Thank you all for the great advice, this surely helped me understand a lot! I don't think i can shop online from here, but i will go to stores and look for the multi Vitamins you told me about! My doctor told me what to eat the first and second week and he transferred me to a NUT and they told me what is best for me but also no vitamins nor shake, i was lost until i decided to vent on this forum and feel much better with all the info you told me and the website was so helpful also! I am sorry i don't know how to make tags on names nor quote but i will eventually learn =) Thank you all for your comments you helped me a lot and i will put the scale away for now
