My husband would like to have a baby. I have had two miscarriages before my surgery the last one was really bad. I have PCOS and if I lose weight I have a greater chance to have a baby. Now that I'm getting smaller my husband getting more ready. I'm not even 2 months post op yet.

Well ladies I had cheese and broccoli soup. I did get a heat flash after I ate not sure what that was about. I let my soup cool down before I ate.

I spoke with her today she now wants to go to the Outback for dinner. I think I'm will be eating mash potatoes or something. This will be my first time out. My husband and kids are very supportive of my decision but other family members do not understand

You may be lactose intolerant it been hard drinking my own protein shake. My doctor also says don't eat or drink things cold or hot. May sure it is room temp.
