I had my sleve done yesterday, and I fill great, could of gone home today, but thought one more day, just to make sure. Dr said that I could leave if I got down 7 2oz cups of my shake, I am on number 4 and it is almost 5PM so I am not going to push for today. The shake goes down easy, but I also need to drink some water and crystle lite along with it, but like I said don't want to over do it. Little pain but nothing I can not handle. Walke about 3 miles today around the floor, they say I am doing great, took a nap now watching some tv and drinking somemore of my shake. I will keep in touch and let you know how I am doing. Today is the first day of the rest of my life with my, new stomach.

I am on the pre-op diet for 2 days now, doing good, will have my surgery on 11-21-12 at St. Marys in Grand Rapids MI. Thank God it is the day before Thanksgiving or I would be up 20 pounds during the Holidays. I can't wait for the new me(o: So any advise would be great, worried about the day of surgery and the pain. How awake are you when you come out of surgery, and how soon do they get you up walking?

I am new also, my sergery is set for 11/21/12, the day before Thanksgiving, what a day to start. I know me I could put on 20 or more pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmass, this way I am hoping for a great Christmass, a lighter me.(o:
