Karla - Ya I would have them pay for kenneling dogs too.. and your food wasn't bad - Hell if I were in your situation I would be eating candy... We had wind I guess last night - I think there is a chance of rain today oh just ck'd 30% that's not much. Ya I appreciate 40 yr old eyes w/contacts but that's when I couldn't read the paper w/o glasses - still can't read the paper - go today at noon - hopefully something works - I'm getting frustrated.. Well I guess with Candice & Phyl Traveling - our thread is going to be really quite Steph, Karla & Me... And right now it looks like it's only me.. Got dressed and Debbie & I went to the street fair - got my visors and a blouse and some self tanner and sandles... Home showered - got my new tanner on - Debbie thinks she can get darker than me - Ya right - I've been self tanning now since February.. After street fair (fancy swap meet) went and had salad - and I'm headed to couch These contacts are frustrating the crap out of me - can read but not that great - like I have 40 yr old eyes - go tomorrow at noon...

Fought w/Andrew - took a xanax - then Debbie came over and we visited till after mid nite Think we are going to the street fair today (fancy name for swap meet in palm desert) but it's a nice one.. Good Morning Gang... Charlene - I LOVE Pure Grace & Amazing Grace yes you have to try them - If you have a Macy's close by they carry it too so you can go smell it first. Your friends PS is a lot - but you know what - I think that's the way to go - get the pain over with... That's the biggest reason for me not doing it - and the $$ to that kind of surgery is big bucks.. Hugs on DD issue - glad everything is ok.. Great - Glad you are home and enjoyed your trip - Never been to Hawaii - Might just have to do a cruise there - but heard no gambling on the ship when in the USA waters - and thats something I do at night and days at sea.. Julie - Glad Mimi is ok - you need a restful weekend - I have white blinds too - Isn't it funny on what we spend $$$ on - some things we will spend alot and other things - oh well - I don't care that much ;0) I have blinds and curtains in my bedroom - in the living room kitchen and office I have what are the called - boxes with fabric over them - valance or something like that on the top of the window.. I would like to add some curtains on the sides - but finding the right color is the problem and I am terrible on hanging stuff - too many holes.. Well wanted to sleep in this morning - but didn't turn off the alarm- plus the dogs are timed to get up at 5 and go potty and Andrew has to be at work at 7:30 so have to wake him at 6:15 - still fighting myself about the gym - lets see who wins :0).. Melissa - my x hated most of my perfumes - that was such a pain in the butt - but we have a lady at work who drowns herself in perfume and it makes me sick.. So I guess I understand now where he was coming from..

I can't even watch tv or read a magazine - I think about you guys and what I forgot to mention... Perfume - My nose has changed - I use to love red door - channel #5 - Pleasures - and some other - I use to go and spend about 200 bucks and buy like 5 perfumes - well now a days - I am mainly a Philosophy Girl - Pure Grace (smell like Ivory Soap) Amazing Grace - Soft notes clean smelling - pple don't say I like your perfume - they say I like the way you smell - I like anything roses too.. I prefer light flower scents & love citrus scent Philosophy use to make one called Lemonade - I loved that in the summer time - smells just like lemons.. But now a days - Pure Grace or Amazing Grace are the only 2 I wear.. I remember one I use to get a lot of complements on - Reality - by a lady designer oh ya Liz Clairborne - but don't think they make it any more I don't like heavy scents - never really have . I think I still like white linen and breeze by white linen.. LauraK - Good thoughts about DD job issue.. ok know there was something else - well it will come to me later Eva - I'm with you on sugar - I knew I use to go thru spurs and eat it when I was heavy - but now a day it's my very 1st thing to splurge on - maybe cuz it's easy to eat - Since I have been banded I haven''t made white gravy - that's the one thing I really am afaird of - I didn't eat it often in the past but it's just bacon fat & flour & milk - that's one thing I don't do at home - I have had biscuts & gravy for bf when out of town - but that's been just a couple of time.. Sugar - ya it's cuz it's easy to eat and you can eat alot of it where as most other foods the band will stop you... I too haven't been sleeping well - maybe the change in weather - don't know - but may just take a xanax or 2 before bed tonite..

