I've been taking 5000mcg per day for the last 2 weeks. I haven't really noticed a difference. I'm about to start rogain for women. I had thick hair and I want to keep what I have. :-(

I've been taking biotin for one week. 2500 mcg twice a day. I'm still shedding but maybe now quite as much. I'm interested to know how long the difference might take.

I just bought Nectar protein!! The roadside lemonade flavor. I mixed it with tea and it tastes like an Arnold Palmer. I love those. It mixes really well and doesn't taste chalky at all. Other than that, I've like isopure too. It's clear and tastes much better than milk based protein drinks. I hate protein too. ???? -

I'm going to Vegas in April for my 10yr wedding anniversary. It is so on! I'm done 39 lbs and riding is so much easier!! My hips are sore from all the lovin tho. The hubs thinks I'm a pretzel!! -

Well I don't like these pictures but maybe I'll like them the father along I go. Picture on the left is on my day of surgery 12/6. The picture on the right was today 1/5. One month out. I'm down 37 lbs and my clothe fit differently. :-/ -

Hey Rin! I had some pain but dr Kuhn is very genorous with they pain meds. Just make sure you take it all the time!! I took it for about a week before I could go without or curb using it. Congrats on ulyour surgery next week!! You'll do great. Dr. Kuhn I awesome!!

I'm in waxahachie. I had my sleeve with Dr. kuhn in Dallas on 12/6. Tomorrow I'm 4 weeks post op. I've lost 35lbs so for but I'll weigh tomorrow.

I told my surgeon about the BA chewables. He said I could have gummies or flintstones. I chose gummy flintstones!! BA does make a chew gel for vitamin D that has 10,000 iu. And they can't make one for the multivitamin? I'm also taking a calcium chew. Why are these different than the god awful chalky ones? I do take a double does of the flintstones vitamins. -
I'm down 35 pounds. I notice now that my thighs rub but there is no more discoloration and my hair is growing back. That's crazy. And TMI. Sorry!
