You haven't posted much under this name. You are 4 yrs out - what's your story - how has your journey been.. Linda - WTG on the 14 - So Proud of you... What's your band date?? Don't know if I have the patience for little ones more than a day or 2 ;0) Karla DD is young - they got to learn on their own - I have learned you can't control them - so don't try - what ever works out is what it is - When's the baby due Candice - How's WW going - Tues your next meeting - WTG on the exercise Phyl - Where are you - how's the crud going Yep 8/8 will be here in 3 weeks... Good Evening Gang Well - I did it - I went and saw the Plastic Surgeon today - 8/8/11 getting the following - lifestyle lift (neck mid face) - upper/lower eyes done - cheek implants - skin laser-ed ... Will have nurse at the house w/me for the 1st 24 hrs - icing my face etc.. Doc said I will look 15 yrs younger ;0).. Figured I better spend some $$$ on me - before the kids get it all..

Sorry for your struggles w/your band - Maybe surgeon not the actual band was your problem.. Hope you get well soon I'm 4 yrs out and no issues - little heart burn now and then - nothing a tums doesn't take care of - lost 114 lbs and have maintain that loss for 3 yrs now. But the band didn't lose the weight - I did - it's only a tool and you have to maintain that tool and follow the rules for it to work. If you don't want complications ck your surgeon - follow the rules - that being said - sometime crap happens..

Just talked to Melissa - she's doing great - walking and everything - dopey but OMG she's doing better than any other surgery she has had ... So Proud of her.. Just blended her cream of navy bean soup - omg it came out good - going to have to make some for me ;0)

That's Cute Candice !!!! I like it !!!! Well Melissa is fine - talked to her about 3:30 - she had surgery at 8 was out by 9 - going to call her around 7:30 - her mom went on vacation - not even there for her DD - I sent flowers - making navy bean Soup for her - (taking ice with me on Friday) and all the other stuff I got for her. Candice - Happy 4 yrs !!!! Hows Megan & Brian doing.. Phyl - Are you feeling any better today Karla - How are you doing Linda ?? Denise???

Too tight - sweet spot - is diff for everyone.. But never ever be too tight it's bad for your band/stomach... I don't think you are too tight - you just aren't - you just don't know when to stop eating yet - it takes a while - hell i'm 4 yrs out and sometimes I still take 1 bite too many #1 imho - I wouldn't be eating the wrap - I would eat the insides but not the toritlla/bread whatever it's made with. Eat pt first - If you can eat 3-4 oz of pt and be full that's good - if you are hungry in a few hrs have another oz of pt - or another healthy snack. Drink your Water between meals - alot of times what we preceive as hunger is thirst.

Good Morning Peeps Denise - yes the pool boy is hot - lol - had me laughing this a.m. I vote New Orleans as it's a place I always always wanted to go - plus I know I would love DENISE !!! I can't go in Sept as lady I work with is gone the whole month.. Phyl Hugs on the cold - Mucinex have you tried it - it will dry you up.. food choices are yours no matter what others are eating - I know it's hard cuz when I am out - it's difficult to make food choice that are good - but it is possible. Well I bought this skinny cow candy yesterday - DON'T BUY it - it's comes in 120 cal packs - but you can't just eat one - LOL - so i was bad bad bad bad last night.. Well it's 6 gotta hit the shower Pray for Melissa - surgery at 8 a.m. today... cbl - Happy Monday..

Good Morning Peeps I slept in - just got up - Debbie stopped by - watched tv and talked till about midnite - then she left i stayed up an hr more then been - dogs had me up at 6 but went back to bed - No plans for the day really.. Karla - I bet you are tired - you have been doing a lot of yard work that hard... Yep our bodies tell us what they are hungry for - I wanted enchillada yesterday - bought this new sauce - they were awful - had 1/2 cup - then watermelon - popcorn - ice cream cone ;0) Yep Candice moving is better than sitting on your butt ;0) Glad your Gig went well ;0) Phyl Where are you..

Good Luck Peeps - I'm a July Bander too ;0) 7/07 - 4 yrs this month Your band is a great tool - use it wisely - make the lifetime lifestyle change in your eating and exercise habits and you will succeed.. 52 when banded 250 lbs - today 56 and 136-139 lbs - feel 10 yrs younger - have 100% more energy.. I lost the majority of my weight in the 1st yr (105 lbs) then lost the rest in the next few months.. I have never dieted - I eat healthy - I exercise - I kept a food diary the 1st yr - counting calories & pt grms - I also weighed and measured my food till I learned what a 1/4 looks like or 4 oz of meat.. Prayers for a safe surgeries & speedy recoveries for all of you..

Janet 7/17/07 - 250lbs - 7/7/11 - 138lbs = 112 lbs lost and maintained for 3 yrs - fluctuation between 136-139 Phyl Candice Linda Denise There should be a law that you can't profit from a story - but I guess since she wasn't found guilty the law wouldn't apply - it's up to us peeps to boycott anything she does - but if she's smart (which she isn't) she would dye her hair blond - get blue contacts and move to Alaska and change her name - cuz I don't think she safe or will ever have a life using her real name and looks - who would have anything to do w/her - she will be living in her own prison for a few yrs anyway - till pple forget

Good Morning Peep OMG Karla - Casey Anthony has been on tv for 3 yrs - she killed her daughter 2 yrs old - I am awaiting the sentencing right now - found not guilty of murder but of lying - they couldn't prove she killed her DD but that she did lie Good luck on the house Slept good last night - fell a little more rested this morning went to bed earlier .. I don't watch a lot of the news but enough ;0)..

