Nope Linda never heard of it - but will go ck it out now - the one self help book i read a long long time ago was "women who love too much" OMG that book was such an eye opener.. Linda - how precious she is - Your Cora is beatiful !!! Love those eyes... And no you aren't an obnoxous Grandma, just like when our children were born they were the smartest - cutest etc - it's the same way with grandbabies - I remember when Andrew was 5 months old bringing him tot he office and showing everyone his little frog leap - he leaped just like a frog and you have to understand this was a kid who had a cast on his foot since birth due to his club foot.. Karla - NEVER apoligize for non-band stuff cuz there is no such thing on this thread - all these things that happend to us in our lives is what makes us who we are and why we it - it's all related - cuz imho our eating problems are really mental and not physical... Candice - CAFFINEE~~~ Steph - Hugs GF - Glad she's coming - and as far as your mom going off and drinking that's her problem not yours - you don't own that one she does - if you went and ate cuz she made you made is that her fault - Nope you own that one - Kick Jeff in the butt and tell him he need to be there for his stepson... Becareful - cuz I think for all of us being tired is a big food trigger for us. For the last couple of days - I have been thinking I needed a tweek - well lunch (could have been that I ate a little fast) I find out that I still have restriction - but then the 2nd half went down with no problem (pork zuchinee rice in tomato sauce. Oh ya - I remembered somthing from my post that went to the twilight zone Do you like fish???? Linda - We missed you too... I am pissed this morning - I stayed on the computer just so that I could post - while Idol was on - I got off at 8:30... Oh I am mad this morning !!! Well, let it go Janet - what did I say ??? Well, I'm brave right now about Andrew moving - a little releived of not having the responsiblity of worrying 24/7 about him - not that I won't while he's gone - but now his Dad will have that pleasure - and you know what just as I get use to him being gone - he could come back... I had a hard time with my workout yesterday too - after 2 miles I wanted to say enough - I was sweating like a pig and I only walk - but had it on incline of 6 the whole time going up to 10 a couple of time. Karla - did you ask me if my trainer was cute - ya he is - x-body builder - but a really nice guy - I had a crush on him in the beginning - but now I know him and consider him a good friend.. Candice - good on the exercise and great that you couldn't eat the whole burritto - what were you thinking - France in 1 month.. I wonder what Phyl is doing - how much shopping has she gotten done with Earl around.. Ok - that's about it - oh ya what I ate yesterday watermelon cheese cracker (3) ck & broc and tablespoon of rice fish rice spinach popcorn sherbet cone. All my water - but woke up last night with ankle/feet crams - took some potassuium since I got my water in it wasn't that.. was up from like midnite to 2 :cursing: Oh ya Mom issues - well my mom favored the boys more that us girls - but gotta say my dad was pretty even handed with all of us - he allowed me a little more leway (sp) but I was more responsible than my bros But why did/do I over eat - Comfort/soothing my Mom was a bit mean at times - she had some mental issues - had me on diet at the age of 8 - I think that's what made me a closet eater... Ok thats it in a nutshell - oh ya Karla - ground turkey cooked real fine spah sauce a little riccotta cheese - good protein... Ok it's almost 8 my boss is back from vacation so I better get my butt in gear cbl and hope this friggin post - post !!!

LONG CONGRATULATIONS !!!! You will do great !!! Apples I admire your determination - I don't do pasta or bread often but will have it everynow and then - bread the lite kind 45 cal per slice - I like a sandwich everynow and then - and the lean cusine alfreado and I add scallops & or shrimp is to die for.. You leave tomorrow for the lake again right - you are really a lady of leisure theses days lol - ya I know you just do 5 days of work in 2 instead of 5... where as it takes me 7 days to do 5 days of work :0)

