LOL Yeah, if things aren't moving I have a packet of seedless prunes in the fridge. I have 50 grams (like 6 or so prunes) at night. I think that's about 92 cals. -
Dal is good. Anything with seafood is fantastic for me, like a Goan prawn curry. I have to watch chicken curries, a couple of times it's been made with breast and even though there's been plenty of sauce the chicken has been dry.

Leave it until 7 days post op to jump on the scale, and you'll have a nice surprise.

I usually cruise around the 800 mark. I've done 1100 once when my sleeve was being particularly co operative. How many times are you eating a day?

Did you enjoy it? If you did cut yourself some slack, we're all human after all. Who knows it might ramp up your metabolism and you might have a great loss this week. The thing for me is it doesn't sound like you conciously decided to eat the food and more it got the better of you. Maybe look at planning some occassional indulgences into your food plan so you don't feel out of control. You've lost a truck load of weight - one day isn't the end of the world! Deano -
Take care mate - let us know whats happening .......
-
Some people say you should wait until after mid day. Apparently it's the civilised thing to do I have to admit, if I'm away camping with my mates I'll crack a beer after Breakfast if we're beach fishing..........

Wasn't recommended to me but I have tried one. It was cooked medium so still juicy but it's such a dense protein, it didn't sit well. Maybe try a burger made out of minced pork?
-
That's awesome. Well done
-
Sounds great. I usually have some sashimi a couple of times a week for lunch. Love it.

A Family Drama - Help!
*Dean* replied to AussieLady's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I feel for you Aussie. I've unfortunately seen this way way too many times It's a catch 22 isn't it. Even though I've seen it too many times, I don't know what the answer is. Like a lot of drug uses it sounds like your daughter continues to take advantage of your kind heart. The last thing you are being is selfish.
