I am 5 weeks post op and have been going up and down a few ounces to a pound..because of a stall...this morning I weighed in and gained 3 pounds... wth is this???? Anyone else have this happen???

You look great!! Got any tips???? I am about 5 weeks out and have been in a stall for 2 weeks now ..but I have lost almost 50 pounds.. I have only lost 12# since 3/15 ...grrrrr lol -
I know each state is different.. but I have fidelis and was approved only by my BMI I had no other co morbities . I was borderline high blood pressure but that's it..you can always call member services and ask..hope this helps

I am taking (trying to) 3 chewable vitamins a day recommended by my Dr. BUT..every time I do I get extremely nauseous and feel like I am going to throw up for hours after...then to try and eat something after a few hours is a turn off..what are you all doing for vitamins??? I don't want a deficiency

Sorry to hear about your friend..I am also March 6th..and I too am in my first stall.. My pre op weight was 304 ( day I started pre op diet) current 260 looks like we lost almost exactly the same...lol..hope the stall passes for both of us soon

Thank you..I feel great!!! I never had pain..only took pain meds first day cause they pumped them in my IV ..lol.. I lost 43 pounds in 1 month.. and now in my first stall..which is fine with me .. cleaned out my closet and got rid of all size 22,24 and 3x forever ..best feeling in the world.. have you had surgery yet??

I was March 6th..I feel great..never had any pain..some gas..but no pain..all incisions are healed and I am down 43 pounds.(including pre op) I am amazed at how a few bites of food fill me up..still having issues with that..my head wants it and my belly says no..lol..other than that its been smooth sailing.. I am in my first stall..but its all good cause I know it won't be long til the weight will fall off again. <3 -

I am right there with you..don't know what to do..I have talked with a lot of people who have already gone through this..all they say is keep doing what your doing and the weight will come off again soon...grrrr... I eat about 500 calories a day..I should be melting away.. -

Me too..I was 3 weeks yesterday and yes I am in a stall.. my start weight was 304 now 261 ..and then back up to 263 ..and then back down to 261...lol..I just want this weight to melt off me.. and it will just frustrating.. -