Linda - Yes we live on a slippery slope don't we... Had lunch today with 2 bypass pple - one is with my doc - the other had her surgery in 05 somewhere else - she has gained back 20 lbs - she's back on tract and my friend who goes to my doc has hit a platues (sp) but come to find out she's drinking Protein shakes and eating meals - told her that shakes were Meal Replacements not in addition too.. 1Day OMG Hugs GF - That had to be painful... Hope you are feeling better real soon... Joann - Belated Happy Birthday - what did you do yesterday !! Hi Tulipgirl !!! Welcome During my weight loss phase I ate between 800-1200 calories a day (varing them daily) and I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill 4-5 x per week walking at least 1 mile in the beginning on flat surface working myself up to 3 miles on 6 incline at 3.8 sppeds and March 08 I got a trainer and do weights 2 x a week - and cardio now 1 to 2 days a week. I am not dieting - I am eating heatlhy - low fat - limited white carbs - and mostly sugar free I eat fish most nites - I like it - and I have anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 cup of starch with dinner every night... Also during my weight loss phase - I kept a food diary (did that for the 1st year) it's a proven fact that keeping a food diary is most successfull when trying to lose weight.. You have lost 38 lbs and that's something to be proud. I gotta say that I was/am very diligent about changing my eating habits and exercising - I still am - I have treats but they are every now and then and always planed and within my calorie budget... and if I go over that budget - I add an extra day of exercise...

I HAVE MADE MY RESERVATIONS FOR CANADA!!! Arrive @ 5:36 P.M ON 7/23 (Thrus) and Leave Monday 7/27 @ 8:45 A.M. Linda - I am both happy and sad with Andrew moving - It's a very good thing - there is nothing here in the Valley and I think it's great that he is going to his Dad's - Plus Joseph has been missing him terribly and keeps talking about moving back and they can't do that (I feel he would go back to his old ways and Melissa wouldn't feel safe) And now I know that Andrew really loves me - cuz he cried and said I was home to him... You know teenagers they don't show the affection that they did when they were 3 and idolized us :purplebananna: I have lived alone before for about 1 yr - but did have the kids (andrew & kaitlin) during that time cuz Melissa went to school and I watched them after work twice a week - but now it will be just me Angel & Sheba - he says he's taking Bear.. He even asked if I would be ok - I told him don't worry about me - I will be ok - it's time for you to live your life ... But I will be crying my eye out on 7/28 !!!! But like I have told him - the room is always there for him - so it will be a learning experience for both of us... Karri - Yep - not much longer !!!! I have looking so forward to our time together !!! Ok it took an hour to make reservations - I gotta get to work. xoxox Janet

Karla - I think you are too tight - you need to make an appointment with the new guy and til you go actually see him you aren't his patient... I don't get the fact that you can drink water like you do - Eat some soup - refried beans - add some water to make them creamer and a little cheese - Hugs about the job issues - Karri - I remember making those pizza's in 8th grade - they were good - infact we had them at someone slumber party.. Hey Gang - Back from the Gym - Arms tonite - Went to Jury Duty got there only to be told they pick the jury last week we were free to go home.. :purplebananna: Why don't they have a place to post that on their website... Blklab - Maybe you had Dates from My Dad's Date ranches :0) - That's what my Dad did for a living - and I now own some date ranches (inherited them we don't farm - sold sold some trees and lease them out now) I have always wanted to go to the Garlic Fest there isn't in July sometime - I love garlic !!'' I bought some cherries yesterday - when I was p.g. I ate like a pound in one sitting - Can't wait for watermelons - I have a pretty good one from Mexico - but nothing beats a good old USA Water melon... I love summer fruits !! I had no problem on the ship eating and didn't in Mexico either - ate the inside of a taco while in port cuz after a bite or 2 of the tortilla - I knew I was going to have a problem of being too full - and new I needed the protein so just ate the meat - My prob was like when we got back from ziplining - the windjammer was closed and the other place had sandwiches & pizzaz - neither good bander food - I did eat the eggsalad out of the sandwich one day cuz I was hungry.. Apples - CONGRATS ON YOUR NSV !!! I wish I was as lucky - nothing but a scaple is going to help my boobs - and I lift 30 to 40 to 50 lbs depending on the machine and can leg press 180 200 lbs and now can do lungs and touch my knee to the ground - in fact my butt is killing me today - we worked leggs on saturday.. But for me exercise hasn't done a darn thing for the girls - the arms or the legs... Still have the bag and sag going on - but look pretty damn good dressed - so am ok with it.. Laura - stick with mushies for a while - make sure you chew and eat slowly - give it a few days - but it you can't eat hard protien go in an have a little taken out - heck just having .01 taken out can make all the diff.. PJ - it's our bands are very fickle - some days I can eat a horse and other days 5 bite and can be full - Stress - hydration - I don't really know - just like Apple gets tight on a plan - and I don't nor did Long - it's were. You just have to make sure you are taking tiny bites and chewing and eating slowly - alot of time I have problem cuz I have eatn too fast and not chewed - or 1 bite to many I would be pissed too.... So Rant away ~~~ Call and bug - cry - beg = bribe :0) just kidding on that one... Laura - I haven't tried the quinoa cuz I don't want to spend $8 and not like it - I know that one of my Lucky #7 tried it - she liked it - Apples eat wild rice or have you tried brown rice or couscous I really couldn't get into Survior this year and I don't watch the bachelorette or bachelor - think it's totally stupid to put yourself out there like that - on national t.v. come on those are beautiful women and they have to go on a tv show to find "love" ya right - more like they want their 15 mintues of fame...- I can't wait for Idol tomorrow... Heck between here and fb - I am usually behind in my tv watching - I have like 4 Lost shows I haven't watched yet.. Well need to go cook I am hungry had - salad for lunch and 3/4 fiber1 bar before gym...

