    Dawn...WOW 102 lbs lost....that is awsome girl!!!!! Seeing those numbers gives me motivation!!!! I know after a long plateau you cant seem to get back in the swing of things but I know you can.....you are doing great. Remember we didnt get banded to get half way.....we ALL to get to goal. So get motivated....drink your H20 .....eat protein.....good food choices and try to get atleast 30 minutes of excersize. I still am in AWE over your numbers. You rock girley!!!     Ok....so now I know why I felt like a cow yesterday.....TOM came almost 1 1/2 weeks early!!!! So I have the bloat...and not to mention I gave up my Starbucks coffee and thats the only thing that makes me go to the potty!!!     I feel like a COW today. I put on some jeans....size 14's that were loose on me forever...and today they are tight and giving me "LONJA" pronounced LONE-HA. Spanish word for I guess what you guys call muffin top...but only on my sides. I wish I could go home and change. Ran/walked 2 miles yesterday....200 sit ups....80 oz of water....had protein and made good food choices all day. I am in the ZONE!! Mini??? How are things going??? Metalband...way to go...keep up the good work...you will see it on the scale soon. Mishevious.....you can do...think about that summer is around the corner....and I cant wait to wear shorts and not be terrified!!! I want to look hot for the summer time!!     So I decided to clean my closet...it was a mess. I have this suite case full of clothes that I cant wear yet...to small. So I figured I would try some on to see what I could hang up in my closet and actually wear. Its all size 14's and some 16's. I remember at 190 lbs I could wear all that clothes so at 178 there should be no problem right??? NOT!!! Some fit but look awfull.....and some fit in the hips and legs but dont come close to fitting around the tummy. Even my ass looks different in the pants. I am little depressed right now...its like I am loosing weight but in the wrong places??? Does that make any sense??? I am sooooo deformed!!! YUK!! Sandra 255h/242s/178c/165g??

    Happy Satarday to all!!!! On my way to go for a 3 mile trail walk w/ my kids. Lets see if they make it!!! LOL!!! Got up full of energry....made a killer Mexican breakfast (wont tell what I made)but I only had like 4 bites but I have had 30 oz of water!!!Cleaned the kitchen spotless,cleaned all my down stairs....all the hard wood floors and my bedroom.....leaving upstairs for Sunday. I Washed and folded 2 loads of laundry!!! I am telling you guys a little excersize everday makes me the energizer bunny!!! Make sure you drink all your water and healthy choices and get out and walk the mall or something!! Sandra 255h/242s/178c/165g???

    Ok...I have issues!!! I am at work (but hardley working)online...just munching awawy on a bag of cheetos(my favorite). My daughter is at work with me and brought them to me because she was full...without thinking grabbed the bag and went to town....they were getting kind of stuck but Im still eating them. SANDRA STOP......STEP AWAY FROM THE CHEETO BAG!!!

    Another good day for me!!! Go my excersize in yesterday, drank all my H20, had my protein and healthy food, and fed my family a healthy dinner too. I acutally had enough energry to finally take my Xmas tree down and all the outside deocor and put it all in the attic. When I excersize I have TONS of energy!!! I also talk 90 to nothing....and I think I can type like I talk!! LOL!!! Mini.....how did you do yesterday??? Sit ups??? Weights??? Water??? Meals??? Melissa.....all I can say is I hate laundry!!!!! Laura....SILs are just Jealous...jsut laugh it off!!!! Metalband.....I am either one extreme to the other. No middle for me....either I am full of energy and doing 100 things at once or I am sitting on my A$$ with remote in hand. Sandra 255h/242s/179c/165g???

    Hip Hip Horray Mini!!! You must feel great!!! Laura.....we are women and women always notice other women....there weight, there shoes, hair do, clothes, purses, make up, jewlery!!!! I heard some where that women sometime want to look good for each other....because we can sometimes be BIG critics. I am going to be perfectly honest.....I have 2 sister n laws!! They are very critical....my weight has been mentioned A LOT and the sad part is that yes I am tall and was big....but I could admit to it. They are short but big too.....but they dont see it. At one point I as wearing a size 18 and so was one of the SNL except she is 5 ft. and I am 5'7. She always comments on how BIG I am and how little and pettite she is.....(BARF). They have no idea that I had the band....they would be the one to blurt out in a family function "Sandra looks good because she had that surgery for MORBID OBESE FAT people". My husband and I discussed it and new that keeping his family in the dark was the best. The sad part is that I would like to tell them!!! Well they had not seen me in a few months and I made it point to look extra good. Had my hair done, nails done, new skinny jeans......I felt hot. Well my MIL and FIL complimented me....they just stood there and stared. Not one word to me from either one of them. Later on that night there husbands came over (wich I adore and cant figure out why they are married to them LOL) They wispered to me you look soooo great....you have lost so much weight!!! They kept looking over there shoulder as if ther wives would hear them and they would get introuble. Well I knew I had hit them were it hurt them!!! For years I have endured there ugly, snotty remarks about me shopping at Lane Bryant!!! Now every time I am forced to share a moment w/ them (xmas, new year) I make sure I look great just to annoy them a little more and like that they wont talk to me!!!!!! Sandra

