Yes felt like. Was going through some craziness yesterday don't know if its because its close 2 that time of month or not I was a lower bmi also I was 215 when I got sleeved every 1 tried 2 tell me not 2 do it -

I eat cream of chicken 2 table spoons and put a scoop of unflavored protein in it that's how I get my protein in I don't know what just happened 2 me but I was feeling real depressed 4 bout a hour with regrets maybe cause its bout 2 b my time of the month I hope I don't ever feel like that again don't like that feeling @ all & neither did my hubby I also do the liquid form of vitamins twice a day sorry I'm all over the place writing this

The eating & drinking @ the same time is something I'm gonna have 2 get use 2 I didn't never really do it @ the same time but usually b4 or right after eating but now its the 30/30 rule but I am so happy withe the results so far -
