My surgeon required me to start 2 weeks before. Today is day 8 for me...7 days until I get sleeved! -

The struggle is REAL! This is day 7 of full liquids for me. I wish I could have some protein to chew. Lol...I just keep telling myself just 7 more days to go. We've got this! -

Good evening! I started my pre - op liquid diet too today. It wasn't as bad as I expected but who knows what tomorrow holds. Hang in there and just know that you're not in this alone. Feel free to reach out if you are having a weak moment. -

We will be sleeved the same day! Best of luck to you. When do you start your liquid diet? Maybe we can be support buddies. I know I'm going to need some support to get through two weeks of a liquid diet. I start mine on September 3. -

Hiii my fellow September sleevers! I will be sleeved on September 17. My liquid diet begins on September 3. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. My liquid diet will consist of the following: Water, crystal light, unsweetened tea Broth, canned tomato soup Sugar-free popsicles Protein shakes (Muscle Milk, InvisaWhey, Slimfast) It's going to be an interesting 2 weeks, but I'm ready! Take it one day at a time. At least that's what I keep telling myself. Today was hard. It seemed like everyone at work had some gooooood smelling food and several people offered me some. I was tempted but I turned them down and stuck to my guns. We can do this! We have a goal to obtain...just stay focused on it!
