    Karla - even during my weight loss phase I ate 1 to 1.5 cups of food per meal - it's all about your food choices. BF about a cup - Lunch a cup - dinner usually 1.5 cups No I have NO PAIN when I eat - you shouldn't have pain when you eat (granted if you don't chew or eat too fast you will - but if you follow banders rules you shouldnt) I rarely eat cheese I use to be a BIG cheese eater - cheese is very fattening and I don't really care for the non fat kind - everynow and then I will have grilled cheese 2% - but like 1 every 6 months - Cheese - using 1 tub of margine a week - Fired foods and large quanites of starches - sweets I really do eat low fat - limited sugar and starches... For me it's a treat to go eat mexican food - I love it for the cheese :0) I am one of those pple who beleives that we have to change the way we eat - alot of the banders say I didn't get banded to diet - I just want to eat smaller quainties of the food I already eat - Well for me it's about eating healthier - I still eat some of the foods I use to eat - taco enchillas biscuts and gravy - but these are now treats and only eaten occaissionally not daily - I haven't had a home made chip dripping in grease since being banded and I really don't miss them too very much :0) (corn tortilla fired ) On a weekend I would make bean dip (a large can or refried beans with a whole block of cheese - green onions and hot sauce) and home made corn tortilla chips - and I would eat it all weekend - loved it total comfort food. Now I use a one cup bowl add the green onion hot sauce and just 1/3 c of 2% cheese and count our 24 tostido's chips and enjoy .. Again this is not sometime I do often - (mayby 2 times since being banded) I don't justify eating high calorie foods with the amount of exercise I do - Exercise is not counted against what I eat -cuz I think this allows you to eat more 1200 calories less 300 calories totals 900 for the day - I didn't do that I ate 1200 and exercise was $$ in the bank for me and it worked for me as I never hit a plateu (sp) - I rather eat 4 oz of fish 4oz of rice and 4 oz of veggies (310 cal) instead of 17 tato chips l with 6 tablespoons of dip (approx 310 calories) - I am still a volume eater - I want the most amount of food for the least amount of calories...

    Good Morning Gang Looks like it was quite yesterday - I did get on the computer around 8 but other than that had a quite day I bbq'd early and just napped read a book and 4 episodes of brothers and sisters that I hadn't gotten to - Now I have 5 lost episodies to watch :0)... Yesterday had some chicken veggies (corn aspargus) pinto beans rice cherries fudgesicle and popcorn and drank all my water.. So I was very well - but my beans seem a little salty - my eyes are puffy this morning.. Well just cking in - ttyl Hugs P.s. Charlene you are doing great - just keep it up it will come off

    Karla I don't order a drink when I am eating out. I might have an ice tea if it's to go so that I can drink it later. My instructions that I can't drink for 30 minutes. It takes pratice but I really don't think to much about it anymore and heck you save $1.99 + tax by not ordering a drink - I say just water and may have a sip or 2 before my meal How long ago did you eat - how long are you staying full. There is a big diff between being pouch full and still being hungry - I am that right now - my stomach is full - ate just a little chicken & veggie - my stomach is truly not hungry - but I am - I want to eat - I want to taste food .. That's why I got on the computer - to be distracted.. I have always eat at least 1 cup of food - if not 1 1/2 cups- for me I have to be able to satistfy my mental hunger as well as my stomach hunger - I don't want to live the rest of my life eating 1/2 cup of food - that's just not enough food imho but that's me - I personally think you are too tight and way to tight to be ordering a sandwich - I never order a sandwhich - you are not going to get enough protein before you are full or stuck on the bread.. Oh I take that back - On the cruise i had an egg salad sandwich but just ate the egg not the bread - they didn't have any food at this one snack place that would be considered band friendly.. ---------------------------------------------------- There are tons of post that werent' there when I posted this morning :0) Linda - my old neighbohood was sorta like that - well at least me and racheal my next door neighbor.. Sounds like you had fun and that's what counts Candice & Phyl - you both have great taste in clothes what can I say - Great pic's Candice - omg girl you change hair do's and color like I change shoes :0) Phyl - Have you tried the iced coffees - ff milk sf hazelnut and coffee $1.95 and it's good - I know that a light mocha frapachinnos small is like 90 calories... $7.50 omw that's hwy robbery.. Candice - We have Mermorial Day (those who have died) in May and Veterans Day (those that lived) in November - we love holidays - the more the merrier - New Yrs - President Day - Mermorial Day - 4th July - Labor Day - Vet day (well most of us don't get this day off) Thanksgiving Christmas but we do get off for Good Friday..

