Good Morning Gang... Meredith - I agree w/Julie - the nurse was trying to be helpful - yes exercise is important - but so is eating you have to fuel your body to exercise :0)... Julie - my poor son never got to help too much w/the tree - It had to be perfect - now a days I am not so much of a perfectionist - but again glad I don't have little ones trying to help.. I hate to say it - don't have the patience anymore.. Apples - I hope the fudge is low calorie (lol) I use to love it - I make fantasy fudge and I gotta say the last few times I made it it wasn't all that - so I really didn't eat it all !!! Eva - OMW what a project.. I need to clean my garage - but doubt I will have the time to get it reorganize - but hell it's just a garage so no biggie.. Melissa - I have read a lot of books about Tybee Island (Southern Fiction but those kind of details are real about the Island) I would love to go there and Sullivan Island & Palm of Isle.. Good Morning... Well up at 6:15 - Called GD#1 she's 15 today ! Got the trash taken out - sitting here drinking coffee Karla - it's winter what do they expect - it's not like here where everthing is green. I think walmart has $1.99 poinsettia on sale - put a few out .. I have said it a million time - props to you teachers and all that you have to do on your own time... Karla Hugs GF I knew that this master program was going to make you even more crazier :0) But in the long run it will all work out !!! Apples - I think when I get back to work going to look up an ortho doc on my ppo.. I had leg workout tonite - it was bothering me a little in Walmart this afternoon - but at the gym it was fine and is fine now... I am not a surgery person - but I guess I better get it ck'd out. Oh ya forgot to tell you all - Andrew & I visited Santa when we were at the mall - we were walking by and I said Andrew want to take a picture - he said ya - shock the Sh*t out of me - so we had one taken - then I was trying on new tennis shoes and went to pay for them and he pulled out his card and said - I got it.. Another shocker!!! I told him - Andrew that's my Xmas present - and while we were at walmart he got sweats and I said - I was getting them for xmas - he said LaLa - it's fine - we all have enough stuff.. I got a pretty good kid 99% of the time - I am truly blessed

Well got most of the shopping done - Andrew bought me some new tennis shoes - I was going to buy them but he pulled out his card - How Sweet - I told him it's my Xmas present He agreed to this picture... He's such a good kid sometime and let me tell you I cherish these times... Oh Candice - I love photoshop - it takes away all my lines without the pain ;0)

Apples - Love the Baby Pic - I noticed it last week :0) Great - WTG on your knee - after walking the mall today the back of my knee hurts - I guess I am going to have to see an ortho doc - can't find anything online about the pain in the back of my knee.. Well - got most of the xmas shopping done - tomorrow should be it - the decorate - pay bills and have some time for me :0) but laying around the house makes me want to eat.. Well I can wrap present - that should keep me busy.. well need to eat before gym - cbl

Back from the gym - quick ck in before I hit the shower.. I took it slow for me today - I did 3 mph at 0 3 6 9 10 inclines - got my 3 miles in and knee is good - I think that when I push the 4 mph I am hyper extending knee.. Came home cleaned up kitchen and have sheets in the wash I think I will do the inside decorating tomorrow or Wed.. I think today is toys r us for my Brooke xmas shopping..

Well back from the gym - I took it easy - did 3.0 @ zero incline then 3 then 6 then 9 then 10 - 1 hr - did 3 miles - and my knee is feeling ok no pain - I think that when I walk faster 4.0 I am hyper extending the knee.. Got the kitchen cleaned my sheet in the wash and gotta figure what I am going to do today... Phyl - I didn't leave the house friday :0) you know me and hangovers :0) - Saturday went to target & home depot in the a.m for replacement lights outside decorations etc and yesterday never got out of jammies - If I don't get out early I usually don't go out at all.. Hope the pool works out - sometimes we just need to get out and moving.. I know that's the way it is for me :0) Candice - Bridget is a doll.. I knew it wouldn't be long before you got a new puppy...

