Walking is I think the safest thing to do, we can do it slowly at first until we are used to do it. Better yet, consult your doctor to assure your safety.

I certainly agree to this, walking is first exercise to do and I think the safest exercise to any surgery we may have. Of course, we should know our limit, after you are done walking, you can do a minor physical activity eventually

IT would be best to stick to what the doctor said but I guess having it very occassionally is not that bad, we just need to control it

Man boobs or moobs could really degrade our masculinity, whenever we go to beach, it seems we are shy to take off our clothes because of that thing. there are specific exercise for moobs but it needs a lot of motivation and effort to do it. Such exercise are bench presses, incline presses, decline presses and etc, but we must not forget, we may need to consult a doctor before doing any physical activities

I quite agree to this, I do not have any problem regarding with protein in take.

For safety, I guess avoid diet pepsi or you may try a little sip from it but it would be better to really avoid it at the moment.

Happy thanksgiving day to all of us. Of course, I will not forget not to overeat though at first I can control and manage it. Be always healthy

Haven't tried to take too much caffeine or coffee, what I experience is, when I drink coffee, it seems gives an extra energy to continue to stay awake, but there are also time that coffee has no effect for me especially when I am so tired, sleep or rest is the only answer.

Have you tried doing exercise or any physical activity with a friend or partner, it works perfect for me that way, somehow it can give me motivation I have someone who do the activity with me. If we don't like to a thing, we need three times the energy, to force ourself to do it, to resist the force and finally to perform it, that way we are using too much energy and can somehow make us more tired.

Do You Think You Can Loose A Lot Of Weight Without Exercising?

I quite agree to this, we can still lose weight even without exercise but with exercise, we can attain or see the results faster. I myself can lose weight without exercising, maybe because I have fast metabolism and also, I don't eat a lot. There are times that I think of gaining weight -

sitting in front of a computer for 10-12 hours a day can make me feel sick after that, I guess during in that time interval, you also do some little walk or trip especially to kitchen in you're in your house or to a wash room if in a work place. I usually do that to minimize the fatigue and boredom. Slow doesn't mean it gives less results. in fact there are times that it could be more effective if we do it slowly. We have our own ways on how to cope up with things.
