I am 35 and I have been a big girl most all of my life!!! My weight has gone up and down over the years and I have tried all of the diets and as we all know diets do not work!!! Recently my BFF got into a program called the Options Program through Kaiser and she asked me to start the class with her but I told her I didn't need surgery that I could lose the weight on my own!!!

Well obviously I was fooling myself!! LOL My friend finished her classes and had her surgery in Aug of this year and I must say she looks great!! So with that being said I hurry up and asked her where do I sign up!!! She called and called until she got someone on the phone in the Options Dept and here I am!! Getting into the classes when I was sent to be tested to make sure I was healthy I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes!!! Well s*** just got real for me!!! Now I am really focused on getting healthy and I have been doing great!!! Here in California your required by Kaiser to take a 12 week class and this Wed 11/28 I will be on my 11th week class end on 12/5 for me!!! YAY

So know I'm getting anxious because my time to Bring My Sexii Back is right around the corner and I owe it all to my Sis/BFF for pushing me to make this change and for doing it first!! I have always been a leader but this is a major step in my life and for that I will always be in debt to her!!! So I will say at this point 2 BE CONTINUED.................. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