Good Morning Gang I have recharged my batteries - 4 days of family and 5 yr old can sure drain you ;0) Good drain but still draining... Glad everyone had a good turkey day - Got mine all cooked but they started making margarita - so I really just drank my dinner - Phyl stopped by (did you notice I was a little buzzed ;0) Friday recouped while kids went to visit DIL mom - they got back around 7 - then visited - Saturday Joseph and I put up Xmas lights - and watched movies - They left around 6 yesterday I napped watched tv and still went to bed around 9 and slept all nite - up at 6 been catching up on my threads and email 113 (mostly ads) Knee feels better I think I just over did it 3 days of hard workouts - I am going to gym this morning then back tonite for my reg leg work out Food hasn't been bad - but not great - All the pies & junk have been thrown out (what wasn't eaten) and back in the groove of eating healthy... I won't be getting on the scales til Thursday ;0) Love the pic of Apples & Great - I'm with you Apples - I can be hyper critcal of my pics.. Laure love your family pics too - looks like you had a wonderful time.. Well it's 7 and I gotta get moving - I have tons of stuff to do this week - pay bills - xmas shop (kids are coming for xmas) Phyls coming to dinner on Thursday - Hanging with Uncle on Wed morning - need to get inside decorated.. Turkey day was fine - but they made drinks - so I drank :0) I don't eat and drink :0) I enjoyed the afternoon visiting with my Uncle & Bro and family - Phyl did you notice I was a little buzzed ;0) Friday the kids went to see Melissa's mom - so I napped on and off (tad of a hangover) then they got back fixed dinner and visited.. Saturday Joseph & I put up lights - then watched Phelam 123 great movie - they left yesterday morning at 6 - and I was going to do something - I turned on the computer but never made it back to it.. I watched more movies - read and napped and still went to bed around 9 and slept.. I think I have caught up on all my sleep - going to the gym in a few - my knees have been bugging me - so I think I am going to have to be careful.. Eating - well not too bad - not too great - Since Thursday have had 2 slices of pie - 2 small pieces of cake - trail mix (this was my biggest oh no cuz it's full of calories) 1.5 turkey sandwich - 1.5 cups stuffing - made navy bean soup - This week is going to go by too fast - I need to decorate inside and that's a job .. The kids are coming for Xmas so I am going to have to do a little shopping Candice - lets see a pic of your new puppy Jackie - Hugs.. Linda - I have been making that pie for ages - I can't remember when I 1st found the recipe - I like it better than regular pumpkin pie - since kids don't eat pumpkin and my dil will eat everything - that's what they get ;0) DIL made deviled eggs this morning (a 1st for her) I made the relish dish - we did 2 stuffings - the one she grew up with and I made mine - squash is cooked - ham has been warmed - turkey in the oven - going to add 2 sweet potatoes & 2 yams in a bit for whom ever likes them (I know my bro does) DIL still has to make the gb casserole - Family getting here around 1 - we will eat around 2.. I taped biggest loser but saw a little of it.. I went to the gym w/DS - well he couldnt hang more than 1/2 - but my one knee was bugging me - so tomorrow will go without him Hugs to you all...

Yes Candice it's a spiral but not honeybaked - everyone says the costco is just as good - I don't know - I had a slice and I don't think it's as good - but it will be ok.. Turkey in the oven - we are going to eat around 3 - it should be done at 2 - waiting for gd #1 to come home a peel tatoes - and everything is done - well except the green bean thingie - but Melissa is making it - cuz I don't care for it :0) Karla - How many lbs is your turkey - it should be ok - I forgot about brining - I should have done that it's suppose to make for a tender bird... Well just a quick ck in - I have 1:20 til the gang shows up at 1 - think I will have some coffee :0).. Hugs - CGL Dittio Phyl - I feel the same way Oh my son can't hang - we went to gym this a.m. - after 1 mile on the treadmil at 3.3 he was tired then I said lets try the elipical (my knee is bothering me) so after 1/2 on that he didn't like it - then lifted one set of weights - he was done.. Well I must be stressed to the max - just had a bad stick on salad - I think it's finally out and down - but I know I can't eat right now and I am hungry.. Karla - Neither my Son - GS or GD like stuffing/dressing so don't feel like the lone ranger - I make it cuz I like it - and it's thanksgiving we all are having pie... You won't find me out shopping on Friday - I think I am going to the show w/Debbie & her daughter on Friday afternoon - while the kids are visiting DIL Mom.. The turkey will take 3 hrs - but gotta warm the ham - so will do that 1st - then cook the turkey - I have only one oven

Apples - sounds like something I would do - forget the deposit - at least I have good company :0) - Yes the ladies should continue their time together - tell them Mom will be with them in spirit... I had to go back to the store - could only find one package of the sf inst pudding I needed from my double layer pumpkin pie That's made - a cake is cooking - heck that most likely will get eaten tonite ;0) - my turkey will only take 3 hrs - so will put it in about 11 a.m. - warm up the ham before that - and get gd to peel tatoes tomorrrow - will do all that in the morning - asparagus - greenbean cassarole - butternut squash - Double layer pumpkin pie & cherry pie my uncle's bringing along with tatos turkey ham dressing - do you think we have enough food :0)... Well DS DIL & baby GD taking naps - I tried to but can't sleep- did my 3.5 miles this a.m. - have weights tonite (arms)- my knees are aching a bit... Going to take my overweight son with me to the gym in the a.m. tomorrow - show him how it's done :0)

Candice - Thanksgiving is tomorrow - the last thrusday of the month :0).. For those us us cooking - we will be making pies and such today.. Kids got here at 10:35 - I was just sitting down to the computer and saw them pile out of the car.. I am making my double layer pumpkin pie - only have or can find 1 box of pudding - I know I bought 2 - I have already been to the store after gym this morning - on my way back CANDICE YOU LOOK WONDERFUL !!!!!