    Does Banding Work if you're over 50?

    Congrats on your date. It's the best thing I ever did for me - just remember it's not a diet but truly a lifestyle change - your band is just a tool - the work is up to you to make the changes needed to become successfull.. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks - well that's b.s. I have learned what it takes to become healthy... If I can do it anyone can.. Good Luck - Prayers for a safe surgery and speedy recovery..

    It's not good to puke with your band - that means you are not chewing - eating too fast - bping can cause your band to slip - so Don't say it's not a big deal cuz it is - it's not good.

    HAPPY MERMORIAL DAY !!! Thanks to all the men & women who have died & fought for our country.. Hope everyone is having a good day, bbq ing with family and enjoying the day off.. I'm making chicken - grilled eggplant - corn on the cob - pinto Beans and watermelon and cherries... Back from the gym - 4 miles and if you beleive the treadmil burned 500 caloires:rolleyes: Think I am just going to kick back - wash and Iron today maybe jump in the pool - but that's about it.. CBL

    Good Morning Gang !!! Happy Mermorial Day... Thanks to all the Men & Women who have fought for our WONDERFUL USA !!! Well, I've been up since 6:30 (no rest for the wicked :tongue:) been to the gym 4 miles - burned approx 500 if you beleive the machines... I am bbqing chicken - eggplant - corn on the cob - pinto beans - that's the menu for today - with cherries & watermelon for dessert... and just for me - Andrew will eat a piece of chicken - but none of the veggies.. Think I am staying home today.. I need a little r&r - well need to wash and iron but that's about it.. Phyl - Love your pictures on FB... They are really nice - looked at some this morning.. If anyone needs a farm hand let me know - I need the $$$ I'm broke :wink:

I quit for 10 days prior to surgery - the day before surgery I smoked - I told them (the anathieoligist) when I got to the hospital - I still smoke about a pack a day - I got to my sweet spot in 2 fills - never had a problem related to my band nor healing after surgery I went to a PS and she told me it's not the smoke but the nicotine affects on your veins (healing after surgery) so you have to be total nicotine free for 30 days prior to surgery no patch no gum nothing - Well I haven't had PS yet.. You smoke 3 cigs a day - I don't think you will have a problem- but it;s up to your doc.. Ya I know I need to quit - and in time I will - I can only treat one addiction at a time As to the cocktails - High calories no nutrional vaule and your band isn't going to stop those at all - so becareful

    Linda - 66 lbs in less than 6 months !!!! You will be at goal by your 1 yr anniversay !!!! WTG on the exercise - you are better than I ever was - I usually did 5 days in the beginning .. Long - I saw something new about the wii and exercise program - it looked good - My band daughter is coming to visit next month - she's bringing hers so I can try it out.. OMG Meredith ya you need to talk to the doc about his staff - she is costing hime $$$ and causing aggrevation to his clients.. Keep on sweaking !!!! Young@heart - Welcome - Glad to have you join our group - Apples is at the lake this weekend - she should be back Tuesday...

