Oh I guess my post went to cyber land too.. I got off the computer about 7:45 last night Candice - You did very well on your holiday !!! CONGRATS ON YOUR 2.5 LBS WTG GIRL Yea on the exercise and gum or altoids will take care of the breath issues:wink: That was a great nsv :ohmy: Karla - how did you cut your finger I missed that one. Breakfast - yogurt - fruit - granola - lunch meat & cheese - eggbeaters on the weekend (omeletts) - hard boiled eggs - I have even had 4 oz of fish, chicken or meat for bf Lunch - one pot wonders - left overs from the night before usually just protein and veggies sometimes a litte carbs Dinner fish fish fish ( you will learn I have eaten cat fish for the last 21 months - still not sick of it) but do change it up to steak - chicken - turky meatload - one pot wonders - and 1/2 c rice and veggies. Snacks - choc fix - jello sf dark choc pudding cups - WW fudgecicles - hand to mouth feeding 100 c snack pack popcorn. - SB ceral bars or Fiberbone bars I still use regular dressing - but my salads are smaller and I do try to stick to the 2 tablespoon serviing - I had the top of a cobb salad for lunch on friday ... Try diff kinds of food you will find what works for you I hate it when my angel gets me up at 4 - to go out - when I get up at 5 !!! Ok back to work - TTYL

1Day - I am going to have to google H Pylori as I don't know what it is - sorry no help food - wasnt' that bad lunch wasn't great but it was 1/2 portion - heck in the old days I would get nachos from the taco shop and eat the whole darn thing - now adays I could most likely eat the top so about half - your totals and this is just a guesstimate (I assume you are using sf creamers) would be about 1075.. That's not bad !!! Phyl - CONGRATS ON YOUR 18'S - YEA WTG You are going to Alaska right on your cruise?? Is there gamblilng- how many days Long - I know that my sis use to shop at good will and the do get new stuff - I guess I am going to have to ck it out.. Today bf - dannon lite & fit vanilla yogurt w/1/4 c banana cheeros and then ate the other 1/2 c alone 3/4 c cheero 100 - so total bf 180 lunch BBQ chicken thigh & veggies

Restriction is when you eat hard protien and after a few bite you feel full and can't eat anymore - you don't feel it 24/7 you don't feel your band in your stomach - when you eat you get full on a smaller amount of food Some bands come with a little fill in them - some pple don't need fills just the band alone gives them the restriction they need to eat smaller quanities - some docs are agressive with fills and others aren't some fill 4 weeks 6 wks and 8 wks - I got to my sweet spot in 2 fills - some pple are on their 6th and still arent there... I'm almost 2 yrs out - below goal weight at healthy bmi weight but still afarid this isn't going to work or should I say I am afarid that I will go back to my old ways - and even with the band I know how to eat around it. I am very aware of my food addiction - one day at a time - that's all I can control - so that's what I stay focused on. -

No more skinny cow for me :0) - Sticking with my WW fudgecicles I like them and they are good but I don't go back and get another one... Are you almost home??? Holly I have 1 white - 2 Pink - 1 Red Pink I think it's just getting its first bloom - then I got the 2 Choc bare root and I am awaiting the mint julip (yellow green neon color) I am not a rose officinao - I just go by the colors - I had roses at my old house and they did fine - I just now planting them at my new house (well 5/09 I will be here 5 yrs) cuz I missed having roses - I didn't have to take any special care before - I would just Water and feed occaisionally and the cut them - They say to prune them back only in January but I have done it in the middle of summer - I am dangerous when I start cutting... Rose - it's funny sometimes a certain food will get you stuck then other times it won't (at least for me) I am sorry that you had such a terrible stick... Laura - it's ok to have 1/2 piece of pizza that's life and it's food we still need to eat occaissionally - I will have some every now and then - but since my GS only order pepperoni and I like everything - it doesn't hold much tempation - I love exercising on Saturday mornings - it's a great way to get my day started .... My blood moving.. Yep even now I hate to see the cycle of life - the baby elephant getting eaten by the lion - oh poor baby.. Charlene - they were on last night Cottage Farms- I didn't get the trees but the bushes - Choc Rose and Mint Julip (neon yellow green) - Plus Sat I order Pure Grace body wash - I LOVE PURE GRACE !! Ivory soap smell and I like Amazing Grace too it's a grandma smell to me very comforting - I hate saying grandma smell cuz it sounds old but it's not really... Linda - Like I said I have just now planned them at my semi new house - don't know why but have felt the need to garden !!! I would love to grow some veggies - but don't have anywhere to do it... Carb - Ya I don't eat them like I use to - I will have 1/4 of a roll with butter when out - but I don't keep that stuff at the house cuz I would pick too much.. I still like my carbs/starches - and must have a little with dinner or I would feed deprived - but last week I made wild rice - but by the time I finished my fish & veggies - didn't eat it - I like it but not as much as my reg rice.. Popcorn is a slider for me - I use it when I have the urge to snack.... That happens sometime - just like right - stuff isn't looking right - the color is gone on part of the boxes.. Just planted 2 choc rose bushes !!!! I now have 6 - plus one potted tree (rose) and have a beautiful green yellow rose bush comming in the mail - YES QVE Cottage Farm for my qvc girls (steph phyl denise) Good Morning Phyl... Yesterday Shrimp Alfredo !!!!! I never even ate that pre banding - but yesterday sounded good I was tired - went to the show saw Soloist (good movie jammie fox & robert downey did great jobs) had popcorn then dinner - so choice wasn't the best - but calories I was most likely ok - and gotta say I was full & satisfied.. Got my hair cut yesterday - same style but shorter - will maybe take a pic.. Well I need to get off the computer and go grocery shopping and target shopping and come home and do some wash but lbt and fb - what can I say I don't get crap done !!!! Candice Densie Kari how are things... TTYL I am getting in the shower !!!!! No more computer for a while !!!! I must I must get off the computer !!!! Hugs & love