Went to the outlets didn't get home till 8 - then today was out of the house by 9 didn't get on the computer cuz when I do I don't get anything done - and OMW - Stuff is hitting the fan !!! Hey gang popping in to see what's going on - I see it's been quite.. I went to the outlets yesterday - got a Coach bag originally price $328 for $116 - it's a beige bucket shoulder style - the place was PACKED - I MEAN PACKED... Didn't get home til 8 last night and this moring was out of the house by 9 - my target - grocery - Marshall shopping - then back to winco & home depot - gs going to paint his room Still gotta finish the house put the sheets on the bed and cook... I agree with Barb - If you are fine with the amount of food you are eating - and you feel good - go for it.. My last fill was 1/08 and I havent had once since and don't think I need one now - yesertday at the outlet ate 1/2 of a chicken sauage and was done - Dinner 1 chille relleno a bite of Beans and a few chips & salsa.. Yes Charlene - OregonDaisy (50 thread use to be Denise :0) she had some esophagus issues and she didn't even know she was too tight - something about the food backing up into the esophgus... Barb - Sometimes I think I could use maybe a tweek - but then again other times I know I don't - it's just that some days I can eat a cow and the next day only half of it :0) kidding but you know what i mean.. Well the dryer went off - gotta put the sheets on Ck back tomorrow - will try and do it in the morning - but I have jury duty again - so it may not be til tomorrow nite.. Hugs

Julie I agree with you 100% you gotta do want works for you !! Aren't we funny weighing naked after bm :0) I do that too - don't want the extra poundage (like its poundage any way and we have already absorbed those calories from the food we ate by the time we have bm) but again it's what we all do - those .2 lbs weight diff of the scales makes all the diff to us mentally... My mattress is only 5 yrs old - and it's been the last week that my back has been hurting - I think I may need an adjustment - I have a gf who has one of those hang upside down machines - I think I will be trying that today !!!