    OMG You all have been busy since I posted on Friday:eek: Prince concert good but they didn't do my Fav Song "When Doves Cry" Saturday dogs groomer - Yea groomer from their old beauty shop now works at my Petco - they look wonderful - I got my hair cut - bought wedding gift card - then home shower and went to Nephews wedding it was very was nice - reception good - was home by 8 (Debbie was tired - 2 nite out was too much for her but not me I could have gone for another couple hours the music was just getting good - lot of old school Food this weekend so far hasn't been bad - few drinks on Friday then out to BF afterward 2 eggs a couple bite of hash browns and too much biscut & gravey well about 3/4 of one biscut.. Then yesterday 2 beers - 3 oz of meat, mex rice & beans - a few chips and salsa - we left before the cake - which really was white frosted brownies - I would have been in hog heaven - came home and had some popcorn Andrew offered to go to the store with me today - I wanted to say are you sick you never want to go to the store with me - so we went to Target then Winco (food) I had steak & pasta for dinner - am full - haven't eaten my veggies yet.. Got a watermelon but haven't cut it yet - it's USA and not mexico - lets hope its good and Cherries - I love cherries.. Ya right darling - you kick my A$$ in the exercise department.. I have never had a smores !!! Yea !!!! Yep when we book those tickets theres no backing out !! Kari - Hugs GF - I am sure glad you are feeling better these days - how sad.... I guess cuz I have to go to work I haven't ever gotten that blue - maybe once or twice I called in for a couple of days - but there was usually a cause to my depression - breakups etc.. OMG - Kids are so immature these days !!!! I know we weren't like that - serioulsy !!! Karla - I have realized that I have totally forgotten how to flirt or even talk to a guy!!! This would surpirse some of my friends to hear me say this today - I use to think I was all that and a bag of chips at 180-190 and didn't think twice about picking up a guy.. Linda- You still have to live life and enjoy yourself - so don't sweat it - tomorrow is another day (well this is a holiday weekend - so drinks are allowed ;0) Ya Candice we are all going to do our share at Hotel McIntyer !!! OK - That's being said right now... You are putting us up so - you have to allow us to do stuff to repay you for opening your house to us !!! Candice - 1/2 is better than nothing !!! I WANT A PIC OF THE TATTOO !!! Welcome home - I've seen the pic's while I was Andrew Farming this morning - they are great - some great ones of you and Earl... - Ha ha Earl 9 lbs !!!! You only 2 WTG !!! I wonder why you are tight since you got home - the stress of getting home - hating to get of the ship and going back to our normal life :0) Denise - OMG Girl - you gotta get out of that school - can't you transfer somewhere else - Hugs Hugs Hugs... I LOVE THE IDEA OF GOING OUT OF NEW ORLEANS !!!!! YES LETS DO THAT !!!!! KARI - HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER CHECK THOSE CRUISE PLEASE!!!! 4 DAY CRUISE AND 2 DAY IN NEW ORLEANS Steph - I remember you telling us about your room last summer while we where at MofA :lol:- when you talk about cleaning it - I just smile -:w00t::glare: Tomorrow - having bbq chicken corn on the cob and I made a pot of pinto beans.. Yea no work tomorrow - get to sleep in - going to the gym in the a.m. - it's closing at 5 so not trainer tomorrow - I guess we will be making up the lost day during the week... I have been drinking ice tea - so maybe I'll be up past 9:30 tonite :0) I don't have to get up at 5 yea!!!

Sounds like you have a very very full plate -I wish I had something to say that could help - just know that my thoughts are with you right now- Hugs & Prayer !!! Julie -You do have a full weekend - how are you feeling Barb -a few drinks staying on track for the most part - I only drink socially - so it's my treat :0) Laura You band will keep you in check for the most part at the BBQ - well except for slidder but I try and stay away from those..

    Laura - How kind you are !!! I have been worrying lately cuz so many post a couple times then leave... Does my breath stink or am I to ridge.. I never really count salt but am like you 99% of my food is home made - I don't use alot - but things like tomato sauce even frozen spinach has salt in it and all that adds up - when I wake up in the morning I can tell if I am retaining cuz under my eyes are really puffy.. Julie I think we all forget to enjoy the moment - we are all always in a rush to do this or that - we take everyone elses problems and add them to ours - this is when we have to step back and let others fix their own problems - I know that with our kids we want to protect them - but how are they ever going to learn if we keep doing that - they need to stand on their own two feet at one time or another.. We think we can control everything in our lives and truly we can't really control a darn thing - life happens and all we can do - it do our best at copping and realizing that this is just a moment in time and that it will get better. So Have a little pitty party for 1 hour - then say I am going to be happy I am going to go out and enjoy the spring weather and take my baby for a walk. Say to yourself - I will smile - I will look at the sky and truly wonder of its beauty - these things that we take for granted - think of all the things that you do have in your life to be grateful for - and remember it could always be worse... My plans this weekend - Rock Yard tonite coverband "Prince" (drinking and dancing) Tomorrow - dogs to the groomer - hair cut - nephews wedding at 2 - reception at 5 (more partying) That leaves me Sunday & Monday to recoup for all my partying :lol::party:

    Oh ya I forgot I have a partner in crime in the bad department (smoking :party:) - I had a love boat romance on my very 1st cruise back in 93 !!! We will have to figure out the do not distrub thingis - I gotta say on this last cruise didn't meet any of the cabana boys that rocked my world or that were freindly but again - it was cold on deck and I never made the disco - It will be great if we can put this together - cuz my 18's were boring on this last crusie.. Karri - This is when I eat what others are eating for the most part - as you state even the "normal" pple go hog wild in their eating during these kind of trips.. That is normal -planed treats - what isn't normal and what we can do is continue to eat that way once we get home - which you really know that you won't do cuz you don't have that kind of junk in the house - So Mommy advice is go with the flow and take some healthy snacks that everyone will enjoy - those toastedos (sp) bite size chips - you get like 24 for 140 calories - that and some salsa is great.. Jerkey is another packable good food choice What are pple taking that you are worried about?? Plus since I'm a closet eater I can pretty much control my eating around others - it's when I have the sweets and I am alone that's the problem... But around others I am really good about showing control - and it all goes to the fake it till you make it - not that I don't want that second helping of mac salad or another piece of cake - but pple are so impressed by my weight loss that - that in itself is enough for me to stay in control on the portion size. And if I over do it on a weekend away - I know that come Monday I will be back in control.. I guess I allow myself weekend party eating and don't fret too much - but you all know that I did fret prior to my cruise but I think that pre-fretting helps you stay in control once you are doing your activity - On my cruise I had dessert - I had cookies - but I took the stairs - I exercised and I didn't over do it at at meal time. Portion on cruise menus are great. Linda - Thanks - I don't know what I say that was so right - I talk plan old talk that I think we all relate to... :thumbup: I am glad to hear that you are feeling better - I know how much you miss your kids. I love that mine are growing up (heck for Joseph who will be 38 in July it's taken awhile and Andrew - My baby ready to spread his wings) ----------------------------------------- Ok Phyl should be back tomorrow or sunday - gotta ck to see how many pages we have done while she was away....

    Kari - I;m with you on the fickleness of my band right now - I will get full fast sometime - but it's not lasting more than 1/2 hr.. And ya the head hunger too.... Mexico sounds good - Spring Break next year for our teachers or after schoold gets out in June.... Say 6/15 - I think everyone will be done by them I'll vote for phyl - I know her and earl would go - Linda LOVES mexico... Candice too - You Me Karla Denise & Karri - don't know who would be taking their dh's - I would like a baloncy room since as I right now I'm still smoking -

    Well you are doing good on the protein- hows the sodium?? Is it that time of the month and forgive me I forget - but are you weighing every day :0) Take a couple days off on the exercise and it might help - I know that for me the weeks that I exercised hard the scales didn't move that much then if I took a couple days off the would move Glad your baby is back to his self... it's 7:47 here so I have another 15 til Dance - better go start dinner...     Karri - Yep you do get mad at us :smile2: cuz we are alway harping on you and what you are eating :thumbup: calorie wise - but its was cuz you said you didn't have the energy you needed to do your training and girl you exercise ten time harder than the rest of us... That's all - 1100 well you know what you can get alot of food in for the but heck running for 4 miles burns how many calories (what did your body bug say) but anyway - and I don't think that we got that your 1100 calories was your verision of the 5 day pouch test and then you reviewed what you are doing and decided ya I may need to up my calories to 1500. I really thought you had more restriction than you do - cuz you know how you are with fills. So I apolizied for getting your dander up :w00t: but I just want to make sure that you eat enought to be able to train like you want to.. You k now what this is no diff than Candice's Dh telling her not to eat ice cream - we know that you know what's best for you - I promise no more advice till you tell me you are eating candy ok :0)..Hugs Baby Girl.... :mad2: And it's ok to tell us to step off - back off and to get mad - we all do it at times :laugh: Hope you got to run - that would help with all the crap that's going on at school... And us bossy Mom's on LBT:wink: Steph Ok pick on you time - bread & soda :0) My food today Bf Pear 100 cal & WW string cheese 50 cal Lunch: 1.5 cup Chicken Soup made with 1/2 red potato carrots zuchinne cabbage - 250 Cal Snack: WW string cheese 50 cal & 14 tostido chips 130 cal with El Pato Dinner - Fish 150 cal - asparuguss 40 cal - Rice 120 cal Liquids - 2 16 oz coffee - 1 16 oz Ice tea and 1 16 oz watet Snack tonite - Popcorn 100 - Watermelon 100 - SF pudding w/walnuts 160 - 16 oz cran/grap juice 80 3 miles - burned 386 calories did 15 incline at 2.5 speed for 3 songs and the rest of the walk was 6 incline at 3.5 speed.. and jogged for 1 short song... Candice - I Dianna talking to you again... Karla - How's your day going... Linda - did you get to take Cora for a walk... Kari - How are you doing with your soda issues... Denise - You !! how are you while I was on the treadmil tonite - I was thinking have you been doing yours :0)... Did you go get that permanet marker and write your Mom's name on her clothes...     Well I guess I was the only Kris Fan - don't get me wrong Adam is great - but to me every time he walked on stage I saw him preforming - not that the music was in his soul it was a performance - I liked how sweet Kris is and seems very genuine ... A folkies kind of singer.. But heck all of the top 5 are going to have record deals.. Laura - are you getting enough protein 2 oz of meat - is about 14 grms pt - - glad the fill is better Well just think work tomorrow then off for 3 day :0) Ok Linda - I don't want to work out today either - I drank coffee last night to stay up and watch idol - didn't get to sleep til after 12 and I get up at 5 !!! But since I may not get my Sat Morning work out in - I'm going to nite - I am drinking a strong glass of ice tea right now - cuz I could take a nap...