Darling - I just hate that I can't fix your problems - But this is an age thing for me to say things do work out - My Dad would tell me this when crap happend to me when I was 21(Like getting let go from my job) he said something better will come along - and it did - it took a while - but it did. I am very glad you aren't going to become a alcholic - you know thats a big transfer addict for us - I would be sending you to betty ford if you did... We have 3 international schools (LaQuinta High School - John Glenn Middle School & Emily Earhart Elementary) they are all internatin baculaurtie (sp) schools !!!! School system has a way of taking great teachers who are there for the kids and euthiastic and turning them in to teachers who do as they (district) and go home. My son had a teacher in 3 or 4th grade she was excited - motivating and just fantastic - he got her again in like 6th grade - the district had broke her by then - I hate it as I have said before it's schools aren't about quality any longer its about the almighty dollar (yes I understand that its needed but at the expensive of the kids education??) Steph when my DS was about 15 I sent him to stay with my Sis & her husband and I felt he needed a male figure in his life - also my bro his godfather - helped when he was younger Michael is at that age were life is difficult - along with the other issues - Hugs !!! Good Morning Gang Sorry I wasn't here yesterday - I was up at 5:45 but had stuff to do as I knew I wasn't going to be around the house - gym at 7 - hair at 9 (went a little shorter) then my gf and I went to the show (soloist - both robert & jamie did a great job) little shopping and then dinner... Linda 5 miles that's fantasitic !!!! I did 2.5 yesterday but I still burned my 300 calories cuz I kept it on the 6-10 incline - I got the skinny cow fudgecicles truffles - but no more cuz they are too good... Saj - Welcome - Sorry for your struggles - This is where making the band about a life style change and not a diet. I have been banded since 7/07 and do worry the in another yr I wil start eating this or that - thinking it's ok - Right now I am very conciouse of not letting more than 3 lbs stay on my body - I feel that if I keep those 3 lbs at bay then they won't turn back into to 250... #1 go back to the beginning - start tracking calories - do the 5 day pouch test (google five day pouch test and you will find out what it is 2 day liquids 2 days mushies then reg food) get back into your exercise - don't worry that you can't run like you use to just start slowly and work back into it... Come back here and stay accountable.. 1Day - Yep you can do this just plan plan plan... Well, I see it was quite yesterday - hope everyone is enjoying their weekend Today gotta find a place to plant my choc rose bush that I got yesterday from qvc and I have a green/yellow rose bush coming from them too - it looks beautiful online - grocery shop and target shop - and wash clothes - you know those usual weekend chores.. CBL:wub: PJ - Food Yesterday - Coffee - Popcorn (200 c)- Shrimp Alfredo (800 c - I am guessing here had about 1 cup of pasta & sauce and 1 shrimp) 2 skinny cow fudgebars (200c) Not great food choices but not too bad calorie wise and gotta say I was full and very satisfied with my meal -

