Hey Kell, There's one on this link (above) that I tried and it was good. The net is a buzz with chia pudding recipes at the moment, and there's lots of variations. I think once you get the liquid v chia quantities right, you could flavour it with anything

Nice. It tastes a little bit like mini tapioca or sago but the tiny bit on the inside of the seed stays nutty. I'm going to try a coffee one with some espresso, almond milk and stevia

You'll really realise how pre occupied with food you are once you're sleeved. Keep up the good work with the shakes. Take yourself away from food situations. Have your shake at your desk and then go for a walk the rest of your lunch break. Good luck
