First Ive had weight problems all my life. As most of us has! So I researched and talked to all my five friends about the surgery. I planned this to the fullest yall! My insurance took me through the ringer so I decided to have my surgery in mexico. As soon as I payed my insurance decided to kick in! GO FIGURE! Everyone told me that it was a breeze because I work in surgery I knew what was going to happen to me. I hand picked all my surgical team everyone! Yall I was in so much pain! I knew to remind them to take the gas out but still!!! OM mother loving G....... I called everyone that told me that this was a breeze and gave them a piece of my mind. This was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life and I have been through alot. By the third day even though I hadnt pee pee I needed to go home. My parents were stressing me out at the hospital. I have six kids and a man that was going crazy. I felt like no one knew what I was going through. Even the weight loss nurse tried talking to me but I had one question for her. Have you had this surgery before (she was a size 0), of course not. Had my doctor had the surgery before of course not! So how can all these people relate to me? I just had to suck it up, walk and deal with the pain. Its been one month and three weeks now and Im getting better. Had I known what all this was going to do to my body and mind. I dont know if I would of had this sugery. Im 50 50 right now! As of 3/19/2013 that's my story!!
