    Hello, i am 16 month out and was woundering how many oz are people with the same time as me are eating? I am eating about 7 to 8 oz of dense food. I am just concern i may be eating to much. I also get hungry every 2 hours. Is that normal? Any advice....

    I do not follow the insanity workout diet. I follow my own and any recommendations my nut gives me. Remember we don't eat as much as before anyway. Hopes this helps

    I'm doing insanity too ,and let me tell you i sweat bullet with that work out. Yes, it is intense and i don't follow their diet. I follow my nut recommendations. Good luck
