    I am 4 weeks out and I think I have hit a stall. Does anyone no what causes you to stall?. I have been getting my proteins in and drinking my fluids. So what's the problem? I have been hitting the gym 2-3 times a week.

    Ok so I am one week out. So I feel like I am not getting any results. Maybe I'm just a little anxious Or I am not doing something right. I know it's still early. I am now trying to get on a protein shake, drinking my water and my dr said I can move on to yogurts and soft noodles. So the more proteins will it make the weight come off??? IDK IM SO CONFUSED!!

    Since surgery I have been freezing and my husband looking at me like I'm crazy. I use to never sleep in socks or long sleeve/pants pajamas now there my best friend. And the space heater is alway by me plus the house heater is on.

    I am sitting here preparing to be at the hospital at 6am in the morning. I don't know if I should be scared or just happy?!? But I'm am praying that everything comes out safe and good. So this time tomorrow I will be SLEEVED.. WooHoo????????

    I told my DR. prior to surgery that I suffered from acid reflux and do he prepared my Hernia and said that should make it better.

    I'm 3 days out and my calf muscles are so sore. I was thinking could take some liquid Tylenol for the pain.

    YAYY IM AM NOW SLEEVED!!! I can say it wasn't that bad. I had surgery this morning about 8. I haven't been much pain at all. I have been walking and eating my ice chips. I'm still in the hospital. But overall it hasn't Been any bad gas pain. So hopefully I will be checking out tomorrow going home. I hope everyone is great and doesn't feel that bad!!

    This 2 day liquid diet is killing me. I can only imagine how the people that had to this for 2 weeks or longer. My surgery is on 12/28 and I am really starting to worry. But I know everything!! My head is hurting so bad and I keep drinking this broth and its just teasing me????????
