Does it make it a non issue??? In a word no. I think for some of us only a lobotomy would do that..

Ditto on the doing the same thing I ate two big protien Cookies yesteday They are 170 calories EACH!! Oh the shame. I'm pmsing or msing now, Can I pout? I come on here today and the first to threads I see are all these people saying food no longer controls them? And in the vets forum there is actually someone complaining about losing to much weight??? **sigh** Fasting today wish me luck. Cherie, Poor baby! I hope it's just a temporary thing and she won't have to be on meds long.

I don't know if I qualify as a "kind soul" but oh well 5:2 is a eating plan where you do intermittent fasting (2 days a week) it is something some of the vets here do.. These are people that are up to 4 years out and either gained some weight back or never quite made it to goal. It is definitely not meant for people newly sleeved. Because face it everyday is like a fast day http://thefastdiet.co.uk/

You know I had an app. With my surgeon a week or two ago and the 5:2 method never came up.. I would imagine if I had told him he may of had lots of questions as to why. I don't think he would of objected to it though, after I explained it and why I think it's good for me and my sleeve. Because we seem to be on the same page about needing to eat differently for the duration of my life. Of course I'm just guessing

Still at 38.7 today... I've not logged any miles but I've been busting my butt in my sons room ALL DAY! I'm redoing the whole room and the new stuff gets delivered tomorrow.. So does that count for anything???

I think the thing that strikes me more about that plate, is the lack of color.... I know that you can't eat veggies yet, but for the average American that is a typical meal of beige type food...

Ok I'm done for the day made it in at 517. Hopefully all is well with GT..,
