Reflux: What Do You Take To Tame The Burn?
Big Smiles replied to PJ_Sleeve's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Msgee33, The key is doing what's best for you. As stated, bland foods are good, maybe! That's if it work for u! Bland foods can work bc it slightly work for me. It's on you and how your body works! -
bcominganume, please don't get frustrated! Sometimes things may not be for you. It could be meant to do things the natural and keep trusting God that he can make the change. There are many opinions in this forum we can give. However, the ultimate plan is God. I'm learning that now with the many setbacks I experienced. But, surgery is done and I have to make the best of it! Be encouraged!

What Vitamins Do You Take
Big Smiles replied to newgrandmother's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes those are good vitamins too take! It's crazy bc all of these things are happening. I just sit and think why didn't I just be consistent and do it naturally. However, it's too late. I got to keep moving forward! -
What kind of workout did u do before the surgery? I did some walking but was not motivated bc I did not think I was making progress. Since I have been sleeved, I thought I would be more ready to workout. However, I'm still not motivated everyday! But just take your time and you will get the approval. It's all about constantly reminding yourself why u got the surgery!

I ate veggies and minimal meat. i was losing the weight but I wanted to come off faster. I didn't work out that much before I got the sleeve. I am not really that motivated to do the work. I was thinking that after the surgery would do it. Getting the weight off suppose to be easy now! I sleeved 10/10/12. Hoping that I change my thought of having regrets.
