Good Morning Gang I went to bed at like 8:30 most likely went to sleep at 9 got up at 11 ate some lamb way to fast pd a little - Sometimes I hate my band.. Karla when you had your 1st surgery why didn't insurance cover it - Hugs on the issue - would a diaphram help?? Not much to report ate 2 sf fudgsicle last night - I was ok calorie wise.. Sorta cleaning my desk as I type - it's a mess... I guess since I only had one child - I didn't have the sibling issues - I had 2 bros but done remember any major issues except for the fact that I was the 1st born of my parents and my bro Jimmy (1 yr 4 days younger) always hated that fact - so I think he had some jealousy issues with me - Michael the baby bro was just fine - he was very easy going - like me and my Dad - whereas Jimmy had my mom's temperment as does my sister... Well off to watch the weather suppose to be 65 and windy today - Phyl will get the worse of it if it is - Xmas is supose to be 67 an sunny - wish it would by 68 and cloudy I know a couple pple my sis and a gf who when to a physic and they were right on- I would love to go - just sorta scared..

Well gang finished dinner - watched Survivor from last nite - pissed - RUSSELL SHOULD HAVE ONE... Ready for bed - so I think I am calling it an early nite it's only 8:15 here in Cali... Talk to you all in the a.m.

Hugs Gf - I can't believe a parent would do that - what a stupid ass... Put the worksheet in an envelope give it to the kid to deliver to parents and do a sign receipt from them.. Pain in the arse but that way the kid will have to do his/her homework and you will have the evidence... Call the doc on your pain - come on now - we need you around..... Ours are closed (I'm pretty sure) this week and next week - the go back the 4th.. Today was busy at work today .... Will be that way till Wed - we have Thursday Friday off.. Had gym tonite - food was good Sat Sunday & today - found these pita pockets at Costco - 80 cal - made ck sandwich with it - 1/2 for bf & the other 1/2 for lunch - Apple for snack.. Good Evening Gang Sorry I have been MIA - But work was busy today - I came here to post this morning but never got around to it.. Welcome - Happy & Shannon ~~ Glad to have you join our little group - It's a pretty good group and everyone is welcome.. Jump right on in - We chat about everything you can think of from our struggles w/food and life in general.. Food was good for me all weekend (well except Friday nite) Yesterday - finished my shopping - got everything wrapped and vegged in the afternoon.. Today busy at work - I found these pita pockets at Costco on Saturday 80 cal for 1 - well made ck sandwich w/avocado and lite mayo had 1/2 for bf w/apple and the other half for lunch - made a small spinach salad - but didn't need it.. Had gym tonite - had good leg workout - dinner lamb shank with roasted red tatoes & carrots - it' in the oven warming up (had this for dinner last nite) Great - I am going to call you Tony Soprano with your fish dream - to freaking funny.... Glad you got your handicap sign. Hope the pain gets less - but sound like you are doing really well - Hope the parents visit is good this time.. Jewel - Congrats on your 7 lbs - Fantastic !!!! I also glad to her MIL is coming around - Cheri - You will be at goal before you know it - WTG on the Exercise.. I think my 1st social outing was end of Oct in 07 - wasn't too bad - prime rib - ate slow and had 1/2 piece of cake - and drank way too much :0).. I didn't eat out much (and still don't really) that 1st yr - I may go out to lunch once every 2 weeks and those are my treat times - my band does keep me from over eating - I gotta say that I really do eat healhty 98% of the time - I don't know why I freak so much when I have a treat - it's not like they use to be - my life with food was treats 24/7 Well, gotta feed the fur babies - cbl

Good Morning Gang Up at 7:11 Dogs just don't let me sleep.... Angel really.. Have the paper read - now to get dressed - do my Target shopping, come home wrap my few remaining gifts and wash some clothes.. That's about it for me for the day... Phyl will see my energy level this afternoon - Sunday's are my relax day getting ready for work tomorrow - that means nap day :0) and this week will be hectic

Ya being surrounded by your fav foods is really hard - I can attest to that after last night - but right now - I don't really want anything sweet - so hopefully I ate it - am done for a while... I've been at my job 30 yrs - if I had gone to work for the State - County - etc - I could be retired w/a nice penision. To bad I didn't know that back in the day - Hind sight 20/20..