Good Evening Peeps Been a long long weekend - Saturday house cleaning - helping moving - couch - Sunday 4 a.m phone call Andrew went around corner hit water slid into curb with right wheel - car broke - (drinking ??? he swears no - the pple he's with wouldn't let him dd but who knows the real truth - I want to beleive he's not lieing but again I'm 56 not 16 - they were coming home from Del Taco) so I was up at 4 a.m. pissed off to say the least - well before I could call tow company (figured I would wait til 8) the sheriff is calling and had car towed - in fire lane - We this is all on Sunday the day I'm suppose to go to concert - in Hemet - well we still went - that was a total trip waiting in line for hours - totally unorigizines - we were crowded like cattle.. - then we left early - still took 1.5 hr to get on the road.. Temptations & 4 Tops free concert never again got home stayed up til 2 it was a long day.. Yesterday slept in - gf Ann came over - bbq ribs - visited till 9 -- then this morning had to run around and get car out of impound and towed to shop to get fixed.. Linda - 7/11 is Melissa surgery day @ 8 a.m. Candice WTG on your gig - congrats... Afgan don - colors green rust gold - will take pic this weekend. Phly - Yep the verdict isn't what it should be- cause I believe she knows what happen - but they did not prove that she killed her - the system did work - there was no evidence that Casey did it - there was a dead child and Casey lied her ass off - but that doesn't prove that she killed her child - again - I think she did - but there was no evidence that she did - so if you leave the emotional issue out and go on the actual evidence - they did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did it - God will be her judge.. Karma will get her Denise - it's hot here too and humid but not as bad as what you get Well it's 8:30 - need to go eat cbl

Good Afternoon Peeps Well got the house done - floors mopped/steamed - carpets clean -funiture polished - glass table windexed - patio washed - Idrise called wanted help moving told when I was done - went to his house helped unpack the kitchen - Then Stater Bros - got ribs for Monday ;0) - cooking a pot of beans now - got stuff to make melissa chicken & beef broth - and will make some cream of bean soup for her - Got home to a message from a high school friend - but I'm too pooped to go anywhere - will call her back later.. Time for the couch ...

Going to finish cleaning house - vacuum finish shampooing carpets - mopping floors - dusting - you all know the routine.. On my 4th cup of coffee - still not hyper yet LOL Karla - gravel heavy - not good - for your innars lol - be careful Candic how did you gig go Linda - at least we have dry heat but suppose to be humid later in the week - saw something w/1/2 eye Monday thunder?? rain and desert heat = humidity - we can take the dry heat himdity and diff beast for us - but since losing weight heat doesn't bother me as much..

Good Afternoon Peeps Yep a yr ago we were in WA - for me it seems like a long long time ago like 2 yrs - don't know why.. Maybe cuz I have done a lot of banding get togethers since then Oct Vegas - Feb Eva & Karen - March Phyl Linda Candic - Vacation in Nov/Dec - Kids here a couple of time - seems like time just has flown by.. Well, got sheets washed dryer just finished - need to get floors mops and carpet semi-wash - rinsing mostly - Idrise cancellled boot camp in the morning - so I guess I better charge my ipod - cuz we don't have gym on Monday..

Linda never heard of those nails - alot of pple here get gels - but if you are rough on your nails the guy said they break easier - I just keep my acrylic's had them over 20 yrs now - I was afraid to go short but liking it - so much easier.. Karla - going to free concert in Hemet (40 miles away) on Sunday - but that's it - no plans for the 4th.. Candice - Well glad you are still down a pound - that's better than gaining.. I gotta clean tomorrow or Saturday .. We get off at 2 tomorrow - but gotta work through lunch - I hate when they do that.. Well 3rd person I know losing their band - Brandy you all know her the pin up girl ... Scary ... Well got bills paid - how in the hell did it get to be 7/1 so fast - half the yr is gone..

Good Evening Peeps Back from the gym ... should be cleaning - but that can wait till Friday - need to shampoo the carpets Andrew's little dog not totally potty trained.. Right now Bella scratched on the back door to go out !!!! Good Girl - Bear is teaching her I guess ;0).. Not much to report.. Work - boss gone for a week and drops a **** load on my desk this morning.. I think we get off a little early on Friday.. Food good.. Think of trying water arobics at 24 hr fitness - it's too hot to do the other stuff.. Karla - Kicking your ass pushing that truck - I guess you just want to mess up your surgery.... I would have called them and told them to come to me - I just paid you and the freaking thing broke down .... Girl Slap up side the head.. Yes you got your exercise Linda thanks I like it - it's freeing - so easy... I wanted something new - have appointment 7/12 for p.s. consultaion - eyes for sure - we will see about the rest of the face.. Candice - How's WW going??? Are you home yet.. Phyl love your toes - I totally forgot about 4th when I got my nails/toes done last weekend - I normally am red white & blue for the 4th !!!

Hugs Linda - Yes you can come - Indio allows fireworks - so we can buy them and set them off like the rest of the neighbors do - Debbie - Ann - Me going to see 4 tops & temptations on 7/3 in Hemet (we went thru there when we went to temcula).. I would invite the neighbors to come over too LOL just to piss them off. Not much to report - Andrew home safe and sound had a good time.
