My Dr told me not to listen to alot of what people say he told me in time you can eat anything but it has to be small he said you can have a slice of pizza you can go out for a nice steak dinner you just can't eat like a pig listed not everyone is the same so if you can't eat it doesn't mean i can't

At work we get them for free just wondering

I had it last Friday

And i don't know when Im full

Idk i see people say they want eat but yesterday they gave me icy and soup i was able to finish it

I have had alot of pain but other then that i feel great

This is the start to a healthy life for me

Im so scared

Hope i dont have a bug my surgery is in 2 days lean shake from gnc

This morning i had my first protein shake couldn't hold it down vomited ten min after had water felt the same way my stomach has been cramping all day 3 shakes went down and came back up

This is one thing i think Im going to miss

try isotonix it very good and its liquid

Don't give up

Im so having a hard time with the liquid diet
