I cannot imagine eating anything solid at this point (I'm on day 4 post-op). As stated above it isn't worth losing your life. This surgery is a life commitment to changing your eating and exercise habits. All you can do is live & learn and move forward. -

I have had a lot of back pain and I wasn't sure if it was because of being "backed up" so I went to the store tonight and got prune juice. I had about 4oz and within the hour I was able to go. Hoping the tension in my back goes away now
