I had surgery 26 nov 2012, I went in at 218 and today 6 Aug 1 am at 175. I have been at 175 for 3 months. It's discouraging but the weight I am at today was always the weight I maintained or would make a goal weight. I hope it moves. My goal is 155.

Well I am still only at 184. surgery was 26 Nov. Been going through alot of stress so I don't know if I am holding on weight because of that....Going through a divorce....

Oh, I am super slow too...I was at 188 (29lbs down) and I got up the other morning and I was at 190...WTF....I get tired of looking a the number on the scale but it is what makes my day...At times, I feel that paying almost 16k to lose weight at this slow of a pace is riduculous...I really expected to be atleast 180-185 by now.....I am 3 months post op and stated at 217...Is that wanting too much...I am praying to be at 185 by the end of this mon the month....lower will be nice.....REAL NICE!

Well the scale is tucked away in the closet...I'm not saying I'm never going to use it but I think once or twice a month will be good. My clothes are falling off me but the numbers weren't moving fast enough for me......Mentally...I needed to see the number moving....not sure why....

I'd tell your coworker a few things about telling folks your business....too

Well, after I blogged this this morning I went and got the scale and made a mistake that cost me my moral for the rest of the day....It still says 190...I am in size 12's...most 14s are too big. I really wanted to be in the 175 range at this time...my goal for January was 190...February was 185 but was really hoping for 180 and 175 by March...I am in a depression right now....I hate I got on the scale...I can fit alot of clothes that I haven't worn for years....Almost EVERYTHING in my closet is waay to big....Why am I so fixated on that damn scale...Why....It just disrupts my whole frame of mind....I just want to cry....and yea people keep asking how much I've lost...well, I've been in the 190 range for over 3 weeks...and before of course just 191...Since 2 Jan, I've lost maybe 12lbs...I only started at 217. I am 5'4 and 1/2 I see people that started at my weight that are in the low 170's....It makes me feel like I am failing...I paid 15500 cash and 11 weeks later...27 pounds....I know its good BUT, I expected so much more....uggghhh...I am so sad.....This is the feeling that makes me want to eat.....

I started this journey for a change. From the time learned about what a gastric sleeve was (on 10 Nov), within 16 days, I had read extensively about it, drilled a friend of mine who had the procedure and paid over $15,000 cash for my very own sleeve.... Why, because I was tired...tired of the struggle....

Don't know whats going on...Either my scale is not calibrated or I am losing my damn mind....Clothes that I could not even get in a little bit are too big for me BUT my weight has not moved any in over 3 weeks....I am really thinking my scale is jacked up BUT IDK....I go back to the doc on 7 Mar....I'll wait until then....I started at a size 18 and now about a 12...some 14's...My starting weight was 217 and I have been up and down 191 for 3 weeks....BUT like I said...I tried on a specific pair o pants 3 weeks ago and they were a no go....not by just a little either...tonight, they are too big....IDK.....

I told my boss and she felt a need to share it with e higher ups. Every now and then she say things like "can you eat that" or can you eat all of that and she does it n the front of others. Oh, I'm bout to get with her.... I actually never intended for the higher ups to know. I only told her to ensure that so done at work was aware of me having a medical procedure. Not that I had to. Only a handful of people know BUT I actually HATE that anyone outside of my house knows. I'm proud of my decision.

I am in the same boat...I am 10 weeks out and just at 25lbs as of today. I have had some stalls.....One lasted from 6 Dec to 28 Dec and I have had others.....I am losing alot of inches....I am 5'4 and I started at 217. My doc did tell me I'd lose slower BUT I thought I'd atleast be down 30lbs by 1 Feb....My surgery was on 26 Nov. I do find that the more water I drink the better I do...IDK....

I am def losing slow. 28 Jan will be 10 weeks and I have lost 25 pounds.....I started at 217 at 5'4 but still slow compared to others I have talked to at the same or lower weight...

I guess I should pay more attention to what I am eating too. In 10 weeks I expected to be down ATLEAST 30 lbs. Really hoping to be at 150 by the 1 Jun. It seem so unrealistic with my weightloss moving so slow. I'm 194 now (for the second day)....Started at 217....I'm glad its moving but when I set out to pay over $15000 cash, I really thought this was going to be faster. I don't regret it BUT I guess I expected the weight to come off faster. My doctor asked, "If you had gained 20+ pounds in 8 weeks you would think that was alot.....so why with you losing that much in that time do you think its not enough.....The simple answer...well because I paid $15000 dollars expecting to lose it a little faster....

How much exercise are yall doing? Are you all drinking all of your water everyday....The scale started moving again this morning so I'll see how far I'll go before it stop....

WOW..ALOT OF YOU ARE DOING GOOD....25- 40LBS DOWN IN 3 MONTHS WOW.......I STARTED AT 217 AND STILL AT 195 TODAY....I KNOW THE INCHES ARE COMING OFF BUT I AM VERY FRUSTRATED STILL...I WEIGHED THIS MORNING AFTER WAITING A WEEK AND TODAY I AM STILL AT 195....

My weight is coming off so freaking slow........21 pounds in 7 weeks....Tired of seeing 196 on the scale....I hit a stall on 6 Dec and it stayed until 27 Dec, then moved to 196, then a period...My first in 11 months...and what came with it...another stall....so I sit here today still at 196....Is anyone else moving so slow?

I am a very frustrated low BMIer....I have been stalled since 8 Dec....Tracked it back to the day I came off liquids....ugggh...I got sleeved on 26 Nov...I've only lost 14 pounds....the scale is going between 203 and 204 but it was at one time 202.....I am frustrated...I started at 216 and I am 5'4...so I just needed to lose 50-60lbs.....I am so depressed with not losing anything since 8 Dec...I don't always get my water and protein but I am well under 500-7-- calories and that is being generous.....