PHYL BON VOGAGE !!!! HAVE FUN !! and remember after our MofA trip Steph had to buy another suitcase to get home and I came with an empty one for just that reason - room to bring home all the stuff I bought - I was lucky my suit case weighed 48 lbs - and 50 is the limit for the airplane without being charged more - cruise ships as far as I know don't have that limitation (weight) yet :0) Candice - glad no dessert - you know what I did once when I had gf over for dinner - I bought 1 piece of lemon cake (the sell individual pieces at my Fresh & Easy and it had the least amount of calories) and I halfed it - so we each had a little dessert without being bad.. And yes those fiber one bars and protein bars can be very dangerous - I have them for bf at work most day - they aren't sitting around my house - infact the other day in the afternoon I was hungry - ate 1/2 of one then threw the rest away before I ate it all so 75 cal instead of 150 !!! Kari - I don't know how you lived w/o high speed before :0) - I guess we all have to take laptop to Candice's so that we can do our farming while we are gone that week :0) Karla We have talked about a lucky 7 cruise - but the problem is July is hurricane season - plus it's HOT AND HUMID in Mexico that time of year and you pple from the colder climates would absolutly die - I went to Mex 3 yrs ago in June - it was so humid - which wasn't that bad if the ocean hadn't been so hot - it's doable for me - but I am use to heat - we can plan it for next year or do it maybe ealier - and really I think most hurricanes hit mexico more in Sept... I have a gf on my mentor thread who can't eat in the morning at all and by night can eat 10 oz steak. This is one of the problems with the band - The reason we chew so well is so that we can eat more than 1/4 of a cup and so that we don't get the iron fist in the chest feeling or bp period. IMHO we have to eat more that just 1 or 2 oz of protein - I like being able to eat 1 to 1.5 cups of food and feeling full - I could not survive mentally eating only 1/2 cup per meal - That iron fist is not being full but being stuck for me - I don't think the iron fist feeling is good for the band.. I gotta say that my diet consist of softer foods - but again I can eat bread which is hard for most banders - my dil left bagels here - i pulled of a quater of one (they were the small ones 120 cal for the whole thing) put a little cream cheese on it - it went down no problem - guess where the bagels are now - in the trash !!! Restriction is hard to get use to - eating a small amount of food is hard to get use to mentally... but again that's the reason for the band is to eat a smaller amount of food - but you have to be able to eat enough hard protein for your head and to lose the weight - or you will eat around your band (slider foods). I really think you may be too tight since you couldn't eat a hard protein dinner - what did you try to eat ?? Yep our brains want wafles more than they want fruit - that's always been our problem... That's what we have to retrain... Steph - Yep we all could go ziplinig !!! I would do it again !!! Good luck w/your speech today - you will do fine once you get up there... Ok gang - I came home last night ate popcorn watched my soap (All My Children) a major person is getting killed off and it's who done it cuz everyone wants him dead. Well then fell asleep after it - I haven't been sleeping well lately waking up 3 - 4 times a night - yesterday my siatic (sp) was hurting and lately in the morning when I wake up my lower back is killing me - but once i'm up and moving it's fine. I last night I wanted to main line some sugar so I could sleep - but had some tyenol & liquid gold instead - only woke up 2 times and I went to bed at 9 - but was up at 5 - it's 6 24 right now started this post before 6 :scared2: I have gym this morning but with trainer for legs - then when I go to gf house to pick her up to go shopping she has one of those hang upside down machines - I think I am going to try it for my back... Ok everyone increase their fonts and get chatting so PHYL will have ton's of pages to catch up on :tt2: Will cbl :wub:

Good Morning Gang Sorry I wasn't on last night came home sat down and fell asleep -well ate soom popcorn cuz I was starving too - napped on the couch for a while til about 8 - ate dinner which wasn't the best dinner - no Protein - 1 cup mashed potatoes with spray butter- it's a good thing I don't have sweets in the house cuz I would have loved to mainline some last night - I wish I had sleeping pills and could knock out. I havent been sleeping well lately - wakeing up 3-4 times a night and my siatic (sp) was hurting yesterday - I have never slept thru the night - but lately been waking up more than normal - I wish I could get a solid 8 hrs without interruption and I have been waking up with my lower back kiling me - but once i get up it's fine. I don't know why this is happening - maybe cuz I flipped my matterss and I need to flip it back - who knows.. Well enough of my complaining... I have gym this morning at 8 - my trainer missed monday so today will be make up session - legs.. Laura - I got a what are they called - omg I can't think of the name - but a policy that will take care of me if I need home health care... My brain isn't working this morning - I know where the policy is but don't feel like pulling it out.. I had to give all my medical info - about my surgery and weight now.. My life ins is thru my job and at my age and cuz I'm still a smoker - I don't think I want to pay the premiums for a separate policy - I have a policy that my dad bought for me when I was a baby and it was paid up when I turned 21 - it's now worth 17k so it's enough to bury me - and I have the one at work - but can't take that with me if I leave or retire - but I really don't need one I gained 6lbs between my consultation and my pre-op :0) Barb I applaud your 120 loss that's fantastic.:scared2:.. And glad that you are happy and satisfied with what you can and can't eat and know that sometime we can eat things that we couldn't last week - I;m glad that I can exercise - cuz I still struggle with my eating sometimes - am glad that I can work off those calories if need be.. Blklab - 1/2 c you have restriction !!!! Charlene so anitbiotic help that ?? I thought it was aggrevated by the foods you ate and stress.. My Aunt has major colon problems - she was in the hospital back in the 70's for a month - I think she had surgery - but now she has major pain and has problems in that area.. Ya it will be great when your DH and you are on this journey together - and all that $$$ saved will be fantastic.