OMW !!!!! Denise - Hugs - get some sleep... Thanks for the info - Winnie the Pooh wasn't during my era nor my Ds either and GS was a Barney boy !!! Heck I never watched Bambi till Andrew was like 11 - what was that 7 yrs ago.. Steph - Andrew isn't a school person and I don't know if he was tested for learning disablity or not - school has never come easy for him - don't know what it is cuz he's not dumb.. and he does horrible on test.. Do you guys have an alternative school - once Andrew went to the alternative school he had smaller classes (which he seems to do very well with ) -Shorter class hours school from 8 to 12 and you work at your own speed (he had like 10 credits for 9th & 10 grade - he made the rest up and graudated early 3/25)- he did much better and they didn't have the kind of homework that they do in regular school.. He never had a fight at Summitt - was aide - where in the regular high school and jr high I was getting calls all the time - he got suspended for defending his self a couple of times.. Also we have something call home schooling - not where you teach but where they are given their assignments and do the work at home and then only go into school like on Friday to turn in their work and get it reviewed etc.. Yes I remember the struggles last year - I'm not up on all the new stuff with schools and laws - but understand your frustrations - I couldn't help Andrew with his math - he wasn't getting it - and failing - and the school could careless.. Hugs - it sounds like both Karri & Karla know there stuff - I would let Karri make that call - I would love to hear that one.. Steph - you get a cookie pass ok - don't sweat it - shit happens and we all binge at one time or another and this is a crisis - even non-xfatties do it - heck watch tv they show the skinny girls pigging out when they are in crisis mode Plus I don't want you over doing the exercise with you back issues.. Karri - Baby Girl - I'm so sorry about the 4 day work week - Only suggestion is look for another school district and move but I don't know if that's really an opinion in the current economical crisis that we are in... You can vent all you want - we understand - just wish that we could fix it for you.. Karla - I'm with you on the GSC - those are the choc/coconut ones right - I was never a big GSC person don't love the thin mints (doesn't mean I wont eat them) but I did love the coconut ones with choc.. And yes an extra light fudgecicle is 100% better than cookie and milk !! And it doesn't matter the size of your band - all I know is I have the new AP that they came out with last July - 1st the doc said large - I don't know what size large is - then he said small - so I don't know - I think I have 5cc or it could be 4.8 or 4.9 - don't remember never cared and could never figure out why pple do - all I cared about was that it worked - I got to my sweet spot in 2 fills - had a 3rd but all but .01 of that had to be taken out cuz I was too tight - so that .01 doesn't count as a fill but a tweek... Gang - it sure sound like everyone is having alot of crisis right now - I wish I could help ease some of your pain and frustrations - Please know that I would if I could and I hate not being able to help.. I will keep you all in my prayers tonite (well you are any way but will say some extra ones) And the only thing I can say is that this too shall pass and things will work out some how some way - I know that it doesn't seem that way right now - but it usually does - so please don't let these problems consume you to the point of making you sick - Ok - there will be a light at the end of the tunnel even though you can't see it right now Things happen for a reason and usually we learn from these trials - it make us stronger more able to deal with life's trials. I know I'm not in your guys shoes right now - but remember I have had my share of crap in the past year with my Son and his family (more serious than what I have posted here on the internet due the seriousness of the situtation not that I don't want to share with you all) and things have worked out (fingers crossed prayer said) - it didn't seem like it was going to work out then - but it has - just like it seems that all the crap from my bro's estate won't quit - but I know that it will and that I will have learned some big life lessons in the mean time.. Yep you still learn stuff at my age !!! We are here for each other - and know that you all can vent - cry - rant - rave and we will listen.. :thumbup:Big Big Hugs to you ALL :crying:

