I am I month post surgery weighed myself today and didn't loose anything this week! Had lost 20 lbs in3 weeks but was bummed I didn't loose this week! I've been hood too! -
Sounds greAt have to try it! I'm getting tired of chicken and fish! I had 1/2 of a chili lime chicken bugr from trader joes tonight that was tasty too!

Congratulations! On doing surgery so close to Xmas mine was 3 days before thanksgiving! Prepare your home now for coming home ! Get your broths jello other soups you can have! Take it easy when you get home! Get use to sipping water all the time no gulps sips!! Good luck let us know how you are doing! -

I took 3 weeks off! I'm still tired at night! -
Don't worry Tap you will do fine! But you have to stop the trips to McDonalds! You are hurting yourself! I don't know if your dr said anything but mine would not operate if you gained over 10 lbs before surgery! Don't do that to yourself! I am 4 weeks post surgery ! It gets easier, I' m not Hungary! I do find it hard to get all the watering! Bit you can do it! Think positive thoughts!!

I am 1 week post surgery and saw the surgeon and dietican today! Protein real important! I like the Premium Chocolate deom Costco it is 39 graams of protein! Give it a try. Another person at my meeting today said Target brand protein powder was good, haven;t tried it yet but I will ! -
