Yesterday I started having muscle spasms in my large incision. My stomach is so sore because of it. The pain was terrible. Is anyone else experiencing this pain?

Yes I agree. The best one I've tried so far is te premier shakes from SAMs club. I bought samples from unjury (?) and I'm waiting on those to come in. Isopure is a great option because it has zero carbs. I just read about and I'm ordering that this morning.....2 tablespoons =28 grams of Protein. They say it's nasty but I can't seem to get all my liquids and protein in so that's an option. Are you going alone to Mexico? I did. At first I was nervous but I really got a lot of much needed rest. At the end of the trip I got homesick and ready to go home though.

Great! I've lost 22 pounds so far and I'm almost 3 weeks out. I have to make myself eat and drink. I got dehydrated last week because I'm not drinking enough.

I went to Mexico on Dec 4 and I got dehydrated and had to go to the ER Thursday. I was really scared that the doctors would have something to say about me going to Mexico to have this done. They actually didn't say anything. They just double checked everything to make sure I was okay. However, he did refer me to another bariatric surgeon here in the states for follow up care. I was okay with that.

Today is my day also. I arrived in Mexico yesterday. Ive had many surgeries and the gall boadder was one of them but i am so nervous. They re picking me up from the hotel at 9 am. Please pray for my nerves!