1Day - We must have been typing at the same time cuz when I started my post PJ was the last poster OK hugs on the stress at work - yep it will do you in if you let it.. And yes - I work Insurance we use to have a certificate girl - but due the the economy they let her go - so now I have to issue my own certificates and they are a friggin pain in the A$$ I hate doing them - the mail person doesn't collect our mail we have to take it to the mail room and stuff envelopes - so ya it's about cutting pple and adding more work to your desk.. Eating isn't really helping and you do know that - you gotta plan for these times - make some snack pack popcorn and put in in a baggie and take it to work to munch on during those times - it's alot better than eatting the candies - also you can buy those sf werthers hard candies and pop those in when you need your sweet fix - but not too many cuz they do add up - or I also have altodios at my desk - I will eat those during the stressfull times. Slice up an apple to munch on or the usually carrots & celery (I rarely do I keep fruit at my desk alot - it's werid - I love fruit but don't really gravitate to it at home but at work when I want to munch I will eat it then) or take some strawberries in a baggie and pop those instead of the candy This is how I deal with my stress eating just like my night time eating - I budget my calories to compensate for the munchies... I still munch but not on high calories foods - fruits - popcorn... So this weekend when you go shopping buy some fruit and popcorn and take it to work on Monday - and DON'T go to the candy drawer!!! Yes you know it's there but think of it as something bad - dirty - it's a drug do you really want to be a drug addict - don't you really want to be a healhty person - I think you do cuz you had major surgery to get the band... Don't let your addiction win - you gotta fight it tooth n nail - it's hard but it not impossible - You really can do it - just plan on healthy stuff to eat when you just have to...

I DIDN'T LOSE THE POST - i JUST SAW IT - I guess I was in a hurry to get to work before my boss came back from lunch:laugh: Julies - I am glad no more babysitting for you - too bad there wasn't anyone else to do it while you were recupperating... Take it easy this weekend - when do you go back to the doctor?? Laura -The don't sell One Pot Wonders in the stores they are made by Me :crying: I just started throwing stuff into a pan and cooking- I make these to take to work for lunch for the week.. Foods we eat don't have to be diet or bariatric foods !!! They just have to be low fat - limited carbs - Here's just a few of the things I make - Know first I am the kind of cook that just throws things in - I don't really measure I cook by sight and taste 2 loin pork chops cubed up, onion, bell pepper, garlic - fry it up in a nonstick pan with a little evoo (olive oil) then add a few sliced zucchini (4 whole) and some frozen corn (1/2 c) - add small can of tomato sauce and some Water - cover and cook til done - wallah - one pot wonder - that receipt was my lunch for 4 days... Another one White meat ground turkey (or cubed pork) - onion bell pepper jalapeño garlic fried in a little evoo - slice about 1/2 head of cabbage - add a little soy sauce cover and cook - The same as above but use turkey polish sausage & red potatoes instead of rice and omit the soy sauce. Ground white turkey meat onion bell pepper jalapeño garlic fried in a little evoo cubed egg plant - zucchini - yellow neck squash - 1 can tomato sauce. Turkey meat loaf is good too and you can make it with ground chicken too - add what spices you like One pot wonder = meat, lots of veggies, spices and tomato sauce and El Pato (spicy mex tomato sauce) depending on the type of food I am making - sometimes I use spagh sauce and make it Italian -el pato to make it Mexican w/chili powder - the one with the soy sauce & cabbage is sorta like Chinese - and maybe a little starch - I really didn't add the starches till I got to goal - in my weight loss phase it was mostly meat & veggies as I save my starches for dinner.. it's that whole budget idea.. Just go in the kitchen and start throwing stuff you like in a pan - experment... I do lean cuisine every now and then - I don't like processed foods - I got fat on home cooking... But I do take the fettuccine Alfredo one and cook 4 scallops or shrimp sometimes both (cut up into small cubes) 100 c like 20 grms pt (for the scallops) in a little evoo butter and tons of garlic Then I take them out of oil with a slotted spoon and add them to my cooked lean cuisine Alfredo - very very good and you most likely can't eat the whole thing.. I alway eat my protein 1st I have a few lean cuisines, WW & Kashi frozen meals in my freezer for emergencies like when I don't cook on Sunday nite and I need something for lunch - again I don't like the processed stuff not as tasty as my cooking Eggplant lasagna - with mostly meat sauce made with ground turkey and a little skimmed mozzarella cheese (I don't do cheese that much anymore use to be a BIG cheese eater) Spagh sauce made with ground turkey over french style green Beans instead of Pasta (Phyl does this) I make chili too with the ground white meat turkey or chicken too PJ of course you can - it's one of the reasons I started doing it - pple who feel like it are and some aren't - but it does help keep pple accountable and as you know I am a BIG BIG ADVOCATE for keeping a food diary.. So yes - you come and post what you are eating - no ticket for the couple of days till you get the hang of it - but I will tell you what you could have eaten instead - and yes I remember you don't like fish For you newbies to this thread - I met PJ in person when I went to Fort Worth to visit my Aunt in February - So we met for Breakfast... We had a nice long breakfast and visited - It was GREAT !!! PJ - what's up with the exercising - you were getting up a little earlier and getting some in.. Hows your restriction ?? Ok here's what I have eaten today BF - banana Cheerios 3/4 c 100 cal L - Top of a Cobb salad (turkey cheese avocado tomato olives) and a little lettuce with Ranch - Guessing here but most likely about 300 - 350 max calories 2- bottles of water Haven't had dinner yet - it's only 6:45 and I usually don't eat till 7:30 earliest and sometimes it's not till 9.. So - so far today I have had 450 max - that leaves me 750 calories for the rest of the evening.. (the reason for the lower calories is cuz the scales keep going up to 141 - then 139 - then 140 after my easter candy eating - so I am working on it (the scale) to get back to 138 - this morning 139.5) I refuse to say - oh it's just 3 lbs - if I say that it's ok to gain 3 lbs and not do anything about it - then in a few more weeks it will be another 3 and then before you know it - the scales will read 250 again - and HELL NO I AM NOT GOING BACK DOWN THAT ROAD.... So for this last week I have been watching what I eat and making sure I get to the gym the 4 days a week.. Lately it's been only 2 or 3 - (since my cruise) I have missed a Saturday and couple of Tuesday a few weeks ago.. This is what I have planned for dinner- can you guess what it is Catfish 4 oz 130c - 1/2 c rice 120c - veggies 40c = 290 c for dinner Snack - I got some skinny cow fudge truffle bars 100c - and will try those tonite - the box seems small so they might be tiny - so will most likely eat 2 of them - 100 c popcorn - lite crangrape juice 80 to 160 c depending on how much I drink When I wake up in the middle of the night I drink this juice - I have little kid cups that are about 6 ozs - I some nites I can have 3 or 4 or 5 cups of juice - the lite crangrape has 40 calories for 8 oz - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ok gang - I was just cking in - I gotta go ck my #7 thread and then play some pathwords on FB and ck my farm to see if my crops are ready to harvest... I will ck back in a whiles..

