Thank you very much! I'm excited, but nervous about the liquid diet that I start on Wednesday (9/3).

Take it one day at a time. At least that's what I keep telling myself. Today was hard. It seemed like everyone at work had some gooooood smelling food and several people offered me some. I was tempted but I turned them down and stuck to my guns. We can do this! We have a goal to obtain...just stay focused on it!

WONDERFUL!!!! Way to resist! Keep up the good work. I'm hoping willpower and prayer will get me through. I refuse to cheat on the pre-op because I've been eating like crazy the days leading up to clear liquids.
