A Better Me

I USE to suffer with this, I actually found a natural recipe that has worked for me. Mix a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with a 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (Raw-unfilterd, I got from The Vitamin Shop). Let the fizz go down all the way and then all a 1/2 cup of water and then drink. Sounds ridiculous...but it works for me. I got tired of going back and forth to my GYN (paying a co-fee) and the pharmacy (another co-pay) and the problem would return. I haven’t been back since!

My Surgery date is November 26, 2012. Thanksgiving may be a struggle to get through but I will be working on staying focused and sipping my broth.

I'm a new number to this site. I am in my second week pre up liquid diet. finding it difficult at times especially when I'm alone. feeling a little depressed but I know to be grateful for all things [ATTACH]6414[/ATTACH] A better Me

I have four children, but they are grown and have their own lives, and my husband is a workaholic, so most of the time it’s me and God!

I also nearing the middle of my 2 week pre-op liquid diet. I’m finding that my stomach has activities and making noises...lol. I got to hang in there, come on 11-26-12!!! My job is not having mercy on me either. I have so much to do before my leave...geesh!

New to site...now in Pre-Op Liquid Diet stage. One week to go! November 26th is the day! Struggling right now, but not giving up!
