My surgery in not for about 2 months and I will be moving in the mean time so I'm going threw all my clothes I have so many and all differnt sizses down to a 14 pants and med and small top I'm going to box them by size so I can just grab a box of the right size and have a new wadrobe that I have wanted to get back into.this should save me alot of money (that I have spent already over the last 5 years when I lost weight....Then when I get below 14-16 I can spend all the money I have saved to buy those small ctothes that I have always looked at and couldn't fit into...Cant wait to see something I like and just beable to buy not have to go find something simular in the laides department...

You need WATER if you dont get enough WATER it dosen't matter about anything else you will get worse and be at the hospital instead of at work.....WATER.. WATER..WATER...SIP...SIP...SIP... If you do not do some research and learn what is ok to eat and not ok, you will not be very good with this tool you have now, it dose not lose the weight for you you have to feed it right in order for it to work with you to lose the weight I dont see how anyone came this far without learning this. Ok I will ask one more time has anyone gone threw this with AARP medicarecomplete would like any info I could get all I know so far is that you have to see the dietition for 3 months BMI over 40 but what happens next and how long does it take to get approved after the 3 months .

Dose anyone known about medicare complete AARP that is my insurance they oked me to start the appointments but 3 months NUT then how long after till they aprove surgery

Yes I have and loved it they have a certificate of excellence for the past 5 years.I live in Vancouver WA and so they made me 2 to 3 appointments on the same day witch I loved saved me a lot of trips.

I heard that a sippy cup and baby spoon and fork help a lot