Yes alot of pple are tighter in the morning - eggs can be hard for some - you may be too tight - or you may be eating too fast too- if you can't eat hard Proteins without pain - I would say you are too tight and may need some taken out.

Mjacot That's head hunger talking to you and no matter how much fill you have it's not going away. I am physically full after I eat my dinner every nite - but mentally I am still hungry - cuz as I just said I am physically full I can't eat anymore as my pouch is full - so if you are physically full how can you be hungry - it's our heads talking to us. !! Growling stomach doesn't mean you are hungry - it means you are digesting your food. " I am hungry and hear my stomach growling but to restricted to eat more -" This is the purpose of the band it's suppose to stop you from eating more - You new full ( pouch full - can't eat any more) is totally diff than our old full - and it takes awhile to figure it out..

TGIF Gang !!! Phyl - that's really good a garment bag & 20 roll on - I took just the 20's roll on for my shoes and one other bag - and throught I did really good - well that didn't count my tote that had makeup & beauty supplies... Where did he put his socks & underwear - and shoes - Men and what they think is dressing up?? But I gotta say my X didnt complain about dressing up.. My gosh we are going to miss you for a whole week - well remember what they say about pay back :tt1: lets see how many pages we can do while you are on your cruise Karla - that student - I forgot to give you hugs about that last night - This is why I wouldn't/couldn't be a teacher - I would have been fired the 1st yr if I had a kid like that - I knew right away when your story started that it was going to be that kid - omw those parents don't know what they are in for it's only going to get worse... Quilt shop - Blossom Street Series by Debbie Macomber it's a whole seires of books about a ficition quilt shop but the auther is a big quilter - you all talk about quilts - maybe when we go to Canada - Candice can teach us non-quilters how to quilt - I think I may need a new hobby - but where will I find the time - work - gym - fb - lbt - tv - well I guess I could sleep a little less. I understand about the dreaming of owning and being afraid to take the risk - I'm that kind of person - I will never be a millionaire.. I had bbq chick last night about 3 oz - I weighed it and had 4 oz in my dish = 30 grms pt - but could only eat about 3 oz cuz I wanted my rice & spinach - I really don't count pt anymore or offical calories - but you don't know this - but I was at DS house for Easter - when buying the GK's easter candy - I got a bag of white choc reese pb cups - did i put the candy in the kids easter basket - hell know I ate 3/4 of the bag during the nite.. These are the things that scare me - I do ok at home - but when I go out of town - I am not the best - I guess it's good that I don't go out of town too often... Lets see Karri going hiking/camping - Phyl on a curise - Karla working - what's everyone else doing Me - gf called yesterday and wants to go shopping - I said lets go to the outlets in Cabazon (about 30 miles away) - I haven't opened my emails yet so I don't know her answer - so may do that tomorrow.. I have trainer at 8 in the a.m. cuz he missed Monday - no cardio this week just weights - Bad girl Janet. Well - gotta get by butt in gear - CBL:wink:

Charlene - We had Blue Cross (ppo) when I got banded - They were a breeze as far as approval - besides that fact that I was morbitly obese :0) with 2 co morbities - I will have to ck out our insurance when I get a chance. I guess you have been a real influnence in getting your dh to get the surgery - I bet he wants to keep up with you Laura - Glad you are doing well - it's good to get your fills a little at a time especially since you can go back in 2 weeks... This is why I say don't get on the scales every day - it flucuates too much and that can be discouraging.. Well, glad it's Friday - this week went by fast !!! Might go to Outlets tomorrow w/gf - have gym in the morning with trainer since he missed Monday... That's about it.. I wonder what happen to Rose, Ellen, Beckyo - I think I am going to have to p.m. them :0) Well gotta get in gear - will cbl - have a good day

Oh My baby Girl - You are a pansy - I have slept under the stars (but it was in a camp ground no bears) we didn't have a tent - so took those banana lounge chairs - a whole bunch of comforter and slept under the stars 0 I loved that part and I have drank from streams (well this was 20 yrs ago ) So I would carry the water - but not the tent :tt2:. 86 Degrees - make sure you take plenty of water and your cell phones (both of you) alot of ppl hike in our mountains get lost strained and have to be helicoptered out - So be careful - take matches lighter and plenty of protein bars.. Did Earl get your suit cases... Well our charter schools here in the desert are part of the public school system - parents are more active in the one here and the ciruculum (sp) is different.. I'll let one of the teachers explain Ruby - Yep it's so easy to slip back into the old eating habit (unhealthy foods) and I think for all of us it's that still wanting to eat those foods - the taste - I'm at my sweet spot but gotta say - it's easier to eat sliders - you don't have to do all that chewing - you just let it all slide down. and those sliders taste so good .. You know how that 1st bite of sugar just reels you in to wanting more and more.. and ya you aren't eating bag like you use to which is great - but you are allow more treat than what is really needed - feed your dissapointment for not being able to move back home ??? I knew you would still be exercising and if you remember right before you quit posting we had this conversation about exercise and calories - your would eat 1500 calories and say oh I burned 500 so I really had only 1000 for the day - I remember telling you not to do it that way - to only eat the 1000 calorie and let the calories you burn be $$ in the bank - I'm not explaining it correctly but it's 8 and my brain is dead - but you get what i mean i think (I know you use to :ohmy:) Food is our addiction - and the minute we think we have it beat - it come back and slaps us in the face.. You are back where you belong - with us... You have made the 1st step by getting rid of the crap - admiting to your problem and forming a plan to get back on track - Logging your food - protein 1st and exercise (an no you can NOT eat more cuz you exercised ) And as to stuffing those last few bites of crap into your mouth - it was your fair well to it - so leave it where it belongs (in the past) and now move forward - Yes you gotta post in the Morning - Noon & night - OK !!! Just like you use to :0) Karla - I had to go to the attonery about my Bro's estate and while there realized I didn't pay his property taxes in April (I pay mine in advance in December just for this reason forgetting) so came home and did accounting stuff on his eatate so I am late tonite - it's already 8... Ok here is what you do about being tight in the morning and loose at night - I don't have this problem but regardless - I still am a night time eater and I am at my sweet spot.. So here is what you do - BUDGET YOUR CALORIES.. I eat BF 100 - 160 cal and Lunch 200-250 cal - and I don't eat snacks between bf and lunch and lunch & dinner - I save those 2 snacks for nights - I eat my dinner 300-350 cal - then can have 2 fudgesicles (200 cal) - 2 pudding (120 cal)- and a snack pack of popcorn (100 cal) That how I did it and how I still do it now - I can take being hungry during the day - but at night is my biggest problem and always has been - Ok gang I gotta spllit - I am pooped - I will talk to you all int the morning - sweet dreams.