1Day #1 what was going on yesterday that made you eat all that sugar - why was is so assessable?? Yep - ticket = 2 x 20 minutes extra exercise session (40 mintues total) Were you tired stressed - whats up !!!! Or was it that you just didnt give a damn yesterday... Are you back on track today - that's what's important !!! We all have a day every now and then - for whatever reason we think we need to comfort ourselves with food and usually it's sweets - then when we have we think oh that wasn't that good - we feel guilty - oh crap I have undone all that hard work. Well it's not undone if you Stop it now and move forward - we can't change yesterday - all we can do is move forward and learn from that pig out - what caused it - how could we have eaten different to satify the craving or how we could have just told our fat split personallity to go jump in a lake and not caved into the temptation. And really if that's the only day you pigged out - and were good the rest of the week the scales maybe your friend on you weigh in day - I know for me if I had a day where I sorta ate more than ususal - I would have a good weight loss day.. I really can't help on the clothes - I do remember this though I was 18 pant 7/07 then 12/07 14 pant weighing 200 (I think) You will wake up one day and the pants will be falling off - sometimes it takes our bodies awhile to re-distribute. Rose if he's in town - I don't worry - he got in a car accident last august coming home from being out of town - the other night he wasn't driving - going out of town and it seems like it then that I tend to worry the most.. Ya don't waste the $$ on clothes - I did - I figured 12 was it then 10 then 8 then hit 6 oh ya I won't get smaller then go to 4... You are like me in an office and gotta dress accordingly - so buy inexxpenisve stuff - and just enough to get by - I think I was changing sizes every other month on the average. Hey Gang = I have reading but cheating with FB !!! Hugs Karri - I didn't sleep night before last either !!! Last night & yesterday period was hard on the wanting to eat -I did ok BF Yogurt/Granola 180 L One Pot Wonder 300 (about 1.5 cups veggei & pork) S 1/2 sb pt bar 100 - popcorn 100 D Fish (friend gave me some trout wasn't very good) rice brussel sprouts 305c S popcorn 100 sherbert 100 - pudding & nuts 120 juice 80c 1305 total calories for the day Jobs - I know that you don't want 4 day work week but better than no job Phyl the quilt is beatiful !!! Candice that snack just undid your exercise :w00t: Never was a McDonald person or fast food period- If I did eat ff it was a Del Taco red burritto extra sauce and extra cheese (a reg burrito is 400c) don't know what it is with the xtras - but can't eat them now. I have tried but they get stuck - FF now really isn't an option anymore - no good choices ok started this 2 hrs ago - but work keeps getting in the way :tt2: cbl - Hugs