Well so be it now let see what I said Julie glad you had sometime to yourself - we all need that - a 2 yr old at this age is a lot to handle on a good day - I know that I don't think I would want to babysit a 2 yr old and I think I am a couple of yrs younger than you - That's alot to handle.. 1day - How are you feeling,... Meredith - What did the office say Barb - You are right - if the scales are up then it does seem to motivate us to work a littler harder - Thursday is usually my day off from the gym - but going out friday night and depending on how much I drink - don't know if I will get my workout on Sat Morning - so for insurance I am going tonite - plus I have a wedding on Saturday too .. Laura - Glad your fill has settled down - how did dinner go last night.. Well gang just cking in - I'll CBL - Hugs

    Kari - Yes Girl you are doing your part :0) for Phyl Yep have your DD look into it - it would be so much fun... Your walk - 2.5 miles in say 50 minutes is a 20 minute mile which is very good as you haven't done alot of walking but mostly peddleing in the last 2 yrs.. How was your knees ?? Just get out and do more walking now that the weather is getting nicer... Karla - you are a teacher and still have to pay that much for your girls - and if they stay in school he doesn't have to continue to pay support., Candice - that was a whole control issue "you can't tell me what to eat or not eat - I'll show you - I'm going to spite you and eat the GD stuff" Well ya you ate it - but does he know - did it hurt him - what did you show him - what did you prove... Please don't anyone tell me what I can or can't do - cuz I will do the exact oppisite.. So I totally get it - we rebel but the only person we are hurting is us. So next time he says "don't go eating this or that" say "Oh go jump in a lake Peter - I'm grown and I can make my own choices - If I choose not to eat Ice Cream - it's going to because I don't want to and you telling me not to isn't necessary" Linda have fun with DD - We are glad you are back!!! I am getting jazzed about our upcomming trip !!! -------------------------------------------- Good Morning !!! It's Thrusday only 1 more day and then a 3 day weekend - I made my ck soup last nite - will have that for lunch - got chick marinating for bbq chick this weekend.. Happy that Kris won last night !!! Am tired this morning - stayed up too late - and am going to gym tonite (it's my normal night off) but I may not make it Saturday morning - depending on Friday Nite :mad2:

    Karla are you serious that pple don't get pain meds for their animals - that's down right STUPID.. I have my little Angel, Bear & Sheba - they are my babies.. I remember after us kids left my Dad & Mom got 2 dogs - and I thought it was so funny how they were their babies - Well we do become our parents - I think it's an age thing... I had animals before and I loved them - but it's diff now.. Steph you made me tear up on this post - We are such a family here - Can you all beleive how much of a family we have become in the last 2 yrs.... 5/14/07 is when I first posted on LBT - and you guys are all the reason I still post - I couldn't live without you all. It's like we have known each other all our lives.. We tell each other things that we don't tell our other friends (well at least I do ;0).. #1 We can't let others make us feel guilty for their problems and we have to accept that we don't own their problems - the only pple we can fix is us. We are all co-dependant to a certian degree - we all are enablers - we all want to fix others problems - but we have to accept that we can't.. That is one of the greatest things I learn "who owns the problem" you or the other person.. That's not to say that even though I know this - do I alway pratice it :smile: But I do my best.. What happend Girl !!!! I guess Dirty Dianna won today - you gotta kick that girl to the curb... Karri Mommy is talking here ok - You need fuel to have the energy to exercise - that fuel has to be good clean food - and you know this cuz you are the scienist - so don't let the calories get in the way - that's not to say you need to eat 3000 in one day thinking that's fuel - but you do need the clean foods to provide the fuel to work your muscles.. You may need to add a couple hundred on your run days - you will burn them.. ===================================== Ok back from the gym - legs tonite - but my trainer just broke up with his GF and he was doing more talking about that and justifing it than making us work... I did work but felt the distraction - but that's ok - I still worked up a sweat... I'm going out Friday nite - Rock Yard (open air free concerts - remember I went last yr quite a bit) they are door bands - no it's another name - copy cat kind of bands - this week - Prince - Debbie and I are going - and maybe another gf - and I invited Idrise (my trainer) and Vicky my workout partner... Saturday - Babies go to the beauty shop 9 - I get my hair cut @ 9:30 and Wedding at 2 - reception at 5 - (my nephew (step) is getting married) So 2 party nites and 2 days to recover since I don't work on Monday :0) Well better go ck my soup... Love to my girls - I really really do love you all - Janet:wub: P.S. - I may be posting at midnite !!! Had a cup of coffee when I got home from gym - want to stay awake for Idol.... Yes I am a TV Addict too :mad2::tt2:

Darling there is no luck involved in any weight lost surgery or diet period. No WLS is the magic cure all answer to our issues with food. It's all about the work of changing your eating habits and exercising - the Band or any WLS for that fact is just a tool - a little helper - to make you feel full on a smaller portion of food. It doesn't make your food choices for you - it doesn't exercise for you and it doesn't do a darn thing about our head hunger which manifest itself into what we think is true hunger - the majority of our eating issues are mental not physical - and too - Food is our drug of choice - we are food addicts. Losing weight is simple math - calories in vs calories burn - Eating healthy for the rest of your life - this is where the lifestyle change comes in - Our eating normal is what got us fat in the first place - we eat high fat - tons of sugar and starches... Eating healthy is low fat - low sugar - and limited carbs/starches It all depends on how you use your tool - it depends on how bad you want it and for some no matter how bad they want it - they can not overcome their addiction to food - so they blame the band for not working (goes to haven't had much luck with it) I was 52 when banded - I lost 105 lbs in 1 yr 1 week and now my body is at it's happy weight (total lost 112lbs) I will tell you this - luck wasn't involved - it was me losing that weight - I did 75% of the work by changing my eating habits and adding exercise into my life - the band did the other 25% by providing restriction. I was lucky to be at my sweet spot by my 2nd fill - For others it takes longer. But regardless, it just a tool - a little helper. I could eat around my band if I choose to - candy Cookies ice cream - the band doesn't do a darn thing about stopping you from eating those foods. But try to eat 8 oz of steak - a big mac and fires - Heck no - it will stop you.. Keep on researching - keep reading pples post - talk to your surgeon and other bander's and you will come to you own decision if this is the right surgery for you.. Good luck on your journey....     Lucky # Sevens- July 07 Bandsters

    My fish isn't dry - it's good - I have been eating it for 22 months :cursing::cursing::cursing: - so you will get that one night :cursing: I am starving right now myself... I am getting to the point that I think I may need a tweek - not cuz I'm hungry - just cuz - I am not getting the restriction - I am usually pretty full after my fish - then wait a bit to eat my veggies & rice but last night ate it all right a way - I was physically full but as usual not mentally - then woke up with feet/ankle crams - I got all my water yesterday - so it wasn't that - I had a 8 oz of OJ then took a potasium (sp) pill - but I eat spinach and I thought that had potasium in it.. Yep strenght training is a must - the stronger your core and leg muscles the better you can run... Heck my balance sucked prior to my weight training - it has improve 100%.. My trainer says to eat complex carbs about 45 minutes prior to working out... so when I get home - I will have 1/2 of a pt bar or fiber bar.. I have legs tonite - and I am still a little sore from Saturdays workout - Lungs - omw - the butt - if you guys want to work your butt - do lunges... Food today - Pure Protein Bar for BF - One pot wonder for lunch - dinner - I think I'm making ck soup - a lady here at work has been sick (she single like me and doesn't really have anyone to take care of her - well she does have 2 daughters and they are great -but you know what I mean) and she's a really good friend - truthfull and honest - I just love her.. she said she was coming in tomorrow - so I thought I might make her some ck soup for lunch - heck it's quick and easy... - so I will either have that or my left over fish for dinner... Well we have Idol tonite - I poor Phyl - she's missing it !!!! I may ck in quickly - but between gym - going to the store and making my soup and tv --- I might not make it back.. So if I don't have a good evening... Ruby - where are you girl !!!! Come on you can't quit on us...
