) I got the 3D glasses at target to see the tribute to MJ - but it's only 7:16 here gotta wait another hour ;0) Laura - you don't have to adopt an infant - there are plenty of older kids ;0) - I bet your DH would just love me putting those thoughts in your head :0) Charlene - I need to go read the section - were you are full but still want to eat - just ate dinner - 3/4 max of a cup of my one pot wonder - green red yellow bell peppers onion garlic - adouline sauage - little rice - but I want more food and I am stuffed... I crave food... I hate food - I hate being a freaking addict...

    I get rugs done about once a year - they told me the more you clean it the faster it wears out ;0) like that excuse ;0) no but really - I am afraid that I would get the carpet too wet - I think I will look for the one you have - it would be good for in between - freshening up.. Making a one pot wonder - chicken adoulie sauage - red yellow green bell peppers jalepeno onion garlic rice cabbage.. will be dinner and lunch for the week

    twitter up date - got toes painted and one hand - gotta let it dry to do the other ;0) - Magenta - really a dark/med pink - I'm in a pink mood - and I don't even like pink :0) Karla they had a hover for $99 it didn't have a rotating brush I got the little one for the accident - Andrew wants me to get a rug doc so he can clean - but I am afaird he will get the carpet too wet - I write insurance for a carpet cleaning co and the whole house is only 135 - and I love the way they rake it up looks brand new for about a second :0) Earl is the one who suggested it along with me - like minds :0)

    Deb I tell myself the same thing I will only have a little bit - but I know I am kidding myself - cuz an addict can't have just a little bit :0) - Just don't buy it or buy just one candy bar - cuz when it's gone - it's gone - but with a big bar or a bag of candy then - you will have eaten the whole thing and then be pissed at yourself.. Cravings & Being Hungry - It's not an Emergency :0) beckism ;0) Laura - My GS need 24/7 attention - if he was riding his jeep in the back yard I had to be out there - if he was watching Barney - I had to watch with him - Now my Oldest GD Kaitlin would play buy herself and so does the baby Brooke.. My DS had neighbor kids to play with and cousins too.. Eva - I got my cinderfeller (Andrew) but he is only a surface cleaner - leaves the stuff I hate like window's and blinds for me :0) But at least he cleans - so I can't complain.. Great - too funny "no more dirty telephone calls" lol Ya I should have had the lobster - but had sea bass at a place called Flemming is was just as good as lobster - but the stuff I had last night wasn't In fact talking about it - I am hungry - going to go see how it taste cold :0) CBL