Are you hand embroiderin or machines - My Mom taught me to embroider - use to do dish cloths - Haven't done it in years - last time I did it was pillow cases - for Xdh & I P for Pimentel - thinking about it I never did do it just bought them when he was laid up with knee surgery - something to do while sitting around the house (acl surgery) I think I ended up crocheting :0) I learned to sew from both my mom & gm - haven't sewn in years but use to make my own clothes.. Oh gang good new - I did tread mill this morning and as you all know I walked alot today too and my knee is just fine - maybe I am hyper extending it sometimes.... Well should find out next week..

Ya you gotta go back a few pages - lite cream cheese in a baggy with some soy sauce & garlic & onion powder like over night then in the morning roll in sesame seed - something like that and there were a few others - go back maybe 10 pages and I thiink you may be able to search this thread look above for search and type in cream cheese :0)

Lori- you are taking Oxycontin and Vicodine together - that's pretty powerful stuff (oxycontin) - Dr Janet agrees - cut back - vicodine makes me sick to my stomach if I take too much and by that I mean the 1st dose is fine - but when I got to take the 2nd dose - i get nauseated - I would love to try oxycontin it's suppose to be good - I have neices who are vicodine addicts - infact - my nephew and his wife got divorced because of it - it affects some pple like speed - like I said - i would never be a vicodine addict - I still have some from my surgery (liquid) it's most likely expired but if something is really hurting me I will mix just a tad of it with liquid Tylenol Apples - OMW you have fixed all that food and cleaned today - no wonder you got up at 4:30... Whats salsa jack (jack cheese melted in salsa) Right now the pastrimee sounds good - I think I got rid of my sweet tooth last night - I want meat... Ok here is what I have done today - gym as you all ready know - showered then took Andrew to his appointment - he has been bitching at them that they aren't going high enough with the laser to remove his tattoo (it barely gets red) so this time the turned up the power - I have never seen it this red he also has this skin thingie (so does DS) it's a fungus and it gives them these little spots of lighter color skin (where as on us it wouldn't even show) well it's on his back - but last night he found some on his arm and about freaked out - so he asked the doc at the tattoo removal place (its a derm place) and they gave him some medicine for it - pretty cool - cuz his step dad paid up front for this tattoo removal thing and I told him he could try and ask them about - but they might shine him on cuz it's not part of the treatment and he has and HMO and needs prior authorization to see a derm doc.. I gotta say both my kids (Andrew & Joseph) know how to get things done... So after that he didn't want to go Xmas shopping (he stayed out too late last night I think and which I am glad of cuz I didn't want to go to the mall) so brought him home - got his script fill then went to costco - Got prime rib for xmas dinner (oh my was it expensive) asparagus - green Beans - and some lox - they had samples and it was so good - so I got me some - then came home and put that food up and got back in the car and went to Stater Bros for the rest of Xmas foods (got even poorer) and truely will have to go back for rolls and such closer to Xmas since it's still a week away - hope the asparagus last that long.. Lucky Andrew helped bring the groceries in - got them put us and here I am.. LauraK - wait a few days on the unfill - it may settle in and loosen up - are you sure you didn't eat too fast - can you drink Water ok - that's my sign if a fill is too tight - I could barely drink water or coffee.. Well think I will go turn the t.v. on - get my book and veg for a bit - CBL

But 3 days is a long enough visit for me.. So Candice the only kid of shopping I did was food - and after having samples at Costco - I wasn't hungry so it was hard to even think of what to buy for our normal weekly food - got Andrew all his junk - we are having steak tonite - but I will have to go to Winco tomorrow to get my fish and most likely will hit Target too. I might go to Khols early tomorrow I need an Xmas top - but who knows - I may even go to the gym - My knee hasn't bothered me at all today - so hopefully it's just that I do something wrong on the treadmill to hyper-extend my knee and that's it...

WTG !!!! Told you gf I know what I am talking about - those extra calories sometime help w/the weight loss... I am not getting on my scale til Thursday - that's my weigh in day... I will exercise Monday Tues Wed & Thrusday this coming week - Saturday after Xmas too !!

Karla there is always plastic - what's another zero as my bro use to say :0).. Go see your Dad - if you don't you will feel worse.. As to DD issues - enjoy them while they are there even if it's one day... Back from the gym - 3.5 mile burned 502 calories now the shower and my stuff with Andrew.. CBL