Karen - Thanks for the receipts - I am going to copy paste them and do some shopping to try them - I really like the Quiche one and I would do the crock pot one on the stove - for some reason to me meat doesn't taste the same in a crockpot - I don't know why - but to me the taste is usually off a tad.. I agree you need to be consumed with your new life - I think I still am to a bit - I am very aware of the # of calories I eat and the types of food that I eat.. Today a group of us went to lunch w/a girl who use to work w/us - Mexican again ;0( - so I had a shrimp chevicie (sp) tostada - ate about 1/2 of it - it was sticking for some reason - but ate all the avocado ;0) I love avocado.. I didn't eat out often in the beginning - heck at first it was just Soup when I went back to work - and there just isn't alot of foods in restaurants that you want to eat when you are trying to lose weight - heck salads can be just as bad as a double big mac and I can't stand most lite dressings - they are too sweet - they take out the fat and add sugar.. I really like my Yogurt Dressing 2 tablespoon 80 cal . The pbing part never bugged me - heck some pple notice others don't - they just think you are going to use the restroom - All my molars are either filled and mosted are capped and I have a bridge on the left rear side (missing 2 teeth) - missing a molar upper right but far enough back and I don't want another bridge - one doc said get implant but those take six months an that's just too much time in the dentist office for me.. My dentist doesn't like veneers - I talked about getting them once - he thinks they are to fake looking - pple don't have that white of teeth in real life - but the other dentist who works with him thinks I should have done veener instead of the bonding to close my gap - - Ya she would it would be $20k to do a full frontal set of veneers... I'll like my bonding $100 .. Jewel - I don't think anyone is going to call you - you had nothing to do w/it.. Unless pple were drunk &/or drugs on the property they aren't going to do a dang thing - it was an accident - it's not like they drowned the child - no they weren't paying attention - but most DA's think that the loss of the child is enough punishment - well that is unless there was drugs on property and they were all partying and neglecting the child - have they had any issues in the past with child protection.. If I were you I would stay 100 miles away from the situation - Yep it's very sad that a child who was innocence had to losses their life because of the parents irresponsibility.. But they (parents) will pay - maybe not by the court - but by their own guilt.. Karen - sorry for the cold weather 89 here today and sunny and tomorrow the same they say - but they are saying rain on Monday with cooler temps - that will be a weird one if it happens.. Melissa - Yes girl stay on point.. Charlene - You are doing great on these shakes and sticking to it - and yep it's all about keeping the junk food out of the house period even when you are eating healthy foods - Well - going to go start my dinner - fish but it sounds good tonite... cb in a bit..

Steph - I don't go that much - I work - go to the gym Monday & Wed - Maybe Tuesday - Sat or Friday morning - weekend well - I shop way too much but it gets me out of the house - being home can be dangerous for me - I can go for a while then need my down time.. Just like eating I miss sleepiing my weekends away - I haven't been sleeping to well the last couple nights - but I do have more energy than I use to.. Going on a gf weekend 5/7 w/my bff Candy - goint to San Diego I think - Fri & Sat come home on Sunday - Looking forward to that grown up time.. I'm glad I don't have little kids - I just don't have the patience - for it - Hell Andrew is more like a roomate since he turned 18 and graduated - I love it.. No fight him to get up and go to school - homework etc.. Candice - Rations - well he better save them he might have to mail them to me if we have a bad eq ;0) - I really don't have an EQ storage - the whole thing about doing that is the house is going to fall on it and in the heat during the summer I don't care what it is - leave it out in the 110 temps it's going to get rotten - So I will have to dig my way to the pantry and guess I should have an extra propane tank - oh good idea janet.. Phyl - my phone was in the car charging - I replied when I left work - got a new contact for the left eye - it feels better - but said he's getting some new brand in maybe tommorrow that he thinks will be the right fit for me - so they will call me if it comes in this weekend and if not I go back on Monday - gotta say I like the feel of this one - does seem better and feels better too.. Well not much going on - talked to dil - she's eating healthy - omg - the other night kaitlin was making a bean and cheese burrito (her fav) well she put butter on the tortilla - Melissa said omg Kaitlin - what would your LaLa say right now to you.. lol I'm the food cop all over the place.. But the good new is they are eating smaller portions - eating more veggies and Melissa is readying labels !!! I think I would love to travel like what Candice & Peter are doing - my dream would to drive all around the USA & Canada - Always said I wanted to eat my way across America - still do - I want New Orleans food - Real Clam Chowder - Real BBQ etc - Karla - must be dead.... Apples - The lasagna was ok - I added a string cheese to the top of up - what I can tell you it was very very filling - infact I could have / should have stopped at about 1/2 -3/4 done - but I ate it all - added some hot pepper flakes to it to - like I said - it's ok - filling - but the real thing would have been better - but they are good when you don't want to cook - and right now - I just don't know what to eat - I'm sorta bored w/my food.. Julie - Prayer being said for Mimi - she is on my mind this morning and well last night too.. Another thing I'm terrible at is cleaning the blinds - I have wood blind and I hate dusting them - another job that only gets done every few months :0) well really maybe every 6 months lol.. Hey Gang Back from the gym - had to stop by target and get a baby gift going to lunch w/a girl who use to work at my work and she had a baby 2 months ago - came home - fed the dogs & andrew - then had to do ranch banking - and just now getting here and it's 8 pm Had a nice short chat w/Candice - but I had to leave for the gym since it was trainer nite - they were waiting for me - said sorry but had to talk to my bff from Canada.. Phyl - Where are you stopping tonite or are you driving all the way to 3 rivers.. Well you will be home soon enough to get back in the groove - you aren't gaining so that's a plus.. Then we will be there 1st of July - so off the wagon again :0) Karla - how are you doing tonite...
