Hello Room I had my surgery Jan 8th and am only down 56 pounds I am so frustrated and almost regretting having the surgery!! It almost seems like the only thing I gained was a smaller stomach where I can't hardly eat anything!!! Please help is anyone else experiencing this I need support I'm so emotional right now and I feel like a failure!!!

I am 7mos post op and frustrated because I am only down 61 pounds and seems like im losing inches but not pounds on the scale! I have a IUD in and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the slow weight loss!!! Is anyone experiencing this besides me???

Has anyone gotten pregnant after taking out your IUD if so how long after??

I am 4months out and I still get depressed sometimes but with each day that passes it gets better! They are busy teaching u the eating part but the emotional part is way bigger I think! I still cannot eat like I did before so I dnt go out to eat anymore too depressing but hey thats why you get the surgery but its a life style change so hang in there! God Bless

Has anyone gotten preggers using a Mirena IUD ?

I wish someone would have told me to get more emotional help! My BF waited on me hand and foot and for that I will be forever grateful but this has been more Emotional than painful! The Pain was very minimal but im almost 4 months out and im so emotional its almost pitiful! U think because you feel better your okay but it takes time I guess because im still dealing with the emotional part everyday! Goodluck and God Bless

Dont feel bad we were sleeved the same day Jan 8th and all I can think is I hope I dont fail at this because I lost 30lbs pre op and 24lbs since surgery for a total of 54lbs but then I ask myself would I have been able to change my life without the surgery and the answer to that is No! So for that I am very grateful for the pounds lost im just praying I succeed at this after going through such a life changing thing! God Bless and Goodluck to All

I am a Pizza Lover and I tried some raw pepperoni 3 weeks out and threw up too greasy and ate them 2 fast ugghh! Then I ate a half slice 2 months out and I was fine but a week later I started feeling nauseous so Im done with pizza! So I talked to my doc and he said it was prob the pepperoni so she said if I eat pizza make sure its vegetarian!

I'm 8 weeks post op 2morrow and for a week now I been feeling Naseous throughout the day mainly in the morning!! Has anyone else experience this now I have the IUD but I know that's not 100% hope I'm not preggers it's too soon

You will do fine before you know it will be all over and you will be happy with your decision!! It's only human nature to be afraid but put your fears in whom ever you give praise to and you will do fine! I am almost 8 weeks out and I will tell you it is not easy at all but I'm glad I did it!!!