Holly - LOL No ticket !! Tickets are for eating unplaned treats and for totally going over your calories eating plan !!! Peanut butter is Protein and shredded wheat was fiber - but sounds like that was the culpret. but what's a shredded wheat spooner ?? Well now you know what to eat to stay full !!!! Julie - glad each day is better - it's going to take time to recover from this ordeal.. Gone4ever - Congrats on the Exercise - those sore mucles are good - the more muscle you have the more calories you burn - keep it up Laura - that's funny about your port and incision - my port was right behind my incision in the beginning now my scar is below my port (from losing the weight) and yes my port is easliy felt - you can't see it stick out when standing but like right now I looked down ant it protrudes a little and you can surely feel it but it's no biggie really - I don't even think about it in the future they need to come up with a low profile port - but they are working on a remote control band so that pple won't have to get stuck - you would just go to the doc and they would adjust it by remote control to make it tighter.. It's a good thing that you and your little one don't like the same treats - that's me and my GS - he can have chip ahoy Cookies in the pantry and I don't care - cuz I don't care for them.. But God forbid he had a pan of brownies on the counter... Or Xmas sugar cookies with frosting or any kind of cake.. well the list could go on and on when it comes to sweets -- Well gang I slept TERRIBLE last night - my GS went out and I think I was worried about him - but don't know really what is was but I most likely got like 3 hrs sleep max - and I mean max... I know that the last time I looked at the clock it was like 3:30 and I get up at 5 - went to bed around 10 but woke up around 11 - so from 11 to 3:30 tossed and turned up and down... Came home tonite and had a little catnap (it's my off night from the gym) Food today and this is excellent cuz I'm really tired and that usually triggers me wanting to eat - in fact this afternoon - I had a sb protien bar at my desk the 210 calorie one that suppose to be a Meal Replacement - this was around 3 and I was starving so - I opened it and did only eat 1/2 and threw the rest away - I could have eaten the whole thing.. BF - Dannon lite & fit yogurt & 1/4 c granola 180 c L - One Pot Wonder (pork zuchinee corn tomatoe sauce) 1.5 c 300 S - 1/2 pt bar & 100 cal popcorn = 200 cal 680 so far - Dinner will be trout - gotta look it up - 120 per 3 oz so 40 c per oz so I will have 4 = 200 rice 120 - veggies 40 - dinner 360 That leave me around 250 for evening snacks... Well gotta check my #7 thead - will cbl:wink:

Melissa Prior to banding I did everything in my power to avoid any kind of exercise - and even in the beginning I did it - but it was so hard - it does get easier - I can promise you that and in getting easier - you don't dread it so much... I can't say I LOVE it - but I do enjoy my 2 days with trainer and usually Saturday Mornings on the treadmill - it's my Tuesday's on the treadmill that can be a chore cuz I do it after work. But gotta say I love seeing the improvement in my balance strength and speed and incline... I went on a cruise in March and was able to zip line and repel in the canopy in Puerto Viarta... That was a thrill and a real 1st for me... I can say you may never LOVE it :thumbup:- but you won't HATE it :thumbup: and will come to LIKE IT VERY MUCH :smile: -
How sweet - but you know what - it's my age !!! I that's one of the benefits of age... Life experience !!! I agree picking family is so much better - I think there is a saying about that :0) Karla you did great today - keep it up !!! Darling we are all the same way - we always want to justify our actions - and sometimes there just ism't any justification:) Hugs -

Apples - I know its all in fun :0) 1Day - glad to hear - do you go to chiroprators (sp) ?? I am not a big doc person- i usually wait a few days to see if it goes away - I don't like doctors - that's why for me having major surgery was a big big deal - I was 16 when had ds and was to dumb and young to worry or think about it - then 10 days before 30 I had my gall bladder taken out - this is when they cut you open - and that's it for me and hosptial.. Ok gang it 8:20 and I going to go eat and watch tv sweet dreams - Hugs Janet

It's a 9.5 :tt2::tt2::tt2: - I have big feet for being tiny (omw love using that word - and that's the word that pple use to discribe me now a days) And really there was no butt kicking just pull the wool back up over the eyes - opening the curtains and when I do have to kick butt - it's always with love :tongue::tt1::tt1: Just a little re-affirmation that we can't slip back That's why we are all here !!!
