Hi I had my surgery on april 3rd 2013 at first I was so happy & excited even right after I had the surgery but then all of a sudden last week I started having these feeling like what did I do 2 myself i,I could have done this on my own & then feeling weak at times don't help yes sometimes I feel good about my decision but 50% of the time I feel bad I am so confused right now & my attitude is the worse at times I hope this feeling don't last 4ever I thought I knew what I was getting myself in obviously I didn't

I'm tired of protein shakes as well so I use isopure unflavored protein & add it 2 my soups its 26 grams protein & that helps me reach my 80gram goal I wish it was a pill with atleast 50gram protein my nut. Said that we will have 2 drink atleast a shake a day 4 the rest of our lives 2 reach our goal omg I did order some shots called profect & they're the best tasting shots I had sweet but a lot better than the other 1's I've tried it has 25grams protein per shot thro out the day I just take sips at a time til its gone good luck 2 us

I am still very early in my journey sleeved on the 3rd & sometimes I have my good days & my bad I can't shake that feelin of not having any energy I hope that this is the right decision I made 4 myself especially since its non reversible

I cooked some chicken in the crock pot last night it came out soooo tender went down so well thank god I was scared as I don't know what gonna eat some more of that later

Wow at 2 weeks all that I'm 3weeks out & my doc said I can start eating masts now just chew chew chew & I kinda scared with that yeah I eat a couple sunflower seeds now & then but I take my time maybe when I get further out I will try other things like chips but not now

Thanks 4 the ideas my doc told me 2day I can eat meats well chewed I tried a lil crab meat I'm scared 2 do any more
