Yay! Someone else that knows my insanity . I wish you all the luck in the world on your journey going forward!!!!

It took me 2 1/2 months and almost 60lbs to go down a size (I started stuffed into a 20)- in the next 42lbs and 7ish months- I have gone down 6 sizes. I've gone from a 2x top and 20/22 bottoms to 6/8 bottoms and a small or medium top. I posted in another thread earlier that I volunteer a lot at my girl's school- a lot of people haven't seen me since may. I have lost maybe 20lbs since may, but EVERYONE has commented on my weightloss- it's as if the other 80lbs never existed! It's crazy to realize that a 5lb loss now brings out bigger clothing and outside "audience" reactions than before! I'm also 4'11- so 5lbs on me is a little different than 5lbs on someone who is 6' or even 5'6!

I could lie and say yes of course, but in all honesty no. I walk a lot and I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kids- so I'm running around a lot just with that. I just joined a gym last week .

I volunteer a lot at my girl's school. I hadn't seen a lot of the teachers and staff and parents from may until late August. I still have people doing double takes and saying that they didn't realize it was me at first! It's a good and yet odd feeling. I've only lost about 20lbs since then, but I have lost 102 since I started a year ago.

I met with Dr. Davidson and Kim and switched to Dr. Barker and his group- Dr. Hodges did my surgery. They set every date (except surgery) on my initial consult. It was an easy and painless process. I'm almost 10 months out down 102lbs. Their post-op care is great and you can choose which office is more convenient for you- Southlake or Dallas.

I'm 6lbs from surgeons goal and 16 from mine. My skin isn't perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better than what I expected. I still want a tummy tuck (but I've had 2 kids and would probably need it just from them).

I have been using this new shampoo by Loreal for the last little bit. It's called triple resist reinforcing shampoo and conditioner and I have been using the spray on strength solution. It has actually seemed to slow down the shedding (or maybe it's just my time to stop since I'm almost 10 months out). On the plus side- my hair looks a bit healthier- it had gotten pretty dry and brittle and looked it.

I'm down 102lbs. SW: 248, current 146. I had a long stall that finally broke in August. I'm 16lbs from my goal. My size 10's are falling off of me and I need to go buy some new pants! Depending on the brand I'm a small,med or large (why oh why can't things be sized more evenly?!?)

They're pretty good honestly! This pic was taken on July 4th I've lost about 10lbs since then. And that was fairly recently- they aren't perfect, but they aren't HORRIBLE!

I'm 4'11"- so I'm super short. I'm not a crazy working out person- I actually just joined a gym, but I do walk a lot. I walk my kids to/from school and then run for about another mile or two every other day.

I decided to take pics this morning, but did a side and back angle. SW: 248. Current weight: 145. Goal is 130.

My BFF is one of those naturally thin people- shes 5'0 and weighs 125. Well after having 2 monster kids (10+ lbs), she wanted a TT. She went to the surgeon and I went with her and she looked great to me. She settled on lipo in place of the TT- so not as invasive. She lost 5lbs. If the girl with hardly anything to lose lost 5lbs with lipo- I could see 10-15 easily coming off of me.
