You asked for it - so here it comes.. You do know why you are gaining weight - 1 beer if it's lite is 100 cal x 7 = 700 cal x 5 weeks = 3500 cal which is 1 lbs - Chips - well it's a carb - carbs make you retain Water and allow go straight to fat.. You don't eat meat??? What are you doing to get your Protein?? Banding rules always eat protein 1st.. You don't gain weight by eating healthy and exercising -- you gain weight from eating more calories than you burn.. You have to get a hold of this before you gain all your weight back.. You need to do the five day pouch test (google it) then you need to get back to keeping a food diary - a bit of this here and there all adds up... IMHO you have to have a healthy fear of food - I know I do and I'm 3 yrs out - have maintain my weight loss for the last 2 yrs. I eat the same way I did in yr 1 - I may have an extra treat now and then - but I am very very aware that a reeses Peanut Butter candy bar has 230 cal - it's sugar and fat (my drug of choice) and it has no nutritional value - eating like that is what got me fat in the 1st place.. This is truly a lifetime lifestyle change - you can't ever go back to eating like you did pre band - I don't care if you have restriction or not - it's about the kinds of foods we ate.. For most of us (there are a few who said they ate healthy but just too much - I seriously doubt that but that's what they say and there are a few low bmier out there who that could be true for) but anyway - we got fat cuz we ate too many starches - sugar and fat and we didn't exercise.. So get off your butt throw the damn chips away - quit drinking a beer every nite - get the 18 lbs off - then reward yourself w/1 beer and a few chips once a week and then leave the junk alone for the next 6 days... Thanks Great - At least they are testing her - hopefully they get to the bottom of this - Ya she's been on vicodine for 1 yr - it's very addicting.. IMHO I think that's why the doc quit her - they think she's an addict and making it up - there are so many pple now adays that are addicted to that crap - it broke up my nephew's marriage - messed up my neice's life for a few years and they all started taking if for their pain - Julie I'm sure not saying this is the case w/you - but why the doc was pissed that you are on such a heavy narcotic and no one is figuring out what your pain is from - that the other doc's you were seeing weren't doing their jobs - the just kept giving you pain meds.. Charlene - is DD home - how's Bethany - When are we going to get a pictures Great - I was wrong about Phyl - I didn't see anything on FB about pain & back issues - just her go go going.. But she did post on #7 today and said she was still having problems - going to see doc as soon as she gets here (Desert) IMHO Dr Janet thinks she needs an adjustment (chiropractor) but I know a lot of pple are afraid of them.. my boss has prostrate cancer goes 10/14 for surgery - they got it early they think - 97% cure rate - but still keep him in your prayers.. Dinner shrimp & salad - Lunch was chicken fajitas & bean - left overs from last night..

Well have to tell you that I can eat my dinner - be physically full - but still want to eat - is your urge to eat a physical one or a mental one - In the beginning I just to sit and contenplate if I was full or not - yes - my stomach was full - but my body still craved food which we precieve as hunger most of the time - I'm at work - I had lunch - I am full - but I want something to snack on - urge for salty - nuts sound good - but I am not physically hungry.. It's the stress of the job - I want to eat to get the seratonin rushing thru my veins - food is our drug of choice and we crave it even when we are full.. How did I lose weight - even when restriction wasn't perfect - eat healthy (not dieting) and exercise - and kept my calories between 800 & 1200 and varied them daily - exercised 4-5 x a week - Also - it can take 2 weeks for a fill to fully kick in.. Don't ask me why - can't explain it

Good Morning Gang... Laura - LOL it's better than none :0) Its a good start.. Work is really about the same right now - won't change till Penny gets back from vacation the end of the month - it should be ok .. Well had weights and yoga last night - didn't want to go to yoga but I feel so much better after and usually sleep really well - so I did take my butt - it's not like I'm jumping around and sweating.. Did sleep well last night.. It's cool here this morning - need a robe to go out side.. Eva you aren't cooling down - I don't think we are suppose to hit 91 and it's 67 right now and breezy .. Joyce My real mom was buried in a night gown ;0) at least that's what I remember when I went to see her - but my sis says i was in there a whole 10 seconds then I ran from the room crying - I was 15 and my mom committed sucide - she was always a blond but the had done a reverse frost on her - maybe cuz of the blood - but she looked like she was asleep but mad - that was the 1st dead person I had ever seen. That memory will stick with me forever.. But now that I'm older it didn't bother me to see the rest of my family they looked pretty good for being dead.. Except my Bro Jimmy who had an autopsy - and he had short hair so you could see the cuts in his head.. I don't go to the cementay - it's too sad - if I want to talk to them - i do it where ever I'm at - just like God - When I see a butterfly I think it means it's one of your love ones visiting ;0) is it a butterfly or a dragon fly?? I don't understand pple who go to the cementary on a daily weekly monthly bases and the decorate the grave site depending on the holiday... Karla - I usually cook most nites - and then take left overs for lunch - but last night's dinner (fish/pasta/veggies) will be tonites dinner - don't know what I will do for lunch tomorrow - maybe get a salad or take a lean cuisine or WW frozen meal May you should have a few of those in the freeze - you need to eat and it doesn't sound like you can... Bananas can be hard for me - how about a pt shake for lunch - you need your nutrients - I get the pure protein vanilla cream add 1/2 banana and some peanut butter - to die for.. But we have a blender at work - you could make it at home and stick it in the fridge at work.. I know that my Sis didn't agree w/that cuz they didn't wear suits in their daily lives - but that's what I wanted as for some reason I think that's how you should go out in your finest - not a Here Looking at you Kid tee shirt and jeans We did put a bottle of wild turkey in Michael's casket and I think someone put a joint it too and a bottle of crown royal & fessinger wine in Jimmy's - My Dad's rosary was on Fathers Dad - and I put a fathers day card in his casket.. When I had to take my Stepmom's clothes to the funeral home they said bring a bra - we (my dad & me) thought why - Don't want to be buryed in a bra ;0) also - didn't bring any shoes for any of them - just socks - you don't see their feet ;0) I think I also cry for the families as I know the loss that they feel.. I don't want to be burned either - don't ask me why - reminds me too much of hell I guess - I will be buried in the cematary where the rest of the family is buried - I just haven't paid the $2000 to pre buy my spot and I should so I can be close to where my bros & dad & stepmom are buried. Left the house at 7:30 to get tires - they had the wrong size - it was my bad - I thought they were 255's they were 225's - so was there for 1 hr they put the new tires on my rims then the car and they didn't fit - so they had to take them off put my old tires on - and order new tires - I guess I should have looked better w/a flash light - but when I told them what kind of car I have they should have double ck'd - after all I'm a girl Lol I do use that sometimes Well went to Marshalls still looking for a perfect blouse for tonite - then Ross - got a pair of heels - Steve Madden for $25 - omg they are at least 4 if not 5 inches - but cuz on the plateform and thicker heel - i can walk in them and they are comfortable.. Still have entirely decided what to wear - want to look super cute ;0) Well don't know if I'm going to the gym this morning - I do know I'm not doing 2 classes - may go to the Pilos at 10 .. Gotta go to the store and get some adult beverages for tonite.. With my heels - I am going to have to be sure not to get drunk - cuz I will fall off them ;0)..
