    Sleeved with Dr. Almanza August 17....227 started and now 170#....so 57# loss! I have also been in a stall for three weeks just losing ounces....but overall will not complain...started in 18/20 and xl & xxl shirts..... Now wearing 12 jeans and medium tshirts and large hoodies.

    August 17...down 56#!....yes stalled for a couple weeks...just losing ounces...so thats still a loss. As far a getting dizzy...drink drink drink and small snack! Good job August sleevers! Woohoo!

    Yes...I share the same issues...i was sleeved on 8-17-12...have lost 56# and many inches...to maintain the weight loss i have not been counting calories but increasing my fluids....when i eat too fast i phlegm up...so i would say we are blessed with little sleeves and keep learning how to care for them...some days u can eat and some i get reminded real quick to stick with fluids...soups etc. Take care
