  1. Sorry this must have been asked a gaziilion times.. But i need Help! These Calcium horsepills are too big! I choke/gag everytime I drink them. I saw calcium citrate with Vitamin D Petites- are they really small enough to swallow??? Do they have good taste? Anything else out there that is not too horrible? The creamy chews sounds good, but are too expensive because Md said 1500mg/day total. I never took anything and now i have cocktail of Vitamins ;( I'm really having a hard time with this. Thanks!

MD is okay with 40oz minimum coz I get nauseated when I force fluids. Protein ia a hit and miss, but at least 40 grams with one isupure a day. On a good day additional 30 grams with Protein shake. I'll just stay patient, but it's nice if I can see the darn scale move

  5. I can check that out.. What's the name? Thanks!
  6. Ok so one bag lasts 10 days, which means I have to get 4bags/month. Okay, will have to give it a shot. Too bad it's so expensive but it seems there's no other calcium citrate out there that's small. The "pettite" might not even be pettite enough and the gummies are not recommended by nutritionist. Thanks!
  7. How many do you take a day?

surgery tomorrow 9 am! Jan 16.

Hi there, just curious if you go home... Who will manage the wound? Dressing changes? Are they going to send someone like a visiting Rn? I hope they have a plan about it coz the wound needs a lot of cleaning and caring for. You're in pain and recovering so I hope they don't expect ou to do that ... Get well soon and hope this ordeal will end soon. hUgS!
  9. Love Zumba wii! You can adjust your pace with it, beginner, intermediate and expert level down the road. You can burn lots of calories and I even wear a 2lb wrist weight thingy to help tone my arms. . Plus you can do it at home which is such a big plus

When they change the dressing, I can imagine how painful it will be. Make sure you get something for pain, it's not right to let you be miserable when they do the dressing change. Ask for pain meds okay. Get well soon!

    January 2013 Sleevers?

Thanks for the update! Yes, they need to put you on heavy antibiotics, and monitor that wound. and make sure whoever takes care of you wash their hands pretty good, coz you don't want any more infection from people in the hospital. Sending you happy and get well thoughts! Hang in there!

  16. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000Z9CT8W/ref=mp_s_a_1?qid=1359645475&sr=8-3π=SL75 This is what it looks like. I asked my Md for it while I was in the hospital. It helps a lot with pain and makes me move around without the incision bothering me.
