Hello all, I am a mother of two and decided earlier this year that i needed a change. I have tried several diet programs in the past and nothing worked. So i choose to have the gastric sleeve. I lost 20 pounds during my 6 months supervised weight loss. Then during my two week post op liquid diet i lost another 20 pounds. My surgery was Oct. 5th and I have lost another 25 pounds. I use my fitness pal to track my food and exercise and i am really enjoying the energy.