    Mini, I am soooooooooo proud of you!!! I knew you could do it!!! 20 sit ups during a commercial not to bad huh???? Maybe next week you can bump it up to 60 sit ups??? Keep drinking!!!!     So how did everyone do last night???? Mini????? Yesterday was a good day...had so much energy and motivation I could of gave some away!!! LOL!!! 2 miles in the a.m. then 3 miles in the p.m. on the threadmill!!! Free weights for the arms, and 200 sit ups!!!! 80 oz of Water and lots of portion control and protein!!!!! Cooked a healthy, organic dinner for the family and even made my kids do some excersizing....My DH even worked out!!! I am down another pound!!! Now for the sad part...my daughter has been sick since Monday...they said she had strep throat and some kind of mouth infection. They gave her a penicillen shot and gave her some meds for her blisters in her mouth. Well 4 days later and she still is not feeling well so I am off of work today and taking her straight to Texas Childrens!!!!! She cant eat or drink and still running a low grade fever.....penecillen shots usually kill everything and you feel great by the next day. I hate seeing her miserable. Sandra 255h/242s/170c/165g

    Mini, I work right next door to a barbque place. I know its a big chunk of barbqued turkey breast and then he slices it right in front of me and chops into little peices for me. I usually get beef but I wanted something a little more low fat. Then its barbque beans, then shredded cheese, then barbque sauce. So its protein, protein, protein!!! I guess you could get some turkey from the deli and have it sliced and just add the beans and cheese and some sauce...that would be exactly what I have!!!! Sandra

    OOOps forgot.....I had been having a real hard time getting up early to run....just couldnt get out of bed!!! So last night I went ahead and put on my sports bra and some biking short to bed and put my socks and sneakers on my night stand....so I wouldnt be lazy to get up and get dressed to work out!! So the alarm went off, I turned it off and sat on the edge of the bed and put on my shoes and socks then went to go pee and heades straight to the threadmill (its in my bedroom) with my water already there and a towel and my new IPOD!!!! My 3 dogs looked at me like I was crazy and layed back down to sleep!!!! I love my dogs (Angel,Shelby, Honey)!!!

    50 oz of h20 down.....had my famous beans delux for lunch...has little chopped up turkey then beans, cheese and little barbque sauce.....the container holds exactly 1 cup so I know how much I am eating. The funny thing is that I used to eat that everday and was full that I couldnt finish it. Then I started getting some potatoe salad...pretty soon that wasnt enough to fill me up so I added a bake potato. Well today was my first day back to my beans delux and I couldnt finish it!! So I am back to the sweet spot.....I think we are suppost to only be able to eat 1 cup of food....right??? Well I feel great and I am to see that you guys are trying to get back on track!!!!!! I did get up at 5:30 this morning and walked on my treadmill 2 miles. It wore me out....but I feel great right now.....wish I could get off of work early to go hit my 3 mile trail before the sun goes down and it gets to cold.

    Mini, I understand about being unmotivated.....after getting lots of compliments and feeling like a million bucks why do we have to keep trying so hard??????? Well we all have to make it to goal!!! YOU DID NOT GET THIS BAND TO ALMOST GET TO GOAL!!! If you dont start pushing yourself now you might fall back into your bad habits!!! I will not let you do that. So yes I may push myself A LOT!!! I have too...because I love me!!! LOL!!! So how about you make a promise to drink all your water and at least do 40 sits up every night as you watch TV!!! Dont sit on the couch....sit right down on the floor so you dont get lazy!!! Do you have any free weights like 2 or 5 lbs??? Sit and watch tv and excersize those arms and drink your tea!!! You just have to try to multi-task!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!     Mini, I had to go back and look at exactly what I wrote....I thought maybe I had lost my mind or something!!!! LOL!!! It just all about eating right and that doesnt take energy just will power. The excersize is another story......but the more you move the more energy you have to move!!!! I get up at about 5 a.m. to work out...I dedicate one hour to me. The sits up....at about 9:00 pm the kids are bed and I am just watching tv about to turn light off too...so why not multi task....watch tv and do sit ups..takes me about 10 minutes. Now the cooking healthy for the family and try to do more organic is hard it requires me to plan meals like for a whole week in advance so there is no grabbing some junk because I am in a rush to feed the family. I find that to be the hardest on my list. I wish you lots luck....you are doing awesome!!! Sandra 255h/242s/180c/165g??