And yes I think that each time you go in for a fill it gets easier for them - they know where your port is and how to hit it.. - My doc says that 1 cc is a lot when I last went for onel - that's what he gave me on 1/23/08 - I could drink while I was there - but like the next day I could barely drink my coffee - tiny itty bitty sips - I was back in his office within a week and he took out all but .01 of the fill - and I haven't been back since.. I never ever want to be that tight again - I could only eat like 1/4 c of food and that was the week of my Bday so I couldn't even go out to dinner cuz I couldn't eat... I would rather be too loose than too tight.. Give the fill a while to settle in.. ------------------------------------------------- Well gang I am late tonite - had to go to the Attonery's office and sign papers after work (my Bro's Estate stuff) and while there - it dawned on me - I didn't pay his property taxes that were due in April - I pay mine in full in Dec (cuz this is what I am afraid of doing is forgetting) and the Ranches I wrote that check in but forgot all about the 2nd half being do on my bro's house.. So came home and did the accounting stuff I had to do on his account - then cooked GS dinner (I'm haveing left over bbq chick - oh but I still gotta cook my veggies).. I wonder how Long's doing on her cruise - can't wait to hear all about it.. Well, just cking in - cbl :thumbup:

Farming is funny - it really doesn't take that much time :0) depending on the crops you plant - You guys gotta try it - I will send you invites - trees don't go bad if you don't harvest them in a certain amount of time but your crops will - I'm up to level 14 have $50K+ heck Phyl started after me and she's at level 17 I think - but again she has more time than me :0) Nichoel who use to post here is like a lever 26 she has a beautiful farm.. Steph I would say about 1/8 of a cup is a scoop - it seems like it was a big scoop - I have a scoop for my Jay White protein just looked at it it says 80 cc national measure on the scoop and you know what - I would change that to 1/4 of a cup - it's a big scoop.. Karla - your new doc sounds wonderful... - No much to report - HAPPY THAT KRIS is in the final 2 of Idol - think we should all vote for him !!! Don't get me wrong Adam is great - but he will make it without Idol - I love Kris's sweetness and they kind of music he sings - I can't say I am a big rocker chick.. Well back to the grind -cbl

GOOD MORNING GANG !! Meredith - Yep I remember the day I got my date - I wanted to scream it from the roof tops - I was so so ecstatic !!!! I was lucky I had my 1st consultation 5/30 - and think I was approved and had date on 6/21 - I had the co-morbidities and my bmi was 42 - But gotta say that Kristen the girl in charge was the best !!! It will come - I know how bad you want it !!! Laura - Glad the scales moved WTG - and glad you Mom doesn't have to have surgery. My Xdh tore his acl - and you know how men are when down :0)... I love menopause !!! But I am a lucky one no real symptoms - maybe a little hot flash every now and then.. Tom would visit every 21 to 23 days at the end - it seemed like I was alway on my TOM... The only real diff is now my skin is DRY and it use to be very oily... Linda Congrats on your 4 lbs WTG - I didn't watch BL this season - but did see the last 5 minutes - Yep us oldie can still beat the young ones :0) -- I was reading somewhere on here (lurking on someone else thread) that they thought she was too skinny - I thought she looked fine.. My food yesterday BBQ chicken - rice - corn - popcorn - 13 animal crackers (left by my GD) juice and protein drink (I missed bf & lunch was super busy yesterday so I had a pt drink around 2) Well since my boss is gone - all the work falls on me - so I better get to it - will CBL

Yep and he paid for the last one too.. This is bs he need to slow his little A$$ down - He know's I am pissed - he can't stand it when I am pissed at him- it's too funny on that front.. Who knows if he will move - but I think it would be good to get out of indio and he would at least be by his dad - well living with them - til they get in a fight... Time will tell on that one... I would like him to - now that his dad is sober I think it would be good for both of them... but DS has a temper and so does GS - we will see - I can see it now - Mom Andrew is this or that - Lala Dad is this or that ...

She does that - shows up for a while - then disappears... Ruby where are you girl - Well, my house is back to normal - but I am pissed Andrew got a speed ticket - got one about 2 months ago !!! Going to the gym helped burn off some of that anger.. He says he is going to Move in a couple of months up to his dad's him & his cousin - we will see - I think it will be good for him - but then I'm going to have to clean my own house :0)
