I was sleeved December 4th too! Down about 20 lbs since surgery and about 30 since starting the process. I have been struggling with the water part too, but am working out as much as possible.

I am right there with you, but after looking at other posts it seems to be normal. We just need to look at the bright side - we have lost weight and will start to lose again.

Well I haven't gotten too much (just found out Monday that my surgery date is 12/4) but I plan on getting or have gotten: Protein Powder Jello (S/F) Journal (Never kept one before, but decided now would be a good time) Vitamins (chewable multi and small B complex and calcium) To add to your list

12/4 as well and I can't believe how fast the time is going by!
