found out vitamin deficiency is what i am dealing with..oh boy another road of fun. i am really regretting this surgery

35lbs lighter since my surgery......its going well. still getting nausea, but see doc in week so.......go me...

I truely want to say thank you my dear friends for the vote of confidence...... Today i went to mall to pick out my next year xmas party dress.....i saw one that caught my hubby eye first then mine......It was good, we went to dinner and movie yes kids tagged along.....they did there own thing in the mall, I walked 2 time around uppper level, and lower level. so this girl is doing a whole lot better..thank you

What if every attempt to drink protein drinks..you get sick from.......i have been going thru stuff with protein, i am 3 weeks out and on soft foods.......what if your body is rejecting the protein drinks. -
Yes i had headaches for 1 week after surgery, it was anesthesia, and it was caffeine from soda....it will pass........now ihave none......i was also getting since i suffer from obstructive sleep apnea, none since 1st week.
